What should i do to lose weight? -

my boyfriend always tell me that he loves me very much even im very fat..but still,i want to lose weight so that he can be proud of me,and also it will help me to gain more self confidence....please help me,give me some effective tips on how to lose weight..

- FIRST FOREMOST - TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR!!- Then I Suggest you drink 8-10 eight ounce glasses of water every day- Do some sort of Cardiovascular Exercise every day (i.e. walk, bike, swim, run, use a machine - elliptical, treadmill, etc....)- Every second day (IMPORTANT) - lift some weight. Start going to the gym or at home do squats, push ups, crunches, lunges, calf raises, buy a barbell and start lifting it. The problem is NOT losing weight - it is GAINING weight!! Muscle burns more calories than fat!! If you don t build some muscle you may lose weight but you could be losing fat, as well as muscle, water weight etc.... You also will not have changed your TENDENCY to Gain weight. The ONLY way to do that is to build muscle (I am not saying be a bodybuilder) and to boost your metabolism!! Just a note... When you lift weight - muscle weighs more than fat so you probably wont see much weight go down (you may even gain a few pounds - OF MUSCLE (not fat). But you will see your clothes get smaller as you lose inches because muscle is more dense and smaller and takes up less space than fat.

Lifestyle change my dear. Eat well-balanced meals and be more active in a sport you really enjoy. Most importantly, learn ways to build confidence. Eat at regular intervals. Do not keep munching something all the time.3. Do not follow any sick diets. A little exercise everyday is necessary. Cycling, Jogging, Swimming are the best exercises.

you need to lose weight for you, not your boyfriend. cut out the carbs. and drink at least 100 oz of fluids a day. i like to try to pee clear at least once a day. lean proteins. you can do it. but remember, do it for you.

also if you just get bored don t eat. go exercise instead.make a goal that you can actually accomplish and don t lose too much weight too fast.

Stop all soda drinking. Even diet ones.Drink 100% juice, like juicey juice.Excercise until you sweat. Learn to take your own pulse.

stop eating junk food! eat healthy stuff...and exercise! eat in moderation...
