I need to lose weight fast, does anyone have any suggestions? -

I need to lose 70 pounds and I really need help with some ideas or suggestions about weight loss, Thanks!

Well if you lose a lil weight in 5days tell me your secret but i can tell you this proper diet and exercise, is the goal it takes some but it will work. If you have a a date the girl already knows what you look like and if she s going out with you that s means she likes you and she is comfortable, I think you need to feel more confident within yourself and fell happy within yourself.PS please me if you lose it in the 5days OK.

take soda and all junk and fast food out of your diet will make it much easier to lose weight. also try lifting some weights do some arm curls bench press millitary press sit ups those will help alot. and there are alot of differant types of differant ab workouts you can do so you wont get bored and for those recomending pills for weight loss those pills are only making you lose water weight so thats not good why do u think they took those one pills of the market. forgot what there called.
