How to lose weight within a three month period? -

i know....lay off the sweets,,,,excercise...and stuff . but i weigh a whopping 102 at age 14! Thats terrible!

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, whichwill lead to increase of weight, or muscle growunderneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet withoutexercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. Fordiet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. It costs nothing, and you do not have tocalculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is themost efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight alot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to targetyour problem areas for men and women. It s not necessarily to become abodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help youto target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

It s too sad that many women in our society consider my weight heavy or fat ... But I ve learned to be comfortable with it and ignore all others.If you are 5 feet tall and 102 lb. You re perfectly NORMAL :)

If you are around average height, then 102 lbs then you re at a healthy weight. Muscle weighs more than fat per volume so if you exercise and workout extensively, don t be surprised if you have gained weight. Don t forget, you need some fat in your body to keep you healthy.

How to lose weight being a veggan? -

I am a vegetarian, 27yrs old weigh 76 kgs. I walk for about 6 kms everyday. How can I lose weight?

If you are overweight on a vegetarian diet perhaps a vegan diet might help. This means no animal protein of any kind, not even dairy products, eggs or sea food.A pesco vegetarian consumes sea food, a lacto vegetarian consumes dairy products and an ovo vegetarian consumes eggs so if you were one of those then a vegan diet would probably help as very few vegans are overweight.Mixing animal protein with starchy carbohydrates such as bread, cereals, pasta, rice or potatoes can be fattening and such combinations are excluded by a vegan diet.The Atkins diet permits animal protein in large amounts but only in the absence of starchy carbohydrates.

1. Drink plenty of water. Our body needs a lot of water so give in to water. Water is not just way to flush out toxin but if you have more water in your body you will generally feel healthier and fitter. This it self will discourage any tendency to gorge. The best thing about water is that is has no calories at all.2. Start your day with a glass of water. As soon as you wake up, gulp down a glass of cool water. It��s a wonderful way to start you day and you only need a lesser quantity of your breakfast drink after that. These things contain 90 to 95 % water so that there is nothing that you have to lose by feasting on them. They fill you up without adding to the pounds.7. Eat fresh fruit instead of drinking fruit juice. Juice is often sweetened but fresh fruits have natural sugars. When you eat fruit, you are taking in a lot of fiber, which is needed by the body, and fruits of course are an excellent source of vitamins.8. If you do have a craving for fruit juice then go for fresh fruit juice instead of these that contain artificial flavors and colors. Or even better, try making your own fruit juice taking care not to sweeten it with too many calories.9. Choose fresh fruit to processed fruits. Processed and canned fruits do not have as much fiber as fresh fruit and processed and canned fruits are nearly always sweetened.10. Increase your fiber intake. Like I mentioned, the body needs a lot of fiber. So try to include in your diet as many fruits and vegetables as you can.11. Go crazy on vegetables. Vegetables are your best bet when it comes to losing pounds. Nature has a terrific spread when it comes to choosing vegetables. And the leafy green vegetables are your best bet. Try to include a salad in you diet always.

There a a lot of ways to lose weight. I think the best way to lose weight is to exercise a bit more and eat healthier foods, like fruit veges and grains. No offense but i don t think that pills will work and drugs aren t good for your body anyways.hope tht helped you.xoxo

Ok, great question, there are so many out there, and it s really annoying when I find them constantly spread here:- Eating after 7 p.m. makes you gain weight , incorrect, the only correct recommendation is that you lower your carbohydrate intake at night-As long as you burn more calories than you consume you re good, wrong, the source of your calories has to be healthy, or it will slow fat-loss, and your general health will face consequences-Exercise is more important than nutrition, false, nutrition is far more important, exercise just speeds up the process-Carbohydrates need to be avoided as much as possible, incorrect, you need 5 grams of glucose per hour for your brain to function properly, and you can certainly lose weight with a carbohydrate intake by limiting it, but not so much that it s unhealthy-Lean Cuisine and Subway is healthy, wrong, they are highly processed, they are just healthy alternatives compared to foods that are even more unhealthy-The idea that starvation is effective at losing weight-That meat is responsible for obesity (it is mainly due to the high consumption of processed foods and lack of exercise)So many, if I think of more I ll list them.

I think one of the biggest myths that people fall into is that pills always work.Supplements other than whey protein generally have very low amounts of the compound in them (usually less than 1g). This is fine, studies in reliable journals have proven that these doses which are in fact high, accelerate fat loss or mass gain. However this may only be an extra 4lbs over 4 weeks. People generally assume that the pill is magic and works alone. This in fact is incorrect, usually on the bottle it will say to be used in conjunction with a blanced diet and exercise program. Also this research is performed under strict conditions, possibly with a program and nutrition plan devised by professionals. It could be done with a group of athletes with high metabolisms etc....I m not saying don t take these supplements because they are proven to work, but don t expect a huge change.I think the other myths have been covered by other people.

That people know what they re talking about, or that you will suddenly lose a lot of weight by purchasing some new book or piece of equipment. Just eat less/healthier and get outside and be active. Happiness can also have an effect. Depressed people tend to put on a little weight after a while, unless they become drug addicts or something.

How to lose weight quickly ? -

I decided i HAVE TO lose weight, so recently i stopped eating sweets, candy s, chocolate, chips, ... But i m suppose to hit the gym too but i never have the time cause of school and homework and stuff .. so please any other tips to lose weight quickly? Thankss !! =] xx.

You don t always have to minimize your diet. Do eat some daily otherwise you will fall weak. There is one way I know which can help you to loose weight and also helps to develop the body. You select a circuit for running and make sure that it is long. Start running as fast as you can. You will get very tired after sometime but don t stop running. Keep running as fast as you can as long as you can. Best is if you run for about half an hour a day. Do this before sleeping and dinner and when you come back wait for a few minutes and take a bath with cold water. If you do this you will also get a good sleep at night ! This seems nuts but try this for a few days. The main reason for this is that when your energy gets utilized fast and you tend to run out of energy that is when your body starts releasing energy by burning the fat cells in your body. let me remind you that it is tough but not impossible and is also scientifically proven. If you are successful you will not only loose weight but also develop running stamina. It was very effective and I have learned this.

If you have a Wii Game Sytem, I suggest getting the Wii Fit. It works amazingly, and fast. Most people tell you that you should cut your diet, but this is not the way. I say eat when you are hungry, and only in small portions because it takes that part your brain a while to function. If you are still hungry, then eat, duh :) Do not give up, and splurge, I did this a while ago, and I gained 45 lbs! Not good! (I m 13 right now, jsyk.) If you are interested in something sweet try a bagel! I love bagels, and they fill you up better than a desert. I also agree with the answer from Kshitij Dhar! He is SO right!
