For the butt, I would recommend getting a 4-lb aerobic bar if you re a woman and a 10-lb one if you re a man and do something called dead lifts, which is basically you bend over a bunch of times and raise the aerobic bar up to your stomach as you go towards the upright position...also march in place, making sure you get your knees up to your stomach. Do about 20 repetitions of the deadlifts and 25-50 repetitions of marching in place about 5 times a week.

I have been on every diet there is, Ive done the exercise thing the eating right thing, but have never had great results. yeah staying on track can be super hard. you should get an old pic (pre-spawn) and put them around the house so you can remember what your trying to get back to.plan your junk food needs. it not that you cant have them but in moderation and working it off. Stop eating so much.Many people are surprised by just eating less. Just because your doing this doesn t mean you will be hungry, if you eat high protein foods.And if you do start to work out, carbs will no longer be you enemy, but your friend. As long as you don t eat A LOT.LOW LOW LOW sugars, if sugar is not immediately worked off, they will turn to fat.Be careful with too much protein, it can cause kidney stones. I need to lose about 15-20 pounds. I have a relatively fast metabolism and I m thinking that maybe if I just eat better (meaning I will actually eat breakfast, eat a good lunch and dinner, and drink lots of water) I should be able to drop it easily. PB is high in protein and will keep you full for a long time which will help you take longer or more intense walks without getting hungry or tiered out.
