How do i lose weight fast.? -

well ok im not oh my gosh fat but i am a lil chuncky.I wanna be able to look good in a bikini so howcan i lose weight fast so i can get in shape fast.what do i have to do and for how long.?

You d look great in a bikini just as you are. I ve never seen a chunky girl who didn t look good in one. As long as you aren t oh my gosh fat you ll look great!

Stop eating and go running. This may kill you though. It might be better to try and work slowly to lose weight so you can keep it off and not relapse and gain more weight. Your body goes into shock when you lose weight fast. It thinks you are starving so it goes into survival mode and makes your body better at storing fat. That is why it is best to do it slowly.

to speed up your metabolism eat every two hours, don t skip meals, and don t go around hungry. avoid junk foods, processed foods and restaurants, fast foods, stuff you buy at convenience stores like chips. avoid all sodas and sports drinks. don t drink your calories unless it s a glass of milk.fill up on fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains and lean meats, beans and dairy products, but watch your portion sizes. and this way you can eat as much as you want and you won t have to count calories. read labels to be sure you avoid things made with high fructose corn syrup because it turns right into fat.put your body s needs first, every day, no matter how busy you are. you want to be strong and fit your whole life and so you need to make it a priority to exercise, not just for weightloss, but for fitness and fun too. Lift weights three times per week to keep muscles strong and dense and this way you ll burn more calories when you exercise. Run, walk, bike, dance, skate, row, whatever you can do, every day, walk at breaks, ride your bike to work, do push-ups while you watch television and do yoga before bed.
