Diet and cardio! Thats the only way to lose fat. 4-5 cardio session per week for 30 minutes at least. Also have 5 small meals a day 3 hours spaced. None should be more than 450 cals.

ok from my own experience,this is how i ate to to loose some 40-50 pounds over 4 months:-a big breakfast( all healthy stuff, fruits, whole wheat bread etc-a medium lunch( again has to be healthy)-and every night for dinner, just a cup of fat free milk( you could also use 1% or 2%, depending on ur taste) with wheat cereal(whichever brand as long as it whole wheat)....I also cut back on soda and all the sugary treats completely and did 10 minute intense exercises 2-3 times a day.Hope that helps, let me know if u have any questions..goodluck
