What have YOU done to lose weight fast that has been successful for you? -

By saying losing weight fast, I mostly mean losing slighly more than 1-2 pounds a week, like say 3-4 pounds. But if people had success in losing more weight than that over the course of a week, I m interested in hearing about it as well as your before and after weight. No lectures please. Thanks

when i was trying hard to lose weight for my wedding i managed to lose 7 lbs in one week, by really watching what i ate and literally working out for an hour at the gym for 6 nights but to be honest, i felt quite weak and i did feel my body had suffered for it, just sticking to a healthy diet and working out 3 times a week WILL, over the right space of time help you lose and keep off the weight

Will a 16-year-old girl lose weight faster than a 25-year-old woman? Why? How much faster? -

Not necessarily, I can lose weight much easier now after 20 years than when I was say 15-16.......

There really is no true answer to this question, because there are too many variables. First you have to look at metabolism rate. Just because you re young doesn t mean you will lose weight quickly. Second, what about activity level. You have to take into account how many calories you take into your body versus how many calories you burn each day. Third, if you are currently at your ideal body weight according to age, sex, and BMI, then you will probably not lose weight. Can you lose weight faster by jogging oppose to walking? -

Yes.The more movement you put in your entire body the more calories and the more your heart beats the more calorie your lose.More calories you lose means more pounds.

If you go the same distance, you will burn the same number of calories, it s just that jogging makes it go faster, so you can do more in a specific amount of time.Walking and jogging a mile burns the same number of calories, but if you have 45 minutes to exercise, you might be about to walk 3 miles but jog 5, therefore burning extra calories.

i think it depends on the time you spend on each work out oppose to the work out itself, but then again just what i think,,,,
