Do you lose weight faster not eating meat or just by counting calories? -

you shouldn t cut out any food group just to lose weight. You actually need some lean meats in your diet. The best way is to count calories, eat well and exercise most days - really exercise, like sweat profusely and be red and sticky- It is best if you stick to mainly white meats such as chicken and fish and just include small amounts of lean red meats simply because of the lower fat content in white meats. If you do decide to cut out meats though make sure that you eat planty of iron rich foods such as spinach, mushrooms, etc

You can not eat meat and still gain weight. Its all about calories. Try eating less calories than you burn from daily expenditure and exercise, and get these calories from healthy, low fat foods. Meat isnt bad in moderation, but if you decide to stop eating it entirely, be sure you are getting enough protein from other sources (Eggs, chicken, fish, cottage cheese, etc.)

I think not eating because I tried not eating and that same day I started feeling lighter. I don t really know if I got lighter thought.

What is the best way to lose weight fast? -

I am 27 and am over weight. I need to lose as much weight as possible, but while still staying healthy. I can t afford to get sick. I have about 6 weeks to look the best I can.

weight watchers is rated the best weight loss program around and has been so for about the last 20 years. Nothing is fast, you did not get fat and out of shape over night so you are not going to get fit that way either. You could also try the Body for Life program. It is a bit faster but so much more work, you could start there for a quick boost and then follow it up with Weight Watchers for maintenance.

I have found that the Hoodia works really well in addition to exercise and a balanced diet. Hoodia is a plant from Africa. It comes in a pill form and you can find it at your local health store, there are also alot of ads in magazines to order from. what i did was for breakfast i ate fruit salad then at lunch i ate a salad no dressing or chicken in it.then at dinner i ate a salad and had some veggies i did this for about 3 weeks and i lost 30 pounds no junk food for the 3 weeks if your goin to do this for snacks i either had some fruit or some veggies.

Eating right and exercise. DONT crash diet. eat healthier, more furits and veggies. no im not saying become a vegetarian. even out your diet. less snacking and eating whenever your bored. eat 3 meals aday. healthy breakfast, full lunch and a nice dinner. exersize when your bored. a 10 minute walk aday is good enough.

Two words: Weight Watchers. Not a diet, you won t be losing muscle, just fat, and you can still eat.
