Good weight loss tips? -

can someone please give me some good weight loss tips?i m 5 7 and weigh 192lbs (i know, it s bad) i currently avoid all soda and drink only water and i try and exercise at least 4-5 times a week (i do the elliptical machine)

I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I ve found a great addition to help any one out, it s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it s the best pill I ve tried and I ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

I have lost 40 lbs. in 3 months and I know this will work. Eat small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, eat your last meal 2-3 hours before you go to sleep. Do not starve yourself or your body will go into survival mode where anything you eat will be turned into FAT. This will help you a lot but if you want more results you can exercise 3-4 days a week, include weight training and especially cardio (walking especially running). If you set your mind to lose the weight you will lose it and when you start seeing how good you look you ll want to keep going.Good Luck

Weight loss tips 18 year old girl? -

Im 18 and I consider myself a thick girl. I wear a size 13 pants and a 38DD bra. I like my legs because they are big but i want to tone them. In leggings they look okay because you can only see the shape but in shorts my thighs have a little cellulite. I need to know what i can do to smooth my legs without losing too much weight off them. I also need some exercises to help lift my chest. Im heavy chested so my chest sags a little and i wanna know if there are some exercises i can do to give them a little perk. And lastly my tummy. My tummy isn t sloppy big but i have a little pooch in the front that needs to go. What are the best exercise to target these three areas. please help and thanks alot.

Well, maybe you shouldn t consider losing weight, but rather toning up. Crunches, sit-ups, running, bikings, brisk walking, light weight traing. Also, yoga and pilates might help, too.

For the legs, lie in bed and do random lifts with them, this works your upper legs and you abdomen.for your chest, hmm...probably lifting weights I guess...

There are two types of ways you can lose weight. The easiest is through water weight. You can shed a significant amount of pounds in a few weeks. For information about water weight loss, check out: http://www.raw-food-health.net/WaterWeigThis is not fat, however, which is harder to shed. You need to burn off 3,500 calories, eat 3,500 calories less, or meet in the middle to lose a pound of fat. You can do this through restricting your diet, or doing a lot more exercise. To read more about general weight loss, check out:http://www.raw-food-health.net/rawfoodwe

you again lol. Simple... cut down on the carbohyrates you eat eg rice, pasta, potatos, bread, oats etc. And stay well away from fast food, ready meals, sugary foods and cakes. All these are energy foods. If you dont use up the energy each food provides weather its a choc bar or a bowl of rice, the energy is stored as fat for a rainy day. And exercise at least for 30 mins everyday!!!!!!

Im 13 and i love to eat, but im overweight. do you have any weight loss tips for me? -

Simple MODERATION is the easiest way - just find a way to cut back a little at first, and then go from there.Just take it slowly in the begnining, and work your way up to the level of weight loss you want to reach...By simply reducing your daily calorie intake by 500 calories - you WILL lose one pound per week (it takes 3500 calories to gain/lose a pound). By eventually adding in exercise/cardio - and burning off ANOTHER 500 calories - you will be losing TWO pounds per week.ANYTHING more than this is considered unsafe - as undereating will force your body into starvation mode (where it stores ALL incoming calories as fat), and over-doing your workout brings the risk of injury and fatigue.Despite what some experts might say - fad diets and rapid weight loss is NOT healthy. If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably IS ;););)

1) eat less than a whole plate of food three meals a day. a good size of food is 200-300 calories (see http://www.wisegeek.com/what-does-200-ca ). less than 200, and you ll end up being hungry. more than 300, and you ll gain weight.2) drink water OR if you have to have something sweet, try kool aid made with splenda instead of sugar3) walk at least 15 minutes a day. if you run for 30 seconds when you start out, your heart rate stays fast while you re walking.I ve done this and lost 25 pounds since august. it isn t a lot, but it piles up over time.

first of all you have to make sure you have breakfast, it s really important for your health! try to have healthy snacks, like fruits and veggies. you should have to helpings of meat, like chicken a day, and drink lots of water.

1) Keeping food records(or journaling) is an effective way for permanent weight loss, Journaling to lose weight also involves writing about how your food choices will make you feel tomorrow 2) Weight loss through self hypnosis is easy and effective, you can see detail information through google or my website.3) sometimes, healthy eating and natural exercise is also helpful. Use Liquid protein diets ,Low- carbohydrate diets, Food combining ( Fit for life diet );4) other tips: Increase your protein and decrease your carbohydrates;Reduce your alcohol consumption; When it comes to junk-food pick two and you re through;

don t eat when you just feel hungry. wait until your MEALTIMES. don t eat junkfood. eat fruit, and veggies. and no soda! just water.

your 13 you shouldnt really about working out and having a diet.some some tips are, just cut back on what you eat. eat more healthy food rather than junk food. only have junk foood on rare occassions. that will help.replace soda with water.eat baked chips rather than regular chips.you can get baked lays;cheetos;doritos. anything and they are really goood. I like them better than the regular.and just be more active. just rember to anjoy it when your doing it.

simple. avoid cookies, they seriously are horrible with all the sugar. also avoid any other unhealthy snacks like chips. don t overdo it. Then another obvious one, eat healthy. stick to fruits and veggies and a real meal (like an actual sandwich for a snack instead of chips)

Any weight loss tips to add to my diet? -

I m in Spain right now and have been on a really healthy diet. I m 5 2 and weight 116 pounds. I really don t look chunky but I want to look more lean and get down to 110 without really doing weights, I m just running and taking the stairs to my 7th floor aprt. (I m in a beach town on the ocean where seafood is everywhere) so I eat clean fresh fish and really healthy foods. I m excersizing everyday and I m trying to eliminate dairy since it s very fatty. I will be here another 3 weeks (I want to loose the 6 pounds by the time I get back home) but want to know any other weight loss tips? any things I can do to boost my metabolism or drop more pounds?

Hey! Spain huh? It s beautiful there :) Hope you re having a good time. I m 5 2, 105 and have been on a diet/exercise plan too and the way i ve done it is just basically working out everyday between 30-60 minutes, and eating around 1200 calories. I usually run and use an exercise bike. To keeping your metabolism fired up just make sure you eat something every 3-4 hours, even if its an afternoon snack like an apple or something. It not only fires your metabolism up, but tells your body you re not starving so it s okay to burn up calories quickly. Even if you only lose 1lb a week, so 3lbs by the time you get back it will still be a big (and healthier) achievement. So to sum it up...what you re doing is fine...burn more calories than you eat, and continue exercising and you ll get to that 110 in no time! Good luck :)

limit your breadeat bread every 3 dayseat rice every 2 daysdont mix bread and rice in one day make a day free of protin and grainseat just veggies*fresh, and fruits*continue the work out you are doing,
