How can i lose weight fast and look good? -

im yonge but my bfs gone away from two weeks and when he come back i wanna surprise him. by loseing a bit of weight but i need a lil bit of help like what things i can eat and use to help me lose weight fast i do lots of exercise but i just need a lil bit more help.

lots of fruits and veggies and only water to drink and tons of exercise 3 times a day for 3 weeks straight.

The more you weigh the more you will loose. Make sure to eat a good breakfast with protein. Work out vigorously until you are exhausted. Drink enough water!! to keep your metabolism running strong. You need to eat; you just need to eat well. Try having 6 smaller meals during the day. Don��t eat late at night or snack on junk. Do cardio (treadmill or running outside). If you try weight training you need to start slow and with a low weight (and do it every other day). Don��t push yourself too much. You don��t want to injure yourself and have to take days off. You may notice a slight increase in your weight after a few days, that only means that you lost fat but gained muscle.Also I just remembered, the last thing you want to be doing while trying to loose weight is drinking your calories.
