Hi. Im nearly 170 pounds and a college freshmen and much concerned about losing my weight, but i somehow i cant seem to. Whats the most efficient and the best way to do lose about 20-30 pounds without going to gym or getting on a fixed diet, while at home? Thanks.

I d guess probably quite a long time, in which case you shouldn t be in too much of a hurry to take it off! How to trim up a bit?I am 5 4 , a17 year old girl, and i weigh 130 maybe 135 pounds. I am not sure. I want to drop 10 pounds and trim up for the summer/prom. You might want to talk to your doctor about adding on Wellbutrin. It is known to help with weight loss in people who are having issues with weight gain from antidepressants. I was on Wellbutrin alone and lost 33 lbs after just having a baby and I started this medication when he iwas 13 months old.....I know Paxil is a good medication but it also might be time to talk to your doctor about a change...There is a new med Pristiq that I just began taking and I LOVE it - no side effect of weight gain possible and it s a good antidepressant....I once took paxil and gained weight on it and stopped taking it for that reason and changed over to a new medication --- -- good luck --
