How to lose weight around my stomach and hips? -

I know you cant spot reduce but Im skinny everywhere except my stomach and hips. I got real bad love handles. I want to know of exercises that can help me slim down some. ThanksHow often should I do cardio?

Well i am 13 years old, weight 170, and 5`3. I have always wanted to lose weight but never knew how. I have looked on about 20 different sites looking for exercise videos. I found one really good place called exercisetv.tv and so far its pretty easy and i found some really good videos. I want to flatten my stomach. Has anyone used this site and does it work?

dude me too. I m 12 im 5 4 and like I m losing each week like only 1 pound tho. I like going to gyms and playing soccer but i need better choices in food. You should play soccer or take hiphop classes. Don t eat after 6 pm and always eat lite. If you eat a whole lot of fattening stuff for breakfast and lunch don t eat anything for dinner or eat salad. (light dressing) Do 30 crunches every night on your bed and 15 leg lifts each side before you go to sleep. Only one soda a week and one juice a day. If you feel like snacking chew gum.

its good that your concerned about you weight, and looking for healthy ways to lose it!!! i tried all those diet; pills, and they didnt work, the best thing to do (its what i did) is get up early on the weekend, and jog till ya just cant anymore, then go home and do some sit ups and maybe some crunches!! also, dont stop eating, but a good way to slow down your calorie in take is to eat a little less, like instead of having a debbie snack, eat like 1 small cookie, or instead of eating till your full, just eat until you feel your body is content....i lost about 20-25 pounds doing it this way, and its not harmfull to your body, (i did cheat every once i a while and drink an energy drink!!) well, i hope i help, and good luck!!!

Lets say a women who is 5.3,115 lbs says that she want to lose 5 lbs.Arent u people sick of these kind of questions even healthy people asking how to lose weight.I am surprised even the underweight people asks how to lose weight.

Yep. But I think some of them don t understand about body composition. They think the thinner they look and the less they weight, the leaner they will be. They couldn t be further from the truth.

I agree! Another one the makes me sick are little kids (below 18) asking how to lose weight, especially teeny-boppers!
