How to lose weight with out losing boobs? -

I was wonder how to lose weight without out dropping a bra size. im 5 4 and 110 lbs but i don t like that weight. i want to drop a few lbs and i already have small boobs so i don t want to lose them. can you give me some tips or some exercises.

Do things like fetching, turning things off and on by you Often when we come back tired from work, we tend to get others to do simple chores for us. These things are no big deal. They are things that we can very well do for our selves but we dont. That is why we often ask our kids to fetch us this or take away that. Training your pet is a wonderful thing indeed. It is quite remarkable how some people get their dogs to fetch them something. But the fact is that while you may be making sure that your dog is getting a lot of exercise, you are neglecting your bit of the story.

While traveling in an elevator instead of just standing there and staring stupidly at the numbers going up or down, try raising your self onto your toes and then back on your feet again. Do this several times. Also try flexing your buttock muscles as well. In fact there are many muscles in our body that we can twitch and flex without inviting the attention of others. Even if others do notice you, its no big deal provided you are flexing a muscle in a decent part of the body. (Most of the other parts do not have muscles any way.) Others might brand you as a health freak but it is miles better to be known as a heath freak than as a sack of potatoes.

Use the stairs instead of the elevator whenever you can. Elevators are one hell of a convenience particularly if you have to go up or down some twenty floors. But elevators also make us very lazy. There may be no sense in trudging up some twenty flights of stairs because by the time you get there you will be totally pooped. But while coming down, if you have the time, you can easily come down the stairs instead of using the elevator. Coming down is not at all exhausting. And talking about the time factor, I dont think that there is much of a difference. Sometimes waiting for an elevator door to open at your floor after you hit the button can take up all of eternity.

If you have a sitting job, stand up and stretch yourself every half an hour. Most of the jobs today are indeed sitting jobs that are in one word sedentary. This is especially true for those who sit and punch away at the keyboard or toy with the mouse all day long. So if you have such a job, make it a point to get up at least every half an hour and stretch your self.

you shouldnt be losing weight when youre 5 4 and 110. thats right where youre weight should be.

i honestly dont really know...i jst know that if you excercise your pecs (muscle under your boobs) theyd probably look bigger and merge out a but more....sorry...i couldnt help much:(

How to lose weight in a short amount of time? -

I m going to be at the beach this coming up weekend and I would like to look a lot better than I do, I have been doing sit-ups, walking, running, and eating healthier and not as much, in hope I will see results soon, if you have any more tips on how I can speed up this process, PLEASE HELP! , thank you.

TRY THIS.Step 1Set small, realistic goals. If you have a lot of weight to lose, try for 5 pounds, relax a bit and then go for 5 more.Step 2Start a regular exercise program and stick with it.Step 3Sneak in extra exercise in addition to your regular program. Park at the far end of the parking lot and walk; take the stairs instead of the elevator.Step 4Healthy foods are an important ingredient in losing weight.Eat healthy fats from nuts, seeds and olive oil, and high-fiber foods such as vegetable salads and whole-grain pastas.Step 5Choose foods that you like. Learn to prepare healthful, low-calorie foods that taste good by checking healthy cook books for new recipes. Eating well doesn t have to mean eating dull.Step 6Eat smaller, more frequent meals. This way, your body starts to increase its metabolism so that calories are burned faster. Also, mini-meals can prevent overeating.Step 7Plan ahead. Keep the fridge stocked with healthful food and you ll be less likely to run out for high-calorie, high-fat junk food.Step 8Determine your favorite snack time and be sure to have plenty of healthful options available when you get hungry.Step 9Keep a food diary. This will help you pinpoint where you can improve your diet.BE SURE TO EAT MORE FIBER LIKE ASPARAGUS etc.IT WILL HELP YOU ELIMINATE UNNECESSARY WASTE MATERIALS.Tips Warnings*Lose weight with a friend, or join a support group.*Avoid those vending machines by carrying around your own healthful foods and leaving pocket change at home.*Try oatmeal instead of cornflakes for breakfast--eating oatmeal can help reduce cholesterol levels, and its high fiber content will keep you full longer.*Choose an exercise program that you enjoy, and don t shun the unconventional. For instance, did you know that regular vigorous dancing is exercise too?*Lose weight gradually--you are more apt to keep it off. A safe amount is 1 to 1 1/2 pounds per week.*Consult a doctor to find an exercise program that is best for you.*Crash diets can help you lose weight quickly, but most people gain the weight back. Some of these diets are also unhealthy and dangerous. If you choose to go with a specific diet plan, choose one that is medically credible.*If you have any questions or concerns, contact a physician or other health care professional before engaging in any activity related to health and diet. This information is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together. If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, whichwill lead to increase of weight, or muscle growunderneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet withoutexercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. Fordiet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no foodafter 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending onyour initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. Ifyou don t eat wheat then you don t eat all those sticky, fatty goeycakes, you don t eat junk food, and you don t eat biscuits. But yourdiet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have tocalculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is themost efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight alot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to targetyour problem areas for men and women. It s not necessarily to become abodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help youto target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

One thing that works for me is: before I eat, I drink a large glass of water, then if I m still hungry, I won t eat as much as I would have.It s better to eat 5-6 small meals than 2 or 3 regular meals each day.also, fyi:1 pound = 3500 calories. If you burn more calories than you eat, you will lose weight.ie, if you eat 2000 calories per day and burn 2500, you will lose 1 pound every week.the average person burns 1000-1500 calories per day, just being alive.power walking can burn 200-500 calories per hour.exercise bike can burn 200-600 calories per hour.swimming can burn 100-800 calories per hour.jogging/running can burn 300-1200 calories per hour. Also, try not to eat within 3-4 hours of going to sleep.*********VERY IMPORTANT************when trying to lose weight, very important to drink lots and lots of water ! ! ! You should drink at least 10 glasses per day, like 1 glass every hour !This helps your body get rid of the fat when you are burning calories.

Any ideas on how to lose weight fast without killing myself? -

I put on about 15lbs I d like to take off in the next 2 weeks. Any ideas? Oh. I weigh 180 lbs and am 5 5.

I have just read a new report that eating 3 yogurts a day in place of other snacks can help people loose up to 6 pounds a week.. I have been doing it for a week now.. I am already noticing my pants fitting a bit different.. I have also been eating frosted mini wheats for supper instead of a big meal.. I eat larger meals earlier in the day now.. I also when feeling hungry have been eating hard boiled eggs..(i take the yoke and throw it away..) I eat them when ever i feel hungry and have been also snacking on some raw almonds.. just keep in mind your portion sizes.. Work outs are key to any weightloss as well..

Go on the raw food diet. I love it.

http://choosediet.blogspot.com/

I lost 145lbs. in 6 months a few years ago. I got a divorce.

Generally fast weight loss is not good - but if you are only talking about 15 lbs, and it is only for 2 weeks, I wouldn t worry about going on a crash diet.Exercise. Eat a few fruits and lots of veggies and a little baked/grilled meat. Keep yourself busy, esp at night, so you don t snack.

Take ecxtacy, you will lose the weight, make friends, and get alot of work done. It s never been proven that any deaths have been directly related to the drug.

Use the south beach diet. works really well

How to lose weight and a good diet from experience? -

What are the best exercises to lose weight especially in the thighs and stomach? I need all the help I can get, I m trying to go from 195 to 150 or 145 in 3 to 4 months. I m a female that is 5 5 also.

1 Dietary control and exercise. Its true what they say - all you need to do is watch what you eat, and expend more energy than you consume. Its really that simple. You can quit reading this list now, you now know everything you need to know and didnt need to fork over $500 for the privilege of me telling you the secret of losing weight. You dont need to read a 4,000 page book, you dont have to buy a tape series, you dont need to stay up late at night to watch infomercials to understand this basic premise. Its 100% true.2 Change your lifestyle. If youre calling this a diet, then youre going to gain all the weight back (and more) within a few months of losing it. Diets do not work. Diets are temporary. When you change your dietary lifestyle, however, youre changing your habits - and youre putting yourself on track for long-term / continued success and weight maintenance. Dont ever tell anybody youre on a diet - ever. Im speaking from experience, here - a reformed low-carber. Worked out well for a while, but ultimately failed because my entire lifestyle didnt change (permanently).3 Join an online support group. In my case, I created my own - FatBlasters. Its essential that you not feel alone, and reaching out to friends (new or old) is typically a smart move. I just heard about PeetTrainer, but didnt know about it when I began down the road to weight loss. You have to know that others are out there for moral support - they know things that you couldnt possibly know, and theyve probably been in your shoes at some point in the past (or present). Share stories, laughter, tears, successes, and failures - share them. There are thousands of communities out there, so keep looking until you find the one that fits you.4 Take before and after photos. I know it sucks to see yourself as a chunky monkey (sorry, thats what I called myself - if only to get myself motivated to meet my weight loss goal). However, theres no easier way to illustrate your progress. The after photos are far more fun to capture and share, admittedly. Find yourself on Flickr! Its good to see yourself how others see you. Do you like how you look? In many ways, Flickr helped me lose weight.5 Hire a substitute teacher. Dont reach for the brands you know and love immediately - or without thinking first. Eggs are good for you, but consider using egg substitutes instead (in fact, many restaurants will let you order lower calorie foods). There are countless lower alternatives for you to try. If something different doesnt taste good, by all means - find a better substitute, or eat less of the original. In some cases, the substitute may be worse for you than the regular version of the product. The good news is, healthier choices are silently replacing their normal counterparts - and they taste just as nice.6 Start reading labels. I know it sucks, but you have to do it - and theres no way to avoid this tip. If you dont know what youre putting in your mouth, youre flying blind. Dont assume, either - triple-check the ingredients list and serving sizes. You must rely on yourself for this; nobody else is going to be able to lose the weight or do the math for you. Its not that complicated a task, but it will require effort. If nothing else, just pay attention to the calorie count.7 Whats so funny about bovines? If you like cheese, you must buy the Laughing Cow brand, and keep several of the suckers in stock at all times. The individually-wrapped wedges make for excellent snacks, and are wonderful when melted over just about anything edible. Id be careful about straight-up American cheese, though - its oil, but not necessarily as good for you as (say) a slice of cheddar would be. I have yet to find something as calorie-light and filling as Laughing Cow (I dont know how they do it).8 Tell your family. Youre not going to lose the weight alone, even if you ARE alone in losing the weight. If youve got a family at home, talk to them about it - initially, not incessantly. Let them know what youre going to do, and that you want (and need) their support. If you dont let them know, youre running the risk of them inadvertently sabotaging your efforts. You want them to help you get to your goal(s). You want them to share in your happiness when youve made it past a certain mark. Who knows? Maybe some of your new habits will rub off on them and theyll become healthier people, too?

Diets have their place in your weight loss goals. First of all, they can be beneficial to jump starting your metabolism. Kind of a fire starter if you will. A jump-start will give you more energy and the initial weight loss can boost your self-confidence.However, you will need to be ready to make some whole life changes if you want the results to be permanent. What are some changes you will need to make? Well a lot of that depends on you.Lifestyle Changes- Fast FoodAre you a fast food junkie who eats out at least a couple of times per week? If so, you will find that you have plenty of company. Many people are so busy that the drive through is a perfect solution for dinner, lunch and even breakfast. The problem is many have no idea that one meal from a fast food restaurant can contain nearly a whole day s caloric intake. One popular fast food joint has a burger that is 750 calories! The burger alone is a third of your recommended daily allowance; add the fries and a drink and you are done for the day.Does this mean you can never have fast food again? Not necessarily, but it will mean that you have to be aware of what you are eating. Most fast food places have a website that contains all the nutritional information for the foods they serve. Check them out then make you a list of safe fast foods.Exercise ChangesIf you never move your body more than from the house to the car to work and back you will have a hard time losing weight and keeping it off. The human body functions best when there are periods of exercise. It increases mood stabilizers in the blood stream and best of all burns calories. While you are on your diet, take the time to incorporate exercise into your life. You will feel better and increase your weight loss rates exponentially. Start with a walk, park further away from the store or your office. Then as you progress, find time to walk more or jog. Whatever you can comfortably fit in your schedule will be a great place to start.Healthy EatingThis is absolutely the most important part of all. While you are on your chosen diet, you will want to become familiar with healthier food choices. Find ways to make your favorite foods better for you. Can you substitute ground turkey for ground beef in some recipes? Learn new recipes that include fresh fruits and vegetables. You see your body needs several things to function at a healthy level. Proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals just to name a few. You also need certain fats to cushion joints and protect your vital organs. Create a lifestyle eating plan that brings all of these elements into play and you will feel amazing and best of all you will be able to lose weight and keep it off.Check my source, hope it ll help.Good luck!

All the scientists and dieticians say targeted weight loss is not feasible, especially in the hips and thighs areas, but I managed it with acai berry. I know they say that pills don t work, nevertheless they sure worked for me, and they ve been shown on CBS News too. There is a free trial going on right now at http://bativn.ripajans.com , try it, what is the worst that could happen?

Aerobics are reeally good when it comes to burning fat. If you can t spend money on gyms and such I suggest taking walks, swimming also does wonders!

It looks like there are really two different parts to your question - what a good diet is for weight loss and what a good set of exercises is for toning up the stomach and thighs - so I ll try to answer both of those questions.Regarding diet, the best thing that you can do is to get an in-depth understanding of what you eat and why you eat it. Many people don t really know how many calories they consume and what types of foods they eat most. And unfortunately, many people eat more out of habit and convenience than because they really enjoy their food. The key to stead weight loss over a 3-4 month period is to allow yourself to indulge in the foods that you like while reducing your overall caloric intake. Keep a food diary for the first month. Using that, cut out all foods that you eat just out of habit. Replace them with foods you really like that are healthy with a goal of reducing your overall caloric intake by at least twenty percent. At the same time, you ll want to increase your amount of exercise. The best thing that you can do is to find a form of exercise that you enjoy so that you can stick with it. That s far more important than any one specific exercise. However, you should make sure to combine a cardio exercise with a muscle-building exercise to lose the maximum weight. Pilates is a great example of an exercise that does both; you can do specific pilates work on the areas that you re most concerned about to lose weight in those areas.By decreasing your calories and increasing your exercise with a focus on those areas of the body that you want to lose weight in, you should be satisfied with your results in 3-4 months. By allowing yourself to properly eat foods that you enjoy and to exercise in a way that you find pleasant, you will be able to stick with this diet over time.

How to lose weight in your stomach? -

I have thin legs, but a bad stomach figure and would like to lose 7 pounds. How can I do that? What should I eat and how often?

You can t lose weight at only one place, but you can keep these tips in mind;Don t eat late at night. Eating late at night can cause you to store more fat in your waist and stomach. Stop eating 3 hours before you go to bed. If you need a snack, eat something healthy like a piece of fruit or a handful of nuts (unsalted). Eat often, but in small portions. The less your body peaks and falls on the blood sugar scale, the less likely it will be to overeat and/or store unwanted fat. Ideally, cut calories, but dont starve yourself. If you eat the right foods and eat often enough, you wont find yourself eating huge portions and overeating in general.Eat fats like fish oil, sunflower oil, flax seed oil. Also whole grains, legumes, and vegetables and limiting meats. Ease up on the salt and gassy foods that cause you to bloat.Get out and move. After what you put in your mouth, what you do with your body will determine if you can flatten your belly. Get at least 30 minutes of cardio exercise every day, along with a properly executed abdominal workout. Train your body with strength training activities. Adding muscle tone will help you perform all daily activities as well. You can also try these exercises:Belly rolls strengthen your vertical abdominal muscles. Sit with your legs bent, with feet flat on the floor and arms straight in front of you. Exhale and roll back until your lower back touches the ground and stop for a moment. Inhale and roll back up. Repeat 15 times. In the same position, exhale and roll back until your shoulder blades touch the ground and momentarily stop. Inhale and roll back up. Repeat 15 times. Tummy curls work on your horizontal abdominal muscles. Lie on your back and bend your knees at an (almost) 90-degree angle to the floor with your feet raised slightly higher than your knees. Breathe out, lifting your butt and rolling back to your shoulder blades. Inhale and roll to your tailbone and stop. Try not to let your bottom touch the ground. Repeat 20 times. Cross crunches are hard work but they re miracle workers at cinching waists. You will need a liter bottle filled with water for this one. Lie on your back with your knees bent at a 90-degree angle with the floor. With your left hand cradling your head, hold the water bottle in your right hand. Lift your head and shoulders off the ground and reach across your body, so the bottle is outside your left knee. Pulse 20 times and then switch sides and repeat. Tailbone lifts work your lower abdomen and can help reduce a belly pouch. Lay on your back, with your arms stretched straight over your head and legs fully extended and crossed in the air. While breathing out, lift your tailbone then slowly lower as you inhale. To get maximum effect from this, don t let your bum just drop, you want to resist on the way down. Repeat 30 times. This is a favorite of mine as inverted crunches work your lower back which improves posture and strength. Lie on your belly with your arms in front of you as though you are flying like Superman. Exhale, lifting your right arm and left leg as high as you can. As you inhale, lower slowly. Switch, lifting your left arm and right leg. Repeat 20 times. In the same position, lift both arms and legs twenty times.Burn your belly fat by doing sit and reach exercise. Running and dancing early in the morning. Simple stretching and jumping when you wake up in the morning.

you can t control where you lose weight, but cardio is the best way to get rid of fat, and that will probably come from your stomach area if you have thin legs. just eat a balanced diet and do not focus on it too much. being obsessive about it will set you up for failure.

For most of us who are overweight, we seem to have the most fat on our belly. And when someone wants to lose weight, the main thing they really want to do is lose belly fat. Some say obesity is an epidemic these days, but we beg to differ. WE think belly fat is the real epidemic. Yes, there are plenty of people who have fat on their arms and legs, or evenly distributed throughout their bodies, but the majority of overweight people today harbor more fat on their belly than anywhere else on the body. And there s a reason for it. Today s life is hectic, rushed, and stressful. We don t routinely cook anymore, and when we do it s not actually cooking at all. Instead, we warm up microwave meals, or mix something with water out of a box. If it can t be ready in a few minutes, most people won t bother with it.That s convenience. That s why fast food is so popular... we don t have to spend any time or effort on it. But that s also why we have so much belly fat in the United States today. Try this math on for size: Your typical full size hamburger, small fries and Coke equals out to be around 1000 calories. Not only does the average woman only require 1800-2500 calories per day, this meal will exceed both fat and sodium requirements by a large margin. That 1000 calorie feast is usually consumed in half an hour or less, (considerably less if eaten while driving). It took half an hour to consume; now how long will it take to burn off that same amount of calories? Depending on the activity it could take two hours on up to about six.You see, your body is a very smart, very efficient machine. When you feed it junk and convenience foods, you re not giving it much in the way of nutrition. Instead you re actually giving it a lot of sugar and empty calories. The body thinks you re starving, though. Since there s no decent nutrition being fed to it, you must be in the midst of a famine. So the body s job is to keep you alive. And if it thinks you re in a famine phase, it will store away anything it can, in any way it can. And this usually ends up meaning you get more fat stores added. Now the body creates these extra fat stores on your belly, because that s the core part of your body. You need your arms and legs to run away from predators and survive in general. Over hundreds of thousands of years, the body has evolved to allow you easier free use of your arms and legs. This is all part of the body s built-in survival mechanism. The body hasn t had time to adapt to modern uses of itself. It evolved into it s current state over thousands of years, but we ve just begun to use convenience foods and processed, chemical-loaded junk in the past hundred. So it s still doing what it needs to ensure you stay alive; thus you get fat created on your belly.Getting rid of belly fat is fairly easy to do, but most of us don t like it. Why? Because it generally involves not eating those sugary and convenient foods we adore so much these days.Check out my website, where I have reviewed the top weight loss products.http://www.my-linker.com/hop/weightlossrI hope this is beneficial to you reaching your goals!
