What swimsuit should I wear? -

I m going to cancun in early april (probably) and if not ill be swimming a lot over the summer. i ve never really worn bikinis except last summer a little bit, and i want to. im 14, 5 8 , and 140 pounds about. i was 136 over thanskgiving and looked better. so im reallyy trying to lose weight, but what bikini is the most flattering, like what style would you suggest? even color? also, i know i dont have a pic but can you tell from my weight and height if im way too fat to wear a bikini? while im at it, any weight loss tips as well?

As far as the bikini, solid black is super flattering. A halter type top that ties at the neck are the best. I also like the boy-cut style bottoms.As for weight tips, the best thing to do is watch what you eat. Especially if you hate exercise. If you don t read nutrition facts, make sure you read the ingredients!!! The less ingredients, the better. No partially hydrogenated oils, no msg, no preservatives, no high fructose corn syrup. And if you re a soda drinker, cutting that out alone will melt pounds almost instantly. It s easy once it becomes habit! I eat real butter, drink whole milk, and love bread... and I weigh 125. But at your height, it doesn t seem like you need to lose weight. Maybe just tone up if ya want!

try not to get anything to skimpy. like dont get a super skinny bikini or anything cause thats for like super skinny girls.p.s. im not trying to be rude. and as for weight loss. drink water all the time. like if you just drink water and only water and stop drinking soda you will loose at least 5 pounds right there. garanteed. so yeah just dont drink soda. and drink water as much as you can. you should have at least 8 glasses of water a day. and as for food. uhm you can eat calories and junk food as long as you excersize a lot! but like if you dont exercise a lot then dont eat junk food. just go for walks a lot. and drink lots of water.

well you could possibly go to target.they have really like cute bathing suits.i always go there. and im about the same size as you but im 18.im tall and thin but i weigh the same.you would probably look good in a halter, with yellow.lol i just like that color and since your goig to cancun you will tan ALOT!! and yellow would look cute tan and in a yellow bikini.!! :)

It doesn t matter how much you weigh, what matters is if your stomach area is toned. No one wants to see a bunch of jiggling rolls at the pool. =PI think most women look good with a halter style top. It flatters the girls and keeps them in check while playing on the beach.

Well 140 and 5 8 is probably slim enough to wear a bikini. But if you have thin legs and a pudgy tummy, you would look better in a one piece. If you are happy with how you look in one, then it is probably ok. Lime green is a cute color.

um first id like to say that a whole 4 pounds prolly doesnt make a huge difference.because of your age..you should go for something that completely covers your body.go for a bikini that COMPLETELY covers your boobs. and your @ss!!!http://15dollarstore.com/img/5916_1_2130��thats just an example

im the same weight- i wear tankinis. they r 2 pieces but they arent as high as bikinis. 1 u feel comfortable in is wut u should wear. colors, id say like pinks, blues, purples and yellows

triangle bikini s always look good but go for bottoms that aren t too low, as long as you re not extremely pale you ll look great and even if you are kind of plae wear white because it makes you look tanner.

Of course not!I weigh 130 pounds, but I m only 5 2 so I look pretty chunky, and I m planning to buy those bathing suits that are kind of vintage. Since I have big hips like the pin up girls from back then, and I m not confident enough to wear 2wo suits.So check this out if you like...their just as hot as bikinis. However since you have long leg, your 5 8 and all, plus your only 140, so that s not bad...I think a nice bikini with a halter top and shorts; would look nice, but of course it depends if your busted or have small breast? Also do you have tone stomach?It really depends.

How to lose weight for a thirteen year old girl? -

I m a size 18 and 20 in ladies. and i would really like if you give me advice on how to become a size 5 or less before my 8 grade prom which is in june 4 2010.( i want to look fantastic) I would appreciate it if you gave me a plan on what to eat and do daily until next year june. Is it also possible to lose that much weight .Thanks

yes, you can look fantastic before then! I work at a womens gym- every woman is different, different frame, different body type ect.Here is what you HAVE/NEED to do.tell your parents you need a gym membership, maybe they ll work out with you if they are over weight, anyways shouldnt be too much. A lot of places do a student summer membership, so see if theres something for you to do. Next, you need to be tought how to use the Cardio and Strength training machines- some gyms do a free personal training session for your first workout. (If you have extra money or if your parents do, I would highly reccommend a personal trainer at the beginning of this process) they will give you a work out plan for you to use. ie. 30 min of cardio and 2 sets of 15 on certain machines.Lastly, and this is the one that is most important. You have to change your eating habits. HAVE to- otherwise you will only get so far with working out. Look up healthy meal plans and maybe try to get your whole family to start eating healthy with you!! It always helps to have other people help you stay on track! Maybe your mom or a friend could do this with you for a year until your prom and ya ll could compete to see who could lose the most inches! Try and make it fun, working out is great, gives you more energy helps you lose weight and just makes you feel more confident about yourself!and yes, I would consult a doctor to make sure your thyroid isnt off or another medical problem making you overweight!GOOD LUCK GIRL! Don t fall for that Acai scam. A balanced diet and regular exercise should be fine. If you stick with it from now until next year.However, it might also be worthwhile to consult a doctor to see if you have a medical condition.

Can someone help me figure out how to lose weight with out having to really kill myself? -

I am still trying to lose the baby fat and its been over a year I know that sounds kind of lazy but I really need help I feel the weight on my body becoming out of control. I am about 40 pounds over weight please someone help me!

Here are some tips I hope will help u:eat these foods for faster weight lossturkey slices(they have them in the deli section with only 45 calories per serving)Kashi cereals(all are whole grain and taste great!)All bran crackers are a good source of fiber and whole grainsSouth beach diet bars in the peanut butter chocolate or vanilla crunch(taste great!)carrotssalsa(dip your veggies in them because it fights cravings and speeds up metabolism) anything spicy helps to speed metabolismcelery(burn more calories eating)blueberrie(great form of antioxidants)green tea(speeds up metabolism)water (drink 16 ounces first thing in the morning to help speed metabolism and an additional 80 throughout the day. believe me this helps with faster weight loss especially if the water is ice water cause your body has to work hard to warm it up thus helping you burn more calories)whole grain bread or whole wheat bread (no white!)salad dressings that are low calorie such as the ones you spray(10 cal for 10 sprays)8th continent soy milk has only 50 cals for 8 ouncesfat free cheddar cheeseegg whiteslow fat yogurt such as light and fit 60 cals per containerlow calorie soups (fill you up fast)bran buds(lots of fiber to keep you full plus aids in digestion and faster weight loss)As far as execise goes find something that you love doing and stick with it. Do 1 and a half hours a day 5 times a week and youll see results fast. Go to a gym and do some strength training a few times a week or if you cant just make sure you are stretching a lot before and after a workout. If you dont have time to really work out a lot because I could understand its tough with a child maybe try taking long walks with the stroller in your neighborhood. Speed walking is great and any exercise is better than nothing at all. Weight loss is frustrating, I know from experience. One tip is not to weigh yourself until a couple of weeks or perhaps even months. Just judge how your clothes are fitting you. Muscle weighs more than fat so at first you may not think your losing weight but your really starting to look better. YOu be the judge, you dont need to scale to tell you. Other tips6 small meals are best but try and keep lots and protein and fiber at at least 3 of your meals to ensure you feel full and satisfied.dont eat past 7:00 at night or the food will just lay in your stomachkeep a food diary to make sure your not going over your calorie limit. Try and stay between the 1300-1500 calorie line you could even try 1200 calories IF you want to do it quicklyAlso once in a while it is ok to indulge a bit, but dont go overboard.
