Easy weight loss tips anyone? -

I m a 14 year old girl and im about 5 3 and weigh around 127 pounds. I would like to lose 5-10 pounds in a healthy way. I want some results in a couple weeks. Thanks :)

i recommend you try to eat 1,500 calories a day and do maybe 100 sit-ups and 50 push-ups a day.try to get as much exercise as you can, don t be lazy! try this out for 2 or so weeks. i m practically positive you ll loose weight! i did this and i lost 20 pounds, but i gained about half of that back because i felt too happy and took advantage and ate a lot of chocolate and cake, so once you loose weight, go back to your 2000 calories a day and still try to get as much excersise as you can to keep it all off.

Okay, I know, the best way and basically the only way to lose weight is to work out. But, I know that if you drink a LOT of water a day, it helps a lot and so does avoiding soda and stuff like that. You definitely do not need a dramatic diet, you just need some organization and patience. Safe weight loss is about 2 pounds a week. Safe weight loss is about portion control, not deprivation. I do have some weight loss tips and am including a good link below; however, I want to encourage you to see your doctor if in fact you are gaining a lot of weight in a short amount of time. It could be a thyroid issue or something more serious. But if it s just that your previous diet is not working as well, it may just be that you need to switch up your foods (we all hit diet plateaus, it s an unfortunate fact of life) and also make sure to add exercise in. You don t say whether you currently play sports or do any kind of exercise, but this is a very important part of sustaining weight loss. hey, im a 15 year old female. i weight too much. aha id like to lose weight. i just wanna get it off effectively, and relatively fast. i know asking to lose 50 pounds in 5 months is unreasonable. and i don t aim to do that. but i would like to lose some weight for summer.i walk about 2-3 miles every morning. then have special k waffles. (180calories i think) then usually have a sandwich on whole wheat bread for lunch but im stuck about dinner.i cant think of many healthy dinner meals. can anybody suggest some? or ANY weight loss tips? thanks guys!

I stopped driking pop and lost 50 pounds in 1 year!! Don t drink juice. You d think fruit juice is good for you, but its not. It has alot of sugar and extra calories. People say dont eat carbs not true, 60% of your diet is suposed to be from some type of carbs... just make sure you eat whole grain or whole wheat bread. And drink only skim milk, all others arent so great for you. Just watch what you eat and pay attention to nutrition labels!Make sure you do some weight bearing activities along with cardio, it ll help build muscle and burn fat! If you cant buy a gym membership try going for a walk or run ourside, doing jumping jacks, jump rope, running up down your stairs, lifting weights, doings situps pushups.. those are just some ideas that ll help!Good luck! :)

Okay, not a sales pitch but I am taking the Alli pills and exercising and it s helped a bunch. I went from 295 to 283 in about a month. I still have a ways to go but so far out of all the weight loss programs I have tried, this is the only one that has worked. I don t recommend it if you aren t overweight (as in if you only have a few pounds to lose then don t use it). Hope this helps you.

I ve heard that almonds are supposed to curb hunger and has some heart healthy fats in them. I ve also heard that there was a study that showed that grapefruit actually helps you lose weight (never tried it myself)Drinking a good amount of water each day is key and getting enough sleep. When eating out you can get a salad, grilled chicken, anything healthy.You need to exercise too. You can run. If you aren t in good shape start with running small amounts, and build up as the weeks go by. If you hate running you can swim. Its great cardio. You can also think about weight training. Lifting weights builds muscle, and muscle burns more calories than fat. You should add crunches, lunges, push ups, etc. to your workout.
