Realistic weight loss tips? -

One of mine is keep busy. When I want to eat but am not hungry I start cleaning or unload the dishwasher to get past the urge to eat.I am also making a new rule: Only eat at the kitchen table. That way I can enjoy my food more instead of shoveling potato chips during a tv show, and I am not going to skip a show to eat at the table!Anyone else have any other tips?

I lost 40 pounds doing 2 things. 1. Every meal I only ate half of what I normally eat. 2 Started going for walks twice a day for 20 minute each time I went for a walk. Lost the weight with in 3 months.Maybe this will also work for you, try it. I hope it works out. GOOD LUCK.

my awnser is totake your weight and write it down on pice of paper then exersize morning and night for 5 minutes, then eat 3 healthy meals a day stop eating after each meal when you are full do this for 2 weeks then after take your weight again and see how much you have lost and if you lost alote see how much you could lose in 2 months. i done this and lost 3 stone in 5 weeks!!!

Weight loss tips for someone my age? -

I m a female 15 year old, about 5 5 and weigh about 128. I don t find myself fat or anything, I just wouldn t mind shedding a few pounds. Whenever I look up tips on the internet they re giving tips for significant weight loss usually for fat people much older than me. I like my body but I would like to have firmer backs of my thighs/butt.. I m a diver and sometimes a little embarrassed in my suit. I also want to get rid of any fat on my back. I don t eat unhealthily, just not great. Any good tips for someone like me?

I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes. Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight. First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I ve found a great addition to help any one out, it s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at http://starturl.com/efblc along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it s the best pill I ve tried and I ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day. Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

Exercise and eat plenty of vegetables. Snack on negative calorie foods.

your weight is perfect just remembersugar=fatand excersice=skinny

Lift weights while watching your favorite tv shows or movies. I use my exercise ball because I can sit on it to rest and watch my movies then go back to working out. It s entertaining :)

Okay, I know, the best way and basically the only way to lose weight is to work out. But, I know that if you drink a LOT of water a day, it helps a lot and so does avoiding soda and stuff like that. Besides pills or wraps or anything like that, anybody want to give me good tips? Example: keep a food journalthe person who gives me the most tips gets 10 points, but they have to be good tips, not fake ones or anything like that.thanks.

Hi,Here are some tips:1 - Eat 5 - 6 smaller meals a day. That s Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and in between around 10am and 3 pm a snack that contains protein. By eating this way, it speeds up your metabolism, gives you more energy and your burn more fat.2 - Eat food that are high in fiber, such as Oatmeal, High Fiber Cereals, Whole Wheat Bread, Vegetables. Fiber helps you feel full, help control cravings and stabilizes your sugar levels.3 - Avoid eating too many carbohydrates later in the day. For example if you go to sleep at 11pm for you dinner eat lower carbohydrates, maybe a chicken salad.4 - Eat good fats, from nuts, olive oil, flax seed oil. This fats are good for many functions in your body including hair, skin, nails, energy and burning fat, yes....fat helps burn fat.5 - Like you mentioned drink plenty of water. For exercises is really your choice as long as you do 15 - 30 minutes a day, 3 - 5 times a week.Hope this helps!

One totally awesome product for anyone is by GNC Superfoods drink mix, Has everything in it form a to z and more including acai berry. Two all core work outs are awesome and can be done so very easy in your own space and time. Go more high fiber and less fried breads and not only are you loosing your healthy. You will see a difference in your hair and nails in a week or two. Loose a pants size for sure. If you keep a journal fine, I personally find that time and depressing that I do not want. Go for the positive and just do it. I like feeling better about myself. This time of year I already see the people around me getting sick and flu like but not me and I know why. I do the chicken broth soups and keep the superfoods and care. In the end its all about me and only me to reach my goals and feeling good..GO FOR IT !

1. Stay away from crappy foods like soda, candy or anything with sugar (i know you told me not so say that, but its important)2. try eating frequent smaller meals. 4 to 6 meals a day, but much smaller.for example:Meal 1: OatmealMeal 2: A couple low sugar granola bars, or one of those health drinks you buy a publix.Meal 3: Salad and fruitMeal 4: you get the idea.3. weigh yourself only once a week, that s it.4. keep track of what you eat, drink water.5. exercise more often, jogging, walking, push-ups, crunches, body weight squats.6. Get a diet partner to compete with, or someone to talk to about your diet. Competition is the number one motivator.7. keep stress levels low.8. Stay away from fad diets. (those stupid Commercial diets that promise that you ll lose 30 pounds in three weeks)9. All diets take a lot of hard work, it won t be easy. 10. Plan meals ahead of time. Plan tomorrows meals today.

The pattern for losing weight is simple - eat less and exercise more often - the issues appear when we really try to put that into practice! There are loads of temptations in the real world aren t there?! I discovered some excellent help by checking out the website in the box below, they have loads of instruction, I worked off 9 pounds by taking their advice.

What is the best weight loss tip? -

It s simple - take in less calories than you burn. Diets don t work.

Step away from the food!I use a smaller luncheon size plate, while my family uses a dinner plate. This way, my plate is full, but I have smaller portions.Another technique is to stop eating when you are 80% full.

This worked for me...Over the last year I ve lost eighty lbs. Low carbs. No more than thirty a day. Lots of water, multivitamin a day and fiber tablets. Try to get your carbs from vegetables. NO sugar, no bread, no potatoes. And, I think more importantly, get off the couch. I walk at least 4hrs a week. They say all one needs is fifteen minutes a day of accelerated heart rate. This is just my opinion, I may be wrong, but with the weight almost all other health related problems have gone. High cholesterol, body aches, back pain, gerd, etc. Good luck!

Good fast weight loss tips. or products? -

any workouts or supplements that work well w. ridding body fat? thanks.

Do easy ways to lose weight exist? Everyone knows that diet, lowering food intake, and exercise, increasing the number of calories you burn, combine into a formula for losing weight. But the hard part is sticking to a low calorie, and often bland, diet. It wont be 100% simple, but with a little work it sure is possible. Here are some tricks to make it easier.Keep a daily log of everything that passes your lips. Writing down everything you eat and drink, even water, helps you eat less. Studies show that people who keep track of what they eat end up eating 15% less. Thats significant. The average American consumes an additional 245 calories per day just from drinks. Switch from juice, soda, and other calorie drinks to water. 245 calories a day add up to 90,000 calories per year. Thats 25 lbs. Are soda and juice really that good? Keep in mind too that juice and soda dont trigger a feeling of fullness, despite their calories.Grazing, eating more smaller meals during the day rather than a few large meals, is another way to drop weight. Studies show that eating in smaller portions more often results in eating 30% fewer calories. Youre also less likely to binge because the body wont produce as much insulin which leads to hunger.Get rid of the fat clothes. If you dont have clothing thats comfortable when youre heavier, youre more likely to be reminded to keep the weight off every time you dress. And youre less likely to gain weight if doing so means having to buy a whole new wardrobe.Use smaller plates. Its been proven that people eat more when more food is in front of them, and they eat less when less food is in front of them. Use the salad plates instead of dinner plates.Try serving meals on the plate, restaurant style, rather than in bowls and on trays. When the plate is empty the meal is over, instead of spooning another portion onto your plate.Avoid white foods such as white bread, sugar, and white rice. Those foods are loaded with carbohydrates which lead to higher blood sugar and weight gain. Do eat whole grain breads and brown rice. Dont be concerned with the sugar, pretty soon you wont miss it.There are a lot of other tips for easy ways to lose weight. Dont be intimidated if its only easier instead of really easy. If weight loss were easy, everyone would be a supermodel.

http://www.okinawaprogram.com/okinawa_di is a good source....Exercise as often as possible and eat raw fruits and vegetables with some baked fish each dinner. Drink water and take a vitamin B complex supplement for nutrients. Then, Try this:Eat brown rice, veggies and baked fish for dinner.Oatmeal for breakfast with fruit in it. Drink fruit smoothies during the day for a snack. Try to eat protein at every meal...for breakfast with the oatmeal, eat a scrambled egg white or a hard boiled egg.Eat a salad or chicken/turkey sandwich on whole wheat for lunch. Try red wine vinegar...a few splashes and a little drizzle of olive oil.If you want a crunchy snack, cut up a cucumber and put in lite Italian dressing or better yet, half cold water and half white vinegar. I mix mine with some cherry tomatoes too...A good smoothie needs a good blender, so make sure you have one, cut up 1 banana, some blueberries (about 10-15) and strawberries (about 5), a cup or so of skim milk, a sprinkle of flax seed (buy a container of it and keep in fridge), a scoop of vanilla protein powder and blend it up, add a bit of crushed ice and you ve got a good smoothie. You can add any kind of fruit...I cut up peaches sometimes too or frozen cherries. Try reverse crunches, where you lift your legs up and out. Go to SELF.com for good tips...I love their workouts. Walk or run a lot and use a stability ball for crunches.http://www.magnetic-diet.com/calc/daily_Stay active!!!!
