Some advice on how to lose weight? ? -

Hi I m 17 and about 123 pounds. I know its not a lot and I m not saying I m overweight or anything. I m a soccer player and really athletic but sports season is over and i dont have PE. I have lots of fat in my stomach and in my butt. I really want to lose that by june? I don t really have time to go the gym but I was wondering if you could give me some exercise tips from home? I can run maybe on weekends at school? Or walk every few days outside? I just want like tips: what should i eat for breakfast (is cereal okay? an egg?) and what to eat for lunch dinner (should I stop eating bread?) and for instance is it a bad idea to have a piece of chocolate once a week even? Please help I m really looking for a solid routine. I appreciate it so much!thanks!love, mia

Don t stop eating healthy. That is a healthy weight for an athlete. Muscle weighs more than fat, so it is not what you weigh. Trust me, most guys think it is better for you to be cool, fun sporty than deathly skinny. They can t play and have fun if you re hooked up to tubes at the hospital. You need to keep eating bread if you want to keep being an athlete. Carbs are good. Dieting at your age is bad.

for breakfast eat a healthy cereal with fruit in it its soooo good! [i eat wheat chex or special k with blueberries] and for lunch try eggbeaters [they taste just like real eggs excpt no trans fat or cholesterol and they are 99.9% real eggs] with whole wheat toast and for snacks try special k bars or if u really want something sweet u can eat candy like mike ikes or some other fruity non fat candy but not chocolate [although once in a while chocolates ok] and for dinner eat what u like but not red meat. chicken and fish are healthiest !! and drink lots of water!

Take walks, do push ups. Yeah maybe you should get something to go to a gym and go there on weekends or something.Eat healthy!

What is the best dieting pill?? that boosts your metabolism and helps u lose weight fast? -

To be honest with you, I used slim quick pills and they worked pretty well with me from the first 6 weeks I lost 25 pounds I was 155 and I became 130 lbs. that was last year and now I m using them back again after I bought Alli which did not work on me because I m not that fat person who can tear 15 gram of fat a meal. Anyways, I have been using them for less than a month and I have lost 4 lbs so far. That s it. Good luck!
