I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Diet and Excercise.Eat less and healthier. Eat smaller meals, and eat more healthy foods. Avoid fast food, pizza stuff, fried foods. THrow in a salad every now and then. go for lean meats like chicken or turkey, some fish. more vegetables. Also, try not to snack to much, but if you do, go for things like nuts (almonds, cashews, peanuts) they are better for you, maybe some cut up vegetables, or things like crackers, or raisins. Just try to stay away from junk food. CUT BACK ON SODA!! This will do amazing things for you.Exercise more often and longer. You should be excercising 3-4 times a week for about an hour. If you want to lose weight i would focus on cardio. Running, jogging, walking, jumprope, aerobics, maybe try some tae bo, or something, jazzercise if you want. just keep your heart rate up. But make sure you do some muscular excercises as well. Pushups, sit ups, chin-ups, simple things.Hope this helps.

ok, i am 15 and i have a belly. i want to go on a diet just for a little bit and keep eating good foods. now, i use home for exercise. this is my plan:diet: special k cereal, Yoplait: light(blue lid), water, FRESH fruits and veggies.exercise: jump rope for 10 minutes a day ( that is cardio: works out whole body) gym( at school, three days a week)P.S. my waist is 37, im 132 lbs. 5 foot 3 inches, and 15 years old. pretty much i have to lose 10 lbs. how long will this take with this plan?to be specific with diet...here:b-fast: 3/4 c. special k cereal w/ slim milk. glass of water, 1/4 c. fresh fruit (or yoplait: light yogurt)lunch: 1 c. fruits or veggies with some brown rice (about 1/4 c.) milk, or water, and some yogurt.dinner: HEALTHY and FRESH pasta salad, NO BAD DRESSINGS!!! milk or water, yogurt or 1/2 c. fruit.

If u are working on ur belly then do some crunches...If u are watching ur weight, make sure u do it in a healthy way... Make sure you eat 5-7 meals a day.

you re going to need more exercise lol gym is hardly anything i would jump rope longer or maybe crunches or running.

ok well, im like 104 and im only 13. i want to go on a diet and i wanna lose at least 15-20 pounds. i already noe im supposed to exercise so dont tell me to exercise. i want to strt on friday. and plz keep in mind tht im 13. i want to lose it in a month and how should i stay like tht so i dont gain anymore or lose anymore.

You could begin to eat healthier-losts of veggies and fruit and only whole grains and such, and just walk more than you do. Plop on your mp3 and walk a little quicker than you usually do for 30 minutes every other day. You don t need to lose 20 pounds. In fact, if you lose too much weight you can really screw up your kidneys and liver, not to mention heart problems. But you are 13, and you are going to listen to the fashion world and be all paranoid and image conscious, so knock you socks off. Too bad you, because your problem(s) is (are) not your weight chances are.

you can lose about 50 lbs in 17 weeks. basically think 3 lbs/week then calculate for what you want.. i m not sure how much you want to lose but 120 sounds like a good, slim weight for your height.with this plan u can lose 3 lbs/week. i follow it and i always lose 3 lbs, even 4 or 5 sometimes!!! but u have to stick to it and be determined to lose the weight or it won t work.ok, so here it is. it s long. prepare yourself! ^___^______________________________FOR DIET... 4 small meals a day! there it is:1) breakfast---1 yogurt, 1 granola bar, and orange juice2) 2nd breakfast (eat a few hours later)---a bowl of healthy flake or bran cereal OR a bowl of oatmeal with a glass of milk, preferably low fat or skim3) lunch---small piece of lean chicken OR turkey, a portion of: small carrots, broccoli, cucumbers, and lettuce...and eat this with a glass of water or cup of green tea(no milk, no sugar)4) dinner---1 banana, 1 granola bar, and a small glass of preferably low fat or skim milkOK! follow this diet plan very carefully for the next month. if u don t have some of the food i mentioned, then replace it with something similar (examples: for lunch you could also have some rice or noodles and the vegetables, or a small sandiwch or some soup). you can rotate these similar meals to create variety for the lunches, but the breakfast and dinner should remain the same. this plan is very healthy and contains all food groups but the portions are very small because it s a diet. you cannot cheat on this food plan at all or else you won t be able to lose the 3 lbs each week...it is very easy to make a mistake. do not add any butter or salt or sugar or ranch or sauce to anything! make the chicken as healthy as possible...and the yogurt and milk lowfat or nofat if u can. if it doesn t work with your schedule make something similar...same food/amount of food just in different times. its about 1500 calories per day, maybe more. good calorie number for a diet to lose a lot of weight.Whew, ok now..._______________________FOR EXERCISE: you can exercise for 30-60 mins and you will be good. you can do: swimming, running, or flexibility exercises. do at 1-2 of these options. flexibility exercise are back bridge, splits, swinging arms, jumping jacks, crunches, and leaps. however if u do for swimming or running you have to swim or run hard, so u break a sweat or feel very tired. ok, so done with that.
