How many calories does one Regular Slim Fast in Chocolate have? -

Can someone actually read my question and just answer it without extra additives?First person to do that gets my Best Answer.I am 5 2, and 115lbs wearing a size 3,I DO NOT NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT. I am not asking for weight loss tips ,or if it works. Just Asking a simple question. Thanks

If you want to lose weight (not loose), the best advice I can simply give is to create a regular exercise routine, 3-4x a week, drink LOTS of water, and cut down on liquid calories and fat. If you have the money to join a gym or jazzercise, that s great, but cardio is the most important thing for actually losing weight. Good luck!

as you are only 12 youl still be growing and the weight is probs just puppy fat. if u have concerns about ur weight u shud speak to a parent or doctor hu can help u lose weight in a healthy way. please dont try to diet on ur own as if u dont get the right nutrition then ul be really ill by the time ur like 20. u probs dont need to diet, ul have a growth spurt soon so ul be more balanced.good luck :) x

Weight Issues.? -

I need to lose 15-20 pounds by June! Does anyone have any good weight loss tips for me. I have joined a gym, and I eat real healthy, I just can t seem to lose any. Is there any kind of magical diet plan that can vanish my baby weight.

I had my baby back in July and I still have lots of weight to loose. For me loosing Baby weight has been alot harder then loosing pounds in the past. I know its hard but be patient it will come off.Try drinking hot water,sounds yucky but it actually will help to eliminate alot of the toxins that are in your body.Good luck

eat healthy foods ,don t eat a lot of junk food,watch what you eat.also you need to make a exercise plane and try to do as much as you can daily.that s how my sister lost weight and it worked pretty good she lost 22 ponds in about 2 months....good luck

No!!! The diets which promise weight loss are basically crap. Even if you were to lose weight on them whenever you stop you will put the weight back on and it will be harder to lose it next time on the next diet. And believe me when you go on one diet you will go on another. What you have to do is eat well but cut down on portions slightly, drink more water, cut out or at least cut down unhealthy snacks such as chocolate, biscuits, sweets, crisps/chips, fizzy drinks, wine,beer,spirits. Going to the gym is fine but remember that muscle weighs more than fat so you want to do excercise that burns up fat but does not build up muscle -so you need to do excercise with light weight or little resistance and plenty of repetitions. Actually exercise is the best way to lose weight. Eat healthy foods and stay off the junk and sodas. Be sure your cardio is getting your heart rate up enough to burn the fat. Here is a site about exercise.

besides the obvious exercise, eating well, portion control etc. are there certain times of the day that are better for eating than others? great foods/drinks to boost your metobolism/energy. things like that.

If you are looking for some good snacking foods, reach for CELERY!!!! It is one of the only foods that have negative calories. In other words, it takes more calories for your body to digest the celery than the celery has. So basically, when you eat celery, it satisfies your hunger AND burns fat. Also, try to do a few yoga poses before bed. Even after you re done doing yoga, your muscles continue to burn calories so, you can burn calories while you sleep! And one more thing...WATER! Lots of it makes you loose weight fast, my friend. Hope this helped. :]

Our measurements are the same.I am currently just starting the atkins diet.I hope it works out for me. You should try it out.Anywho a pound of calories= 3500 calories.If you are eating.. lets say about 2000 calories a day,Then monitor your eating and eat about 1500 a day instead.You will lose weight fast and efficiently.

Try wearing a good, supportive (non padded) jogbra/exercise bra. They are designed to squish them a bit so they wont bounce when exercising. Stay away from padding and underwire.

You don t sound overweight at all. If anything even a bit on the skinny side. You don t need to loose weight. Also an A/B cup doesn t sound massive at all. You re still growing, in a few years you ll probably find that you ve grown into them. Don t feel bad about how you look. Be proud of your skinny figure and lovely breasts, I bet lots of people would be jealous to look like you.

That size is pretty normal for your age and you are bound to get bigger soon and grow into them,

as you get to your 50 s you will learn to appreciate them-simply remove your bra, and they will pull all the wrinkles out of your face!

Your still growing don t worry about it cos they won t look so bad when you get taller, when I was 13 mine were 36C the same size as Pamela Anderson s so I know what you re going through.
