How can i lose weight fast? -

ok i need t olose 15 pounds as quick as possible! anybody know of anything that will help me lose weight in the quickest way possible? like 5 pounds a week or more!?

ok try to eat more fiber you will feel fuller and eat less, dont eat after 6 and drink a full glass of water in the morning. also drink alot during the day(no soda just water and green tea) excercise, you can t really loose that much in a short period becase that can harm you, get sleep and relax try not to think about your weight because the more you think about it the less you loose, just eat good foods, www.hungrygirl.com has great recipes for low calorie and low fat foods, take a look.

5lbs is not healthy to lose a week but its possible check out this diet weight watchers drop diet just google it this diet will make u lose a ton of weight very fast trust me just dont cheat i lose 4.5 lbs in 3 days it amazing!!! but the hardest thing is is keeping it off cause it is a crash diet but after you do this if you maintain a good eatting habit and exercize retein ull be fine but u might gain back 1lb cause of it but thats ok try it for a week or so then stop for a week then if you wanna lose more try it again

You don t want to try to lose weight that fast. It is unhealthy.You d have to be on a very low carb/calorie diet in order forthat to work, and exercise to excess. I knew someone whowanted to lose weight quickly so she could join the army.And she had a month or so to do it in. And she began jogging, and swimming and cutting back on all of the stuffthat made her overweight for her size. So she was eatingjust nutritious food. I don t know about 5 pounds, but if you have a dog, you should try to get up early every day and walk it. Or if there is a local gym in your arena, or since it s summer, you can SWIM! If you have a pool(or know a friend that has one), tr y to go in it every day, or every other day. Tip: DON T STARVE YOURSELF! Just try to not eat dessert if you realy want to lose weight. Don t eat ice cream at night, eat fruit for snacks if your hungry.Just DO NOT strave yourself! I hoped I helped!!!!

I went to Thailand the past summer to train for kickboxing for 2 months and lost 30 lbs... intense workout will decrease your appetite and burn off the fat... if you want to make a change... you will need to really be determined about it... all the short cuts are ppl trying to make money off of you... there really isnt any short cuts...
