Good ways to lose weight?? Am I overweight??? Please answer!!!!!!!? -

I am 12 going to be 13 next month. I weigh 112 lbs. and I m 5 ft. 5.8 in. I m not sure if I m overweight or not. Most of my friends weigh around 80 lbs. so I do feel a bit on the heavy side. Am I overweight? If I am can you give me some weight loss tips? Thanks for your help!!

Honey, you are NOT overweight. You sound just right for your height. And I see that you love to run, am I right? If so, you may have more of an athlete s build with good, strong, lean muscle (which weighs a bit more and could account for the difference between your weight and your friends ). Be proud of yourself. I m 5 6 , by the way, and I weight 116. And my friends tell me that I m very slender. Enjoy your life!!

Sorry you re getting so much spam on this question... and no, you re not overweight. Forget what your friends weigh. You re growing a lot right now and good nutrition is really important, so don t try to diet. Make sure you re getting enough lean protien (chicken and fish are great), lots of fruits and veggies, etc. And get into the habit of regular physical activity that you actually enjoy (so that you can keep it up). Doesn t matter what it is, as long as it gets you active for 30 minutes a day.

If you know right weight loss info and way, weight loss is easy. If you are really serious, you should have fast weight loss way that works for you. I highly recommend you my weight loss way for you. Free weight loss tips? Anyone? -

Okay, I need free weight loss tips. I must lose the weight I have on me. I need something that will WORK! I want to lose the fat on my body. Please don t post any websites unless they work and they are free and you know that they are. I would like weigh less than I do now. (Quite frankly, I think most people would.) I posted a question similar to this one but I didn t get much answers and I got two websites. One you have to pay money to lose the weight, and the second one didn t even work. So, so far, I m feeling crappy, I can t get help, and I would like to be slimmer. So some help would do me some good. (I know, I said so a lot in this post.) Oh, and another thing I think you should know if your planning to at least TRY to help me, (thank you, by the way) I think you should know that I m addicted to eating fatty food. Eat 1200 calories a day if you re at a desk job or 1500 if you exercise a lot. Mostly fruits and veggies, whole grains, one meal with protein..8 glasses of water (1.5-2 Litres of water a day)Get 7-8 hours of sleep (this is important too)Don t eat three hours before bedtime.Exercise an hour a day on elliptical/bike/treadmill or something similar to get your heart rate up and sweat.And follow the food pyramid. Drink lots of water and to lose fat, do aerobic exercises.

1. Eat a healthy, balanced diet with controlled but adequate portion sizes. Make sure you get the nutrients you need, or you will stay hungry and tend to eat too much.2. Exercise. You can t lose 30 pounds if you don t lose 1..another one that works is be prepared for snack attacks...They come when least expected and if you dont have a plan and something ready at that time you will eat anything and everything .

I m a 16 5 4 girl that weighs about 157 pounds. I m looking to lose weight the healthy way fast. I have a dance coming up april 24 and I just want to look a little better. I understand that I won t be able to lose 20 pounds in a few weeks. Do you have any good weight loss tips????Any good exercises that don t require a gym? I currently own a stationary exercise bike (really bad condition, but I can still cycle on it), a jump rope, a good pair of running sneakers and a soccer ball. Any tips? Also will climbing stairs help with my weight loss?
