If you are really serious about losing weight you must have this program. It worked for me and it is the only weight loss program that lost me 13 pounds in 2 weeks. It works very well and using right information will lose your weight fast . You can get more information here http://bit.ly/sefw17

Dont buy a product. Instead, totally stop eating all :bread / crackers / chipspasta / ricewhite potatoessugar/candy/cakes/pies/ ice cream thing like thatno fast food/ no fried foodif u do this drink alot of water add 20 min exercise (slow walking or aerobics, not hard though) 2 times a day, you will see fat start to melt off in a week.best to cut out corn too. After u lose the fat, best to just add small amounts of bread / rice/ past back in/

just watch what you eat and save money while you loose weight. cut out snack foods like chips, pop, cupcakes, donuts, you know what i mean. why waste money on weight loss crap?

What are some weight loss tips for teens? -

Nothing bad please.

Don t let peer pressure make you want to lose weight. As a teen the only reason I wanted to lose weight was because of other girls. Don t take diet pills at a young age, they are not good for anyone. Walk around your neighborhood 3 or 4 times a week, and don t eat junk food. If you do eat junk food a lot stop slowly. Start eating less and less of it. Most people eat junk food but limit their intake. That is the point of weight watchers. They eat what they want, but limit how much they eat. You have to exercise. There are no ways around it. I have tried.

just try to eat healthy and sta yactive its easier to looose weight as a teenager than it is for adult so so it now if you really want it to go away. the main thing to do is stay active!!

How can I lose 20 pounds in one month? -

Without taking dieting pills or buying weight loss programs?

A lot of the answers you will see here will tell you to buy some sort of supplement. Don t take diet pills. They are unnatural and dangerous. It is not the lack of pills that got you heavy; that is not the fix you need. It was (most likely) improper diet and lifestyle that got you the extra weight. That is the fix you need. The best way to lose weight is through the principles of balance and moderation. Fastest is not best if you put it right back on.Shoot to lose 1-3 pounds per week. No more. Don t go hungry, just keep yourself filled with good, natural foods.Don t worry about calories. Caloric science is flawed for several reasons. 1) it assumes 100% absorption, but we all absorb and excrete different amounts; 2) It assumes all calories are processed the same, but calories from natural sources are burned more slowly and evenly than from refined sources; 3) It assumes that the amount of energy released by combustion (burning) in a lab is the same amount of energy released when the food is broken down enzymatically in the gut; 4) It assumes that the same exercise done by different people will burn the same amount of exercise, but different exercises will be harder or easier for different people; 5) Correlation does not prove causation. People who are heavier eat more calories: did the calories make them heavy, or did being heavy make them need more calories? Maybe they are both symptoms of a deeper problem. 6) people in China consume 25-40% more calories; even the sedentary office workers have more calories and less obesity than we.Asian cultures have long ago figured out how we should be eating, Ever since we have looked to science to tell us how to eat we have seen more obesity and diet-related disease. If we eat like the Asians, we will look like the Asians. This doesn t mean you have to eat Asian food, just adhere to the principles that are common to the different cultures and cuisines. You should eat mostly vegetables, mostly cooked (cold and raw foods slow your metabolism because they need to be cooked in your stomach) and a wide variety, mostly fresh and in-season and local, simple grains (more rice, less bread), some fruit, a little meat, no dairy (it s for infants and grows tissue), and no artificial foods.Avoid artificial foods, including sugar substitutes. Don t worry about calories, fat, protein, carbs, nor any one component of food. There are several books that explain this strategy of eating. The Asian Diet: simple secrets for eating right, losing weight, and being well by Bussell explains the diet and its rationale. The Asian Diet: get slim and stay slim the Asian way by Tran has recipes that adhere to the principles. The China Study by Campbell has the science behind the recommendation.Get some exercise every day, but not too much and not always the same exercise. Start slow and work your way up. Calisthenics are great, as is Tai Chi. You can get a video from the library.Follow the principles of balance and moderation and you ll be fine. Most diets in America are not balanced nor moderate.Source(s):http://www.theasiandiet.comhttp://www.thechinastudy.com

Losing little wieght? -

First let me say I m not fat. I am about 6 foot tall and weight about 190ish. I use to be a really major athlete and over the course of years the weight has crept up on me. I am a horrible eater and drink way too much Mt. Dew daily. I need a handful of tips to get back to my ideal weight (175ish, perferrable 170) for both my health, mental sanity and just self image. Working full time I tend to have very little time to workout at home, I often have to bring work home and do paper work in the evenings. Any ideas on healthy, weight loss that can be done in small changes? Like I said I m not fat, but I use to be all sorts of buff and now with this weight creeping up I am really starting to get annoyed any advice would be greatly appriciated.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day8 glasses of waterhave complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energyhave lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs musclecardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight trainingdont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Bud, if you were an athlete at one stage it won t be too difficult for you to get back to some semblance of a fine physique in a little while. You just need to get started.Having a full time job and other committments don t help. The trick is to change your lifestyle. The first thing to do is to try to find some time for yourself EVERY DAY. Just put aside 1/2 an hour each day to do a little bit of exercise. I would recommend you start out with something simple like a 20 minute run followed by some push ups, sit ups and some pull ups. Don t worry about how fast you re running or how many push ups you re doing .Just get yourself into a routine. With regards to diet ... GET RID OF THE SUGAR! Increase your protein intake and cut out high GI carbs. If you re really craving for soda then drink light drinks. I know it doesn t taste the same but after a little while you ll get used to it. I did!Now the last part, and this might sound a bit hocus pocus, but start to feel fit. After a workout take your shirt off in front off the mirror and check out how good you look. Visualise those abs! Nothing like a good positive frame of mind to do wonders for your body.Good luck!

For one, drink DIET mt. dew--it tastes exactly the same. Eat more protein and less carbs whenever possible. Cut out all white substances: flour sugar.

Herbalife products.. opinions needed please!!!? -

Hi I am 25 years old and I just started a weight loss program Herbalife.I feel good and I totally believe in the product. The only thing is that I feel like my heart beats a little to much and when I eat alot like I used to I feel like I m too full and I want to vomit. I think my stomach is shrinking...lol anyways I Lost 3 pound in one week. I am so happy!!! Now tell me what you think??? please!!!!

Hi,I m a distributor for Herbalife, and you will definitely see results. I was just going to say, are you taking the Herbalife Supplement Total Control ? I always warn my customers of this one because it s one of two products that we sell that contains a LOT of caffeine. If you weren t used to caffeine prior, this could be whats making your heart race! The bottle says to take it 3 x s a day... I actually have some of my people just take a 1/2 a pill 3 x s a day. For me, it was never a problem because (sadly) I used to drink like 8 cans of soda a day... so my body was def. used to caffeine. (NO, I don t drink soda anymore! lol) I also kind of laughed when you said your stomach is shrinking . I knew something was up with me, when we went to our favorite taco place and I ALWAYS got 3 tacos with beans and dip. Then all of the sudden. I was sooo full after just 1. I was almost mad about it! lolBest of luck to you on the products!-LindsayVitalityAvenue@gmail.com

I am 14 and have lost 30 pounds just from a diet. But then someone mentioned herbalife. I bought the formula 1 shake and I only tried one shake one day. But it gave me so much energy and filled me up too. I will have them when school starts next week for breakfast because I tend to get stressed out from school and I don t want to gain the 30 pounds back. But I lost it slowly so I don t know if I would, since I am into a healthy lifestyle. I do belive it can work. You just need to be careful eating it becuase herbalife cn be used for both weightloss and weight gain. So if you are eating alot when having herbalife you will gain weight. Take Care, Alex

As with any diet, be careful and possibly consult a physician before starting any diet. Herbalife has been around a mighty long time and they also sponsor the LA Galaxy, David Beckham s team. Trust the product, but again be careful. If you notice anything that really doesn t seem right consult a doctor.

my mom sold that stuff for a while, its just like any other otc diet pill, the only thing that works is a diet, a permanent diet, if youre fat, you will have to cut back what you eat, forever, not just until you lose the weight.

if u wana lose weight at home without exercising......u can refer to this websitehttp://detoxloseweight.blogspot.com/and u will find so many tips for weight loose and weight loose reciepes.u can try them and lose weight at home easily.

What types of sports or hobbies can I take up to tone and/or flatren my butt, thighs and stomach? -

Genetically I have big thighs and a big butt and I hate it, it doesnt help that my thighs have stretch marks 2! I REALLY want to flatten them and tone them, I m also on a weight loss program. I m walking 2 and from school, PE three times a week, one hour on the exercise bike a day BUT I need something that will tone and/or flatten them. I ve heard that walking up steep hills and doing step-ups will tone your thighs but does anyone else know of any others? And could someone please give me advice on getting rid of stretch marks, I m desperate and I hate them so much! Would plastic surgery help?

Swimming will tone pretty much everything. Otherwise areobic classes are a designed, all over body workout and most focus on those target areas...or suats and lunges are geat for your behind and thighs and then crunches for your stormach just do them religiously..

Cycling, swimming or squash

Cancer and losing weight? -

There is a patient I know who is on a weight loss program, this person previously had breast cancer, also had chemo. she lost weight then gained, and is now trying to lose the weight on this program.however she is losing weight but slowly, slower than the other patients. She is so frustrated, Im not sure what to tell her.Is this slow weight loss because of her previous cancer and /or treament????

People s metabolism slows down as they age, and also she was likely inactive when she was undergoing chemo. She needs to exercise if she is not already, and if she is, she needs to exercise more. Probably her slow rate of weight loss is because she her metabolism is slow, not because of the cancer or treatment.DK

Cancer and its treatment can seriously alter metabolism. Especially so if her treatment involved any kind of hormones or steroids. Also especially if her hormone levels are different now (is she in menapause now, things like that). (My treatment seriously screwed my metabolism, I am still on steroids, and I am now in premature ovarian failure which, of course, effects my metabolism)She should keep in mind that it is not healthy to loose more than 2 pounds a week. My doc has recommended that I not loose more than 1 pound a week. Weight loss takes time. That is why it is soooo hard for over weight and obese people to loose the weight. To loose weight healthily, she should at the very least take as much time loosing as it took her to gain. Because of metabolic changes, she should expect to take longer to loose than it did to gain. You mention her diet, but not her exercise regimen. Weight loss cannot be acheived with diet alone, exercise must be a part of the program.

This information may help you :Typhonium Plus - Alternative Cancer Treatment As a natural supplement may help to combat cancer/tumor and stimulate anti body. Typhonium Plus may help to cure breast, colon, rectum, liver, prostate, leukemia and cervical cancer. Cancer is not one specific disease. It is a process that can affect any organ of the body. A healthy human body consists of normal growing cells which carry out the life processes in a normal and orderly manner. A normal living cell can, for various unfortunate reasons, turn abnormal or cancerous. It multiplies in the body rapidly and excessively, forming a group of cells of uncontrollable growth resulting in a swelling. Then the abnormal cells break up and invade adjacent tissues and organs and destroy them. With each hectic, uncontrolled and disordered cell growth, the body?s energies are misused and wasted. If this continues unchecked, death can occur. Typhonium flagelliforme / Keladi Tikus is a herbal plant grows in East Asia as traditional medicine to combat cancer.

Losing weight? -

I am a 19 years old, 5 9 and 188 pounds. In high school I weighed about 175 so as you can tell the freshman 15 has nearly got me. I ve been running on an eliptical every day doing the weight loss program, and taking in around 1500 calories, nothing garbage. Basically I m on the subway diet where I eat half a sub for lunch and dinner every day because most of the food on campus is fried. Breakfast I eat a bowl of cerel, half a bagel, and a banana or other fruit. I ve been doing this for about 2 and a half weeks now and I ve only lost a pound. Does anyone know what I can do to lose more weight? Thanks!

I have a question. please read on...? -

hi.I am in recovery for an eating disorder. but I am allowed to lose weighthttp://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?to kinda get a better feel for my situation you can read that questionso I was wondering if anyone has any tipsI have a meal plan and I have an excersise plan. I havent lost much weight. but I ve dropped a jean size and my arms are more toned.so I have been seeing resultsdoes anyone have any healthy weight loss tips that they could share with me??

Don t get on a scale. That goes for anyone; not just those with an eating disorder. Most scales (unless you have the really expensive, high tech kind) only measure weight in pounds. There s no analysis of lean mass vs. fatty mass. I m sure you know that muscle weighs more than fat. The more you exercise, the more muscle you ll be building so your weight will likely stay the same or go up, depending on your diet. That s not a bad thing. Your body can look and feel completely different at the same weight you started if you ve increased your lean muscle mass. If you go by the number on the scale, it can be confusing and discouraging.Remember, women don t usually want to bulk up but the more muscle you have, the faster your metabolism will be. In a way, by increasing your muscle mass, you re helping your body self-regulate what it does with caloric intake. The more muscle you have, the less you ll have to worry about the number of calories you take in. However, you still need to make sure the calories are coming from healthy foods and you need protein to develop and maintain muscle.

what i have noticed is i think you need to relax..weigh.. pshhh!! i used to be all about going to the jym and watching what i eat but you know what as long as your not in danger zone why not eat what you like macdonalds was calling to me ;) now i weight 10 stone, and i dont look fat or chubby i guess i would love to be 8 stone, but no one turns their head at me in the street and think oooh what a fatty ..... but if you really want just walk you dogs all time, run with them and have 3 healthy but enjoyable meals a day....but have FUN weight isn t evrthing :D
