How to lose weight fast in 1 month? -

Im 14yrs old. I weigh 73kg. I really really want to lose weight so my father let me enroll in a Tennis Lessons.Any suggestions or recommendations would be highly appreciated.

Step 1: Cut down on the amount of processed sugars and carbohydrates you eat.Step 2:Consume only small portions of starchy grains and vegetables, such as brown rice, beans, corn, and potatoes. If you can, walk somewhere hilly so that your level of excursion varies. Pair your cardio workouts with strength training. Lifting light weights will increase your muscle mass. More muscle means you will be burning more calories every day, even while at rest.

Step 1:First you want to walk when possible you do not need to jog just walk. Take a walk around the neighborhood. Jump on the trampoline with the kids. Try to get a least a little bit of physical activity.Step 2:You will need to eat a lot of cereal including oatmeal, tuna on wheat with a little mayonnaise, fish, grains, fresh fruit, and fresh vegetables. Step 3:You can still eat at fast food restaurants just eat a little healthier.Eat a grilled chicken salad with low fat dressing and drink water or a diet soda. Or eat a sandwich on wheat with lots of vegetables and turkey with low fat dressing or none at all. You can enjoy some of those high fat foods occasionally just not daily. Limit yourself to one every two weeks. Watch the pounds begin to shed.

I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart.However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. wow, well there are two ways to lose weight, eat 3 big meals a day and work out, or 6 small meals a day and workout. And they have to be heartily. but if you want to be crazy just drinks lots of water and don t eat much, unless your hungry.

I would suggest consulting with the physician who prescribed the roids. One would hope he would have a better handle on this than faceless morons (myself included) on a public forum. Especially since he knows specifically the drugs and dosage involved.

I ve had steroid tratments for allergies in the past so know what you mean. It generally mean you retain water a lot easier than other people. I cut down on my salt intake and lost weight in days. I do have a healthy diet and excercise regularly though.Since you have quite a bit to loose I would however reccomend speaking to you GP for some advice.

Ok, firstly... if diets actually worked... there would be no diet industry... secondly... there is no fast way to loose weight...the best way for you to loose weight, is to keep your protiens and carbs seperate (and being a skater i swear by it) counting calories is too much hastle...your body doesn t work well in breaking down carbohydrates and protiens together... if you seperate these, your half way there.basically... if you fancy eating meat... eat meat, but don t eat potatoes with it, stay away from sweetcorn and peas... eat any amount of other vegetables with it, salads, ... if you choose meat, stick to meat for the entire day... so if you want an english breakfast in the morning (grilled not fried of course!) have your english breakfast but don t put anything like hash browns or beans with it... have tomatoes.on the other hand... if you fancy carbs... eat carbs.. have a jacket spud with cheese and beans, or pasta with a tomato and basil sauce, or vetetable curry (home made, not from the take away lol) and rice....make sure you stick to either meat or carbs for the whole day...you can eat what you like as long as it s in the selected group and i promise you you will loose weight.i love my food, but i have to keep on top of my weight at all times (having to wear skin tight skating dresses hardly flatter the figure when you have more rolls than greggs!) Have you determined WHY you eat more than you need to? I tend to eat when I am bored. I took a second job to get out of debt and lost 10 lbs without even noticing. If there is a specific trigger to your eating, working on that trigger is the easiest way to change your habits. Report Abuse

Walking is always a good way to exercise, and its not too hard either. You could try that. As for the food, thats tough, but if you really want to lose weight badly enough, you wont eat it..

If your not exercising do th elow or no carb diet, you can lose 8 pounds in a week if you do it right. You have to eat though or you wont lose any. If you are exercising, you will need to eat some carbs because that is what gives you energy
