How to lose weight for a 13 year old? -

I am 5 2 , female, and weigh 45 kg. I want to lose weight because i feel fat. lol duhso how do i lose weight?

You re 13!! and you re not overweight. Just live a healthy lifestyle and you ll feel alot better, trust me. Stop eating fast food and stuff like pogos, chips,blablaa. Instead of having chocolate for desert or wtv, have a fruit with just a bit of chocolate on it, not only is it better for you but it taste much better. whatever you do, do noooot go on a diet, just change ur eating habits. Once you go on a diet once, you re doomed for life because you ll be caught in a yoyo-diet or wtv.

im 12 and weigh the same as you..i m not jokin every time i sit down i feel fat so i ve stopped eating altogether and i m trying not to miss any p.e lessons and i ride my bike often. it helps but i only lost about 3 kilos. but the thing is i often feel sick and can t concentrate in school because i be so hungry so i sometimes eat an apple or i try to drink water- this is how i lost weight but you better be ready for the cravings! (oh yeah and try to stand instead of sit down-as you can lose calories this way aswell)

You shouldn t worry about such things at 13yrs... that s what you do 16+. But now it s time to start loving yourself, not hating parts of yourself. If you can do that, then it will be much easier to lose what you dislike because you will be happy with whatever you end up with.

How to lose weight in my legs (mainly in my thighs)? -

Im 14 (almost 15) and am fine with everything on my body except for my legs. I think that there to fat for my figure. I weigh 104 pounds and am 5 1 so im not heavy. When i was younger i was in gymnastics and had very strong and muscular legs. When i got out it sorta went to fat. I still am very active and run quite often. (im in track at school) So im not sure what i can do being that i already run.

haha i m always trying to lose weight but yet things didn t work out the way i wanted .(i was very skinny last time but i gained like 10 kg..SIGH) i think the most effective way to lose the weight as fast as possible is to go to some slimming centres. if you have a budget,why not try some liver detox diet? trust me, it will definitely work (i just didn t have time to do it)i wouldn t really recommend work outs as part of the plan for trying to lose weight. some people can exercise a lot but they ended up NOT losing weight, isn t that all in vain? furthermore if you exercise,those parts of your body where you exerted a lot of force on will become muscles, by then it d be more difficult to lose the weight! okay for the THIGHS i have the same problem so what i do and it works awesome is get a chair and sit at the edge and lift one leg for 5 seconds and do it repetitively with other leg and do it about 15 times a day for each leg and you will get results! and for the BUTT is just do squats for 10 minutes and the butt will decrease of size.

firstly theres no excercise 2 loose ur double chin. if u loose alittle bit of weight the first place u notice is in ur face (chin). as for ur abs... i would say u should watch what u eat (starches and carbs tend 2 hang around the stomach region) and do a few workout to help speed up the process, like crunches etc. a really good thing to do for ur stomach is yoga, it works on ur stomach (core), do that often and u may notice a difference in it in 2 weeks, but it all depends on ur matabloism.xx

you could probably lose around 30 lbs if you are dedicated and dont starve yourself. You are lucky that you are young because your metabolism is working for you. Combine diet and exercise together to achieve your goals. Don t starve yourself, try and eat 4 small meals a day that are high in protein and low in carbs. Eat veggies when you can. Also, try not to eat after 6pm. If you walk home from school walk quickly, don t stroll. Think about investing in an exercise band or a pilates ball to do strength training along with your walking. You don t need to work out for hours a day but consistency is important. And above all, be optimistic and don t give up if you don t see results right away. Good luck!
