How to lose weight off your legs? -

ive been trying to lose weight off my legs i have a step machine at home which ive been using for 2months 30mins a day and im not seeing that much results, i also go to the gym and i have a very healtly diet, By the way i cant run beacuse im in physio OH and how do you tone them and your bun?

Unfortunately you can t spot reduce fat from specific parts of your body. Working out on the step machine will help tone you up but won t specifically burn fat from your legs. Try changing your training schedule, working at a higher intensity, for longer or mix in some no impact exercises such as swimming or cycling. Just make sure you keep challenging your body and making is work hard in different ways. As you body is good at adapting and becoming efficient if you do the same exercise all the time.So mix up your training, work out harder or in different ways and make sure you burn more calories. A heart rate monitor with a calorie count function is very useful for tracking your training sessions.

Being in physio will affect the way you need to exercise in all sorts of ways, not just in what exercises to avoid. You need to clear any changes you intend to make with physiotherapist. PLEASE HELP ME, THIS IS SERIOUS! NOBODY HELPED ME YESTERDAY OR ON SATURDAY, PLEASE HELP ME NOW! I M BEGGING YOU! My mom s making me go to the doctor s in an hour because everybody says I m too skinny and not eating enough, but i m fine! But they say i have an eating disorder which is just stupid and i don t, for two reasons1)I m a BOY2)I m NOT too skinny or underweight or anything, my mom weighed me this morning and I m now around 65 pounds (and i m trying to get down to 60 pounds, but my ideal weight would be 50 pounds or less - super hot!), which is NOT too skinny and it s a perfectly healthy weight for a boy whose only 12 (turning 13 in january though) and whose only 4 9.A couple of months ago, I used to be obese! I used to weigh 80 pounds and it was horrible! But then i stopped eating so much and got really skinny and healthy. I can go for days without eating at all (the longest i went was four whole days without eating!) but i m trying to break that record and make it to five or six. And when i do eat i ll only eat a little bit a day - a small sandwich for lunch and a bit of potato or carrots for dinner but that s normal and healthy!HTF do i stop my mom from taking me to the doctor? I ve tried everything to convince her i m fine but nothing works! Yesterday i ate a TON of junk food in front of her - lots of candy, ice-cream, cookies and burgers and stuff, so she d think i was eating a lot and not take me but that didn t work! Me thinks thou dost protest too much for someone who is innocent of anorexia..YES, boys can get anorexia too!!I googled boys and anorexia and got several links. It is about perfectionism, controlling the only thing that you think is controllable (ie your weight), wanting to stay a child and helpless and have people tell you what you should do or not do, etc.

You do have a problem.80 pounds is tooo skinny.Boys CAN get anorexia!You have anorexia and Belemia from what you have said.The doctor knows better and more than you.If he sends you to the hospital it s for your own good.He wouldn t send you if you were okay.Go to the doctor please, you could die. =[

If as you say your behaviour and weight is normal then you have nothing to fear from a doctor. I think your fear is that actually your mum and the doctors are right and that you do need help. If that it is the case, the best thing for you in the long run is to accept their help. They want what is best for you - for you to grow up into a healthy adult. I wish you the best of luck.

You do need help. If you do not eat, you will not grow and thus stunt your growth, not to mention invite yourself to a whole host of other physical developmental disorders. My sister is 5 1 and a thin 85 pounds- not much taller than you. For you to want to be 50 pounds is inviting yourself to brittle bones (which break easily) and keeping yourself small. You may not grow much taller than what you are right now. If you want to get girls when you re older, as a girl myself (an adult technically), in general we like tall guys- ones that are a foot taller than what you are right now. You re entering into a stage in life where you are prone to growth spurts, which are painful. If you do not eat, your body will not have the resources it needs to reach your optimum height. You will stay small while all your peers get taller. This will lead you to having social problems as a teenager, years that are difficult enough without having to also deal with an eating disorder.Yes, it sounds like you have an eating disorder. If you don t admit it, you won t grow up- literally. Eighty pounds is _not_ fat- especially at your age.

There is no doubt that you have an eating disorder even if you don t want to believe it. Your body is going to get very sick if you continue to eat like you are doing right now. Being sick is not hot. Do you want to look sick and weak? Do you want to BE sick and weak?Your mother is doing the right thing. I hope between her and your doctor, they can figure out a way to help you. I know you don t want help, and it will be difficult for everyone. It s hard to help someone who is blind to their problem or mentally just does not want to change their behavior. Your mother must be very sad as to what is happening to her son. Yes, they can force you to get help with your mothers OK. You can be forced to take tests, get bloodwork done, and even eat if needed. That s very drastic measures to take, but it is done all the time. It s usually a vicious circle of eating and starving. You are so young to be messed up like this. Please listen to them and try to help yourself. If anything, make your goal be an athlete with a strong body and excellent health. All you are going to do is make yourself skinny and weak plus destroy your body.

EAT And don t make it come out the wrong way Exercise, any kind of exercise.You can fight the whole thing, but you are only going to NOT get the stuff you need from food, end up sick, and always feel like crap, just because you want to be thin. I m sorry, but you do have an eating disorder. You should NEVER go more than 4 or 5 hours without eating something, ever. It is extremely unhealthy to do so, especially for someone who is in a critical development period of their life. If you do not start eating food your body will not be able to grow. You will stay 4 9 and will have a difficult time developing muscle mass. What you fail to realize is that you were not fat, you were healthy. You are suppose to have fat on your body, it s required for a healthy life style.

Hey now guy you gotta eat. I know you are worried about your weight and all but not eating is not a good idea. You wont get fat if you exercise. Go pick up a soccer ball or something. Run; be a track star, anything to keep you healthy(which you are not now). Your mom is doing the best thing here. She is just looking out for you. Don t fret.

Losing so much weight so fast is actually unhealthy. It will only trick your body into thinking that it s starving, which will slow down your metabolism and when you eat, make you gain more weight. Also, if you don t eat, your body will start breaking up the muscle tissue for energy, including the heart muscle, which can cause a lot of problems. If you want to be skinny, just eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. That way you ll still get your vitamins and since vegetables don t really make you gain weight, stay skinny. The reason why vegetables don t make you gain weight is because they have a lot of fiber in them and your body spends almost as much energy digesting the fiber as it gets from the vegetable itself.

Summer is coming up and i want to shed some pounds. I m not asking for something crazy, but i want to lose some weight. I m not looking for things that you can buy online or that you have to order for it. I m looking for ways to lose weight in 2 weeks even if i have to do exercise.
