Easy weight loss tips? -

I am 5 4 and 105 pounds, but I m not very old. I have recently been gaining weight, and I want it to stop. I have always been self concious, but this is making me even worse. I know that I m thin but I feel like I m just not as thin as I used to be. Does anyone have any weight loss tips so that I can shed the 5 or so pounds I ve gained recently. And please don t say it s just puberty.

Hi, I can tell you about a brand new weight loss / hunger management , portion control capsule called FORMPortion control is a very important part of weight loss. Many of us over eat and consume more calories than we are able to burn off. FORM helps with this, you take it 30 minutes before a meal with water. It swells up in your stomach so you eat less and feel full faster. You even feel full between meals and that helps eliminate compulsive snacking. FORM has no side effects and is drug and stimulant free. It works 100% of the time.Learn more at http://www.ControlPortions.com

You are already far to thin to be considering losing any more weight, however if may help you to feel in control of your body more if you kept a food diary. You should be eating 2000 calories a day (and no, two cheeseburgers does not count). If you really must shed those 5 pounds the best way to do it is with exercises as it stops you getting saggy skin and becoming more flat chested (as often happens with food based diets). Try doing about 30 sit ups, 10 press ups and about 30 straight legs lifts.N.B. you will not actually lose weight with exercises, you will loose inches instead (muscle is heavier than fat and all that) so to judge if you have lost any its best to get the tape measure out.

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on yourinitial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don teat wheat then you don t eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, youdon t eat junk food, and you don t eat biscuits. But your diet isstill balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points orto buy special meals or plans.

You are actually supposed to weigh 120 lbs.you are pretty short though.i m 14 and i m getting all these growth spurts.my body would gain a few pounds look a bit you know chubby...and theni would grow a few inches and i look leaner.don t worry about the wieght gain. your body is just prepparing to grow taller.i recommend exercising and eating fruits and veggies.weight isn t an issue here so don t worry

You are already underweight. Guys do not like skinny girls. At 5 4 an attractive weight is more like 125 lbs. Don t worry about your weight so much. There is plenty more to worry about than losing 5 lbs when you are already underweight.

I know you probably don t want to hear this...but for your height, you are a bit underweight...You need energy, if you lose any more weight, you will be bed-ridden!

The amount of calories required varies from person to person. There is no need to worry about the amount of calories you consume as about eating the proper foods. Rotate your foods, and be sure to eat a variety of foods. Eat meals that consist of a balance of proteins, complex carbohydrates, and some fat. Proteins can increase your metabolic rate by as much as 30%, and help to balance the release of insulin by prompting secretion of the pancreatic hormone glucagons. Protein-induced glucagons, mobilizes fats from the tissues in which it is stored, thus aiding in weight loss. By eating balanced meals you get more steady blood sugar levels and the ability to burn stored body fat for long-term weight loss. Along with a little meat protein, eat mainly plant proteins, such as nut, seeds, and grains.Eat fresh fruits and an abundance of raw vegetables. Have one meal each day that consists entirely of vegetables and fruits. Use more low calorie vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, cucumbers, green beans, kale, lettuce, onions, radishes, spinach, and turnips. Eat more of the low calorie, low-carbohydrate fruits including, apples, cantaloupe, grapefruit, strawberries, and watermelon.Eat foods raw where possible. Drink 8 C 10 glasses of water each day. Also include home made fruit juices and vegetable juices in your diet. Eat a wide variety of fruits and vegetables - at least all kinds that you can get your hands on. Just eat more of the low cal., low carb ones. And do not forget to take exercise. Exercise can come in the form of brisk walk.

Workout plan, how does this sound...? -

Ok, so here s the plan. :) Workout with weights one day. Walk 2 miles the next.Weights again the next....ect, ect,Cut out sugar, lower carb intake, and eat smaller portions. How does this sound? My dad has a Bowflex I will be working out on and I will be using a walking video on the other days.Is there anything else I should do...does anyone have any healthy weight loss tips? Thanks!

I think you will get very bored with this workout quickly. It sounds good, but you do need some variety. Healthy weightloss tips:1. Eat veggies2. Have water with you where you go. You can put lemon or lime in it to give it a little zing.3. Cut out soda (yes, even diet sodas. They stimulate your appetite)4. Cut out white processed sugars.5. Don t try supplements. I know someone else mentioned the acai berry. Yes, these things are natural, but can give many side effects. Over the counter diet supplements often have caffeine in them and are not regulated by the FDA. So, basically, anyone can put anything in there. For walking workouts (that will give you some variety) just google it. There is quite a few different types.I also have the wii fit, and its pretty fun and gives a good workout. I am an avid exerciser (ask my husband, i work out at least 2 hrs per day) and it gives a good workout on days when you don t want to go out!

There are Tree way to lose weight basically1] control dieting2] work out regular basis 3] take Doctors Advice Pillsif you can do 2/3 of these at a time, its so effictive. But in dieting work out you need dedication hard work . but some peoples don t like , so alternative way is takeing perfect Pills, but where you have spends Money. Some peoples Don t like to work hard even spend money which is really impossiable. For example i am...lol so after research a lot from Doctor s a found a Popular Pills Who also OFFER FREE TRIALs, you can try if you wanna .......@.....www.loosweightfree.comOr else you have control diet regularly go to gym Work out !!!i hope this information is hwlpful for you ??/ Good luck Dear.....

No, it does not sound good. Get specific about what your going to do. What type of exercises you will be performing, the weight you will be using, how man reps you will be doing. What type of walking are you going to do... slow walking or fast walking trying to get a target heart rate?? What sugars that you eat will you cut out? what carbs are you not going to eat? what type of meals plans do you have? Do you have a food journal? You need to get specific and stick with a plan that has goals or your going to have bad results. Sorry to sound negative, I m just trying to give you some ideas. Good luck

sounds good to me. Just make sure that you are drinking 8 + cups of water a day.

Im 17 and I want to lose weight? -

I m a 17 year old girl, I m 5ft 3 tall and i weight 135lbs. I really really wana lose weight, coz im quite fat! The main area that I carry the excess weight is my stomach, its disgusting! I m not going to go on any strict diets coz I ve tried before and failed! :(I eat alot of junk food, so im planning on cutting down on that. I m also planning to stop drinking sodas and I m also going to try and go for a short walk twice a day.Has anyone got any good weight loss tips? I m hoping to lose around 10lbs, although I m not in any major hurry to lose it, I don t mind if it takes a while, just aslong as i can lose it! :( lol x

If you want to lose weight, you need to two things: eat less and exercise more. Weight gain happens when you create a calorie surplus (eat more than you burn). Your body takes the excess calories and converts them to fat which get stored around your stomach, arms and thighs. The longer you remain in a calorie surplus, the more weight you ll gain. To lose that weight, you need to do the opposite. You need to create a calorie deficit (start eating less than you burn). Your first step is to figure out how many calories you burn on a daily basis. This calculator will help you out http://calorieneedscalculator.com The number you get from this tool is what your body burns on a daily basis. To lose weight, simply eat less. It sounds a lot easier than it is but making small changes helps you adjust to a new lifestyle. Don t think of this as a diet, think of it as a new life. Instead of eating foods high in sugars, white flour and saturated fat, go with fruits, vegetables, whole wheats, fish, lean meats, nuts and beans. In addition to eating less, you also need to exercise more. Start off at 1-2 times per week and work your way up to 3-5 times per week.Don t make all of these changes at once or you won t be able to properly adjust to them. Generally, eating healthier foods will decrease your calorie intake. Compare a doughnut to an apple and you ll see that healthy foods are lower in calories. You can find some more information at the Beginner s Guide to Dieting - http://straightdiet.com

You really need to stop drinking soda all together. You can have a little bit of junk food just once a week, and a healthy diet as a lifestyle. You can start by walking 10 minutes, then increase it 20 minutes and then 30 minutes. Then you try walking for 10 minutes, jogging for 10 minutes and walking for ten minutes- you will still be doing 30 minutes of cardio, but its more intense and you will continue to see results. You will be taking care of yourself so you will not only look better, you will feel better.

well I m a trainer so here it goes, Make sure your eating healthy cut out all the junk crap like chocolate and fast foods... eat plenty of fruit and veg but make sure none of the food contain hydrogenated fat in it (you can see this on the label!) Then go to the gym or run or join a sports club and train 3 - 5 times a week. this is your basic version if you would like more details feel free to contact me.

hey, if you carry alot of weight around your tummy area then you could try doing sit ups to tone it. Toning it will make a huuge difference. As for diet - eat plenty of protein and veg and not as many carbs. Exercise for 20 minutes a day. Treat yourself a couple of times a week. Let yourself have some of something good. if you restrict it totally your doomed to failure! Also, dont wiegh yourself all the time. Take care and good luck.x

i know im a rail lolz but i was told the key to losing weight is to be the normal way you are meaning to eat whatever just lessen ur portions and you will see a difference

Try eating 5 or 6 small meals a day of about 200-300 cals each and just so you dont feel deprived, make 1 day a week a cheat day where you can have the junk food you crave...but dont go overboard

um a lot of water!!!! and exercise, swimming... water helps you lose soo much weight! i changed my coke and pepsi to water and i lost weight in a few weeks...

Try to completely stop really junky foods! And have like 3 desserts a week. DONT GET OBSESSIVE THOUGH! Try and get a mini tramp and jump 30 mins a day.Good Luck :)

try drink mixes that have appetite controll shttuuff in them. or stop eating junk food:)

Stick to things that are similar to what you eat now so you don t feel like you are deprived. Flavored waters and some diet drinks. And as far as junk food switch from chips to rice cakes. You d be surprised how may flavors they have and how good they are. They have salty and sweet ones. Even chocholate :). Also Make sure to drink 2 glasses of milk a day or milk products like yogurt or cheese.Switch to reduced calorie bread, white or wheat it doesn t matter.Stock up on lean quizines and lean pockets, They are really easy to make and very healthy.Write everything you eat down along with calories. Cutting out regular sodas alone...you would be surprised how much that can help.Eat lots of veggies and fruit and drink lots of water. As far as exercise goes, Do things you enjoy, like whatever sports you are into. Or maybe invest in a exersise bike or treadmill.Good luck!

first, I would say throw away your scale and don t worry about weight. in every magazine i have read, i read that the best way to be comfortable with yourself is a mirror and weight shouldnt matter because muscle weighs more than fat so those 25 pounds that you want to lose could be from muscle.second, snack less, don t eat after eight , and maybe instead of three meals eat five real small meals , not five meals , five SMALL meals. this will cut out snacking but keep you satisfied.third, get some of your friends to work our with to make it fun and that way you won t dread working out every day. or maybe walk your dog once a day.good luck and happy new year.

Well. There was this commercial on TV and it was called Flirty Girls Fitness Club . Basically, that losing weight program said that if u want to lose wait then they will teach you dance moves from videos. And they have you dance on chairs and act -in my opinion- very slutty. And it said if u call now then you could receive the Flirty Girls Fitness Club dance pole for 1 dollar!!! Im sitting here thinking to myself How can acting like a slut and dancing on a pole help you lose weight?? I first thought it would work then i started thinking, and i was like no way. So. You should try going to a gym and working out. Trust me its not alot of work. Or you can search the commercials and see what they can do for you. Your welcome girl! If it doesnt work then contact me. :)

You re only 17! Don t worry about losing weight! However, if you are going to, take it easy. Definitely lay of the junk food, and coke. You could try doing like 3 sets of 10 sit ups at night and in the morning, although, spot work outs may not help. Walking is really good exercise. The idea is to lose 1lb a week. To do that, if you work out how many calories you use a day (usually around 2000), and then you cut 250 calories from your diet, and then 250 in exercise, you will lose it in no time.I lost 3 stone in just over 3 months with this method....it is possible. Just remember how much you want to lose the weight when u pick up a soda :)

Weight loss tips. please read full description. no spammers.? -

i have always been thin in my life, to about when i was 9. i went to visit my grandma for a full summer, and came back really chubby. im 14 now, and still havent been able to lose the weight. i have always taken dance and gymnastics classes, AT LEAST once a week. now im going for three times a week. im not obsessed with fat foods chips, but i have them about once a week. i dont eat fast food. i eat everything, yes, out of the food groups. i am a fruits and veggie type of person, so i ALWAYS have them. i hate cheese, and i barely eat meat. i walk to and from school daily. i know i should drink more water; i will. any other tips ? i need to lose weight mainly around my thighs and butt. videos? my BMI says im at risk of being overweight; duhhh. PLEASE AND THANKSS.

I have started this Diet (lifestyle change) in the middle of November at 140lbs, and now at 117lbsGoogle fruit fastA DIET IS WHAT YOU EAT....there for we are all on a diet....THINK LIFESTYLE CHANGEYou got the change the way you think and feel about foodTRY THIS, and stick to it.The first 3-4 weeks are the hardest until your body adjusts to the change. Results will be in about the same timeFruits and VeggiesEat more plants and keep away from stuff that was made in plants.Don t eat anything that comes in a can, box or package.........THEY HAVE ADDITIVES IN THEM THAT MAKE YOU ADDICTED TO THE FOOD.....If man made it, don t eat itNO white BREAD or SUGARNO PIZZA, I am in the pizza business, and it is not good for you, very high in FAT and CaloriesNO FRIED FOOD...Stay away from FAST FOODNO POP, SODA or FIZZY DRINKSWalk your dog, or walk a friends dogDon t think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle changeI have lost 28.5 pounds in 3 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week....controlled portion....this really works.........Write down every thing you eattake a multivitamin at night

well control how much sodium you intake. this makes you retain water. to get the 8 glasses of water you need a day have 2 at each meal and 2 at a snack. then walla! you had your 8 glasses you need! cut the chips you have once a week out! then exercse a hour a day. 20 min of walking, 20 min of running, 20 min of biking and you will be in great shape

Run a lot, lots of water...jumping jacks, squats, lunges...

do lunges it helps, step ups, and squat it really tones down the thighs and butt

I had the same thing happen to me when I was your age. I actually danced a minimum of 5 days a week from the age of 11 to 17 and struggled constantly with being chubby (especially lower abdomen, butt, and thighs). Around age 16 my body shifted and I realized that a lot of the extra weight I had was simply from being a girl and being between 12 and 15. When the rest of the goo, as I like to call it, didn t come off (I m now 21) I decided to take an active stance. I have started running every single day since February. It sucked worse than anything in the beginning. I told myself I would run for 20 minutes then do some crunches, leg lifts, and stretches. After now doing this for two months I realize that I look forward to it, even if it is extremely hard to get myself out of the house. I have lost 12lbs and am starting to gain definition in my stomach, thighs, and butt area. I also feel about a million times better every morning when I wake up, and I was never unhealthy to begin with.Running absolutely sucks when you start, for about the first month. My recommendation is to drag a friend along with you. Pretty much use your friend to guilt trip you into going and vise versa. I end up being lazy about once a week, but I have never missed more than 2 days in a week. Try it out until summer time, if you commit you could notice a big difference by then.

Got any good weight loss tips? -

Aside from the obvious eat less, exercise more of course. I mean anything that just really help someone lose weight.

I have an exercise routine of carido and weight bearring but,if I include a one mile walk at night, it seems to make a big difference. Also, I thought these items were OK to eat but Yogurt, Oatmeal, and Brown Rice don t seem to help me lose weight.

Healthy eating is the practice of making choices about what or how much one eats with the intention of improving or maintaining good health. Typically this means following recommendations of experts regarding a nutritional diet. The concept of healthy eating is primarily a problem in rich countries where the lifestyle includes little physical exercise, a large food intake, and a trend towards factory-processed foods instead of home-cooked meals. The article below discusses the recommendations for most citizens of such countries, with an alleged North American bias. Unfortunately, the main food problems for most of the people in the planet are lack thereof or malnutrition. The recommendations may address:total calorie consumption; balance of major nutrients (e.g., proteins, fats, carbohydrates); increased consumption of foods designated as beneficial; decreased consumption of foods designated as detrimental; increased consumption of specific vitamins or other micronutrients; avoidance of certain food additives (dyes, preservatives, sweeteners); avoidance of environmental food contaminants (e.g., mercury, pesticides, herbicides, aflatoxins) methods of food preparation (e.g., raw versus cooked). The experts may be academically certified, or may be self-appointed. The evidence underlying their recommendations may be strong or weak by scientific standards. Our ideas of what counts as healthy have varied in different times and places, according to scientific advances in the field of nutrition, cultural fashions, religious proscriptions, or personal considerations

Don t eat 1 and a half hours before bed. And drink water. That s helped me A LOT!

I stop eating after 7pm, this really helps me.

Okay, so there s really no quick way to lose weight...Also...you re fine the way you are. But, if you still insist on losing weight here s a few things to do....Drink plenty of Water...Juice is ok, but water is the best. No soda.Cut out junk...cookies, cake, chips etc., etc...Exercise...you said you play soccer...you that s your fun exercise.Jogging and walking is good also.Doing all of this can def help...But make sure you eat. Don t skip meals...at all...because then, you just might end up overeating, when you finally do eat...and Eat Breakfast everyday. I ve done all these things and they really do work. I ve lost weight this way...it s natural...At first it may seem tedious when it comes to eating healthy, but you start to get the hang of it (this is if you re not already eating healthy). Good luck!!

Why are you in such a hurry? Its only the beginning of summer. Theres no magic way to lose weight fast (not legally anyways lol). SO...with that said, you need to start eating better (fruits and veggies and LOTS of water) and workout. Walk, jog, sign up for any kind of physical fitness class. But you have to stick to it! Dont rush yourself or you will put to much pressure and crack...end up binging on food. Stay positive and focused and feel as good about yourself right now as possible, the rest will fall into place. Good luck and have fun!

There are easier methods to reduce weight apart from diet and working out. You can have a diet supplement which flushes out the insides, you can reduce as much as 20 lbs like this - plus the weight comes off in the desired areas as well! There is a risk free trial at http://mecins.tictocdoc.com

The first step in any weight loss regimen should be to clean your colon. Excess waste in your colon can lead to extra weight. Conducting a colon cleanse could give you immediate weight loss. As well as cleaning your colon for these purposes your body will be able to process nutrients better. This will allow for your body to burn calories much quicker. I have used Colotrim and it works great. You can find it here http://x.azjmp.com/2mFtn

well the best to do is to take the thng called grams bars it comes on the tv every week on wednesday just call the number the channell is 11.1 it worked for my sister!

there are no simple tricks to use that s where people go wrong you have to limit yourself to 800-1200 calories a day if you want to lose weight

I like hungry-girl.com. One of the best resources out there about new food products, healthier alternatives and dangers to avoid. Also some good swap recipes. I don t buy into everything on there, but I have learned about some things that I have incorporated into my diet.

I think slim-fast.com is a great resource!! Even if you don t use their products (which I am a fan of), there are a lot of great tips. They also have tools like a weekly weigh-in feature where you can chart your progress.

hey just surfing the net i found a very nice blog dedicated to weight loss tips and natural weight loss programs like diet and exercises. Hope this will work!!

This article will detail you on how to lose fat . http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/m_111I highly recommend you join their site, they are really into nutrition and there are none of this nonsense about losing 30lbs in 30 days, detox diets, low carbs diets, but rather they encourage healthy eating which you can sustain for a lifetime, rather than diets where they are hard to sustain for a long period.
