well lets put it this way walking for an hour burns no more than 220 calories, where as a kilogram of fat has over 7000 calories. So even if you were to walk for an hour a day it will take you almost 3 months just too loose 1 kg of fat. Also you can not take of fat from a certain body part by working out that part particularly. I am telling you all this from my own personal experience i was a little over 100 kgs , and trust me at that time in desperation i have bought anything and every thing that claims to make you loose weight. dude u need to make it a habit of exercising regularly (stairmaster in gym 60 steps/min, or treadmill 3.5 mph at 5 degree sloope is a good start) and stop consuming junk food, and keep your portion size of meals small, drink lots of water, eat lots of fruits and veggies, stop all sugary and starchy and fried stuff. If you do all this, you will start losing weight. If you lose 1lb/week, you will lose 100 lbs in two years, but for now your short term goal should be getting into a healthy diet and exercise routine, wt loss will happen on its own if u do that.

Muscle will outweigh the fat so don t let the scale discourage you :).For exercise, try switching it out everyday, so your body doesn t get used to the exercise (Monday Arms, Tuesday Stomach, Wednesday Legs, Thursday Rest, Friday Arms, Saturday Stomach, Sunday Legs). Also, one the days where legs or stomach or arms come back around the second workout of the week focusing in that area, try switching the exercise out too. For arms maybe lift weights (if you have none then use cans and be sure to hold them away from you or they won t work). For stomach, you can sit on a bouncy ball and do crunches (don t hold onto your legs), for legs, maybe lay on your side propped up on your elbow and lift the top leg slowly up and down, then switch. If you are can t exercise an hour, that s fine but try increasing the time every week or so. If you are old enough to buy equiptment or go to a gym, try that. As you get further into it, maybe you can buy some equipment for mainly those three areas I listed. Try walking every night at a fast speed.Also you could try the Special K diet. I lost about 6 pounds in one week doing the Special K diet and by walking FAST 30 to 45 minutes every day.

Just to let you know you are only slightly overweight but your main goal is to not stop eating or cut back because you might still be growing, but you do need to exercise alot more if you re not a runner, biking and walking is good. Also I really like to play sports with my friends it s fun and a good way to exercise and lose weight. Running and dancing are probably the best ways to lose weight.
