I need to lose weight fast and i want it to be healthy? -

i know loseing a lot of weight isnt healthy but i need to lose it fast

Simple - you can t. Sorry, don t want to rain on your parade but you CANNOT lose weight fast and healthily. If you lose it too fast it is bad for you AND the faster you lose it the more likely you are to just put it back on again. the reason is that your body has certain in-built homeostatic functions that try to maintain statsis. You need to severly over-ride these functions to lose wieght fast. So, when you stop starving yourself (or whatever) your metabolism is so slow that every single morsel just puts on weight. You ll hear it over and over agian because it s true: the best way to lose weight and the only way to keep it off is: small, low-calory, well balanced meals (up to 6 SMALL meals a day) combined with moderate exercise and drink plenty water.Think if a thin guy proposed to pick up as much weight as you want to lose as fast you want to lose it. It d probably kill him, right? Be gentle on yourself, take the long view and think HEALTHY, not thin.

Go to gym. Run as much as you can.

ok so we re going to the beach in 3 weeks, it was randomly planed. and I REALLY want to lose weight quickly buuut I dont have the time to exercise lame excuse I know but I really dont. I just want to lose as much as I can but in a some what health way ya know? I dont want to puke myself or anything. are their home remedies or something thats worked for you guys?

I am very pleased that I have lost about 12lbs in two weeks.This one needs dedication... I mean its not easy, but it did work. I ll be honest with you, I did feel a little hungy at most times, well as the saying goes no pain, no gain . I did not eat any rice, any kind of pasta, or junk food at all. I just stick with fruits in the morning like a banana or apple, salad with a few toppings and dressing at lunch, baked fish or lean meat any kind (small portion) with veggies on dinner.Limit your food intake specially at night. Sorry but no other faster way to lose weight but through exercise. Without exsercise you will lose wight but not that fast. My advise is go to the gym at night time (at least 1 hr of jogging). Drink a lot of water. For me I felt healthy with no problems. I also drink multi vitamins. I ve been running alot lately doing mostly HIIT. I was wondering if I can lose weight fast and effectively on a diet doing only HIIT 3-4 days a week? I don t have a gym membership so this is all I can really do at the moment
