Is it possible to lose weight fast? what has worked for u? -

please dont answer this question if your gonna tell me to eat healthy, exercize healthy, but if you have a soluition like;exercize for 4 hours a day, eat only this...., no more than 400 cals a day, and it has worked for you or someone you know, please answer.thanks.ps, be specific, eg, time, amounts, etc.

No, you cannot lose weight fast. You did not gain weight quickly, and losing it will take equally as long.By the way, if you execise for 4 hours and eat less than 400 cals a day, you are going to die. That isn t good for anything but destroying your muscles and internal organs.

now that sounds unsafe but far be it from me to tell you how to look. amphetemines. like speed works extreamly well they were used in the 70s 80s as a dietry suplement untill housewives were doing cleaning and cooking dinner at 4 in the morning

yes you CAN lose weight very fast by going on crazy-stupid fad diets, but it s unsafe it s temporary weight loss. you will regain at least as many pounds as you lose, and then it ll be significantly harder to lose again in the future because crap like that messes up your metabolism.

the best thing I did, which was HARD, was goto the quick wieght loss centers. I dropped 70 lbs.the basics were: eating only chicken, veggies, and limited carbs...they had a list of foods you could and couldnot eat.they also had you stay away from caffiene and sugar and artificial sweetners. it cost money but it was worth it.

If you drink drinks like coffee, cola s, and energy drinks, then stop drinking them and just drink water instead. You can loose up to 11 pounds in 1 month
