well, my twin was loosing about 16 lbs a week by eating one piece of wheat toast every morning with I cant believe its not butter, Larry s Giant Sub for lunch every single day and for supper and he would walk about 45min with me. (no lie)He doesnt walk anymore but still eats the same and he still looses a couple of pounds per week.(and yes, he still eats mayo and stuff) He has found out that salads made him gain weight and if he did not eat the wheat bread he would not loose. Im 5 3, 125-130 pounds. I know they say that s average, but I HATE the size of my thighs. Ive never really had a problem with my weight/overall appearance until I noticed my boyfriend, noticing other girls. I know this is normal but it makes me feel insecure. Don t get me started on that because many other things in the relationship have helped that factor (insecurity). It seems as if he goes about it like... its what were going shopping for (to look for perfect girls). He gawking and practically drooling.
