Which diet is most effective and works the fastest? -

I am a 22 year old female that weighs 230lbs. I am ready to lose the weight and want to be at about 155-160 by January 30th 2009. I need a diet that is going to help me burn at least 15lbs a month (THE MORE YOU WEIGH, YOU MORE WEIGHT YOU LOSE A MONTH) I dont want to hear about healthy weight loss I just want something that is going to get me back to 140lbs and is not going to take me a year. I dont mind excersise so that wont be a problem....

No diet works. Diets are quick for results but not long lasting. I ve done them all...seriously.I ve finally found the key to keeping a good weight is to lower your caloric intake to 1200 calories/day. I eat moderate portions of a card size peice of meat and a ton of fruits and veggies and do at least 30 mins of exercise-cardio- a day.

I used to be 240 lbs 1 and half year ago and now I am 178. That is about 35 lbs a year, not great but I plateaued a lot. I am now 182 so I gained a few, happens but I am working it off.I ate under 1000 cals a day.I switched to diet soda, then to just water or unsweaten tea (soda has a lot of salt so it makes you look fatter than you are an retains water)My new goal is to be 145 in 2 months. Plan: 1 meal a day for 10 days, Atkins induction 10 days, Master cleanse the next 10, so on and so forth.I don t care if you folks think this is unhealthy, so is being fat and having people be really mean to you because of it. That is stress AND bad health, much worser than crash dieting thank you very much.

Atkins is the quickest and easiest for me. I ve lost 26 pounds in the last 45 days. I also walk a mile 3 times a week and have moderate activity the rest of the time (I mean...I m not walking NOW for instance). It s not LOW carb, it s CONTROLLED carb. Once you learn what has carbs and doesn t, no need to count anything. Alright, I am trying to get this down to a simple statement to save me time and you reading.Wanna lose weight, quit buying into the crap on tv. This is how you do it. Man and woman, your bodies work the same in regards to energy consumption.1. Do like the Europeans: eat 5-6 meals a day at least, small proportion. Example: Morning - toast, jelley or bagel and low fat cream cheese Mid afternoon - some fruit or snack Afternoon - sandwhich and vegetables Mid evening - small snack Dinner - something light like fish and riceJust an idea, but the idea is not big proportions at all but very small. Dont eat out you cant control proportions eating out the restarante does.This tricks your bodies metabolism into a increased fat burning. I.e. your body thinks another meal is coming soon so it uses more stored energy and doesnt bother saving as much = (less absorbtion by the intestines). Less meals equals body saying crap dont know when I am getting fed again start saving = (slow down intestines so we absorb more cals)2. Exercise right: you need to get that heart rate up to 60% AT LEAST and keep it there for more than 30min to burn calories correctly.3. DRINK more water. Especially you women. Hello your body needs it so give it. Avg. 8 liters a day, not too much you can drown yourself.4.
