Is this a good diet to lose weight fast? -

I just want to lose 10 poundsBreakfast: CoffeeLunch: a couple of Special K Wheat CrackersDinner: Coffee every day until I lose 10-15 pounds...How does that sound?

That sounds really bad. You need to drink plenty of water and eat a lot more than that! Loads of fruits and veg and plenty of exercise..You shouldn t starve yourself or you will get no where.
