Lots and lots of exercise, cutting back on calories/fat, and drink a lot of water. It s amazing what these three things TOGETHER can do for your weight loss regimen. It s only easy however, if you commit to yourself that you will remain on a schedule...it can be a flexible one...just not a one week on, one week off schedule. Good luck to you!

Consult your Doctor they know your medical history, and will advise accordingly, if its a real issue.The best and only way is to have 3 healthy meals a day with lots of Water, Fruits and Vegetables, Vitamins, etc... and as much of it depends on how much of an active person you are! The natural way is consume less and expel (exercise) more, however remember that if it comes off fast, it is more likely to come back. When you lose weight slowly, you will probably be able to keep it off.

when your just sitting there on the couch clench your butt cheeks together and the squeeze really hard. Then hold it there for about 10 to 20 seconds. then when your sitting at school or anywhere suck your stomach. it will help your abs and also sit up strait!!

Don t starve yourself (dont go under 1200 calories) find out your daily requirement calories. Subtract 500 calories and you will lose a pound in a week, subtract 1000 and you ll lose 2 pounds, and so on. I wouldnt reccomend going beyond 3 pounds a week. You can subtract calories by either having less food or doing more exercise. Cardio is the best calorie burner.Eat balenced meals throughout the day.

1000 calories a day, drink 6 12 oz glasses of water a day, walk 5 miles a day on the tread mill and do 3 sets of 50 sit ups.
