How to lose weight? -

i want to start a healthier life style but how do i keep on track i always seem to workout for a week and then i stop how should or what should i do to stay on track plz help..

Simply put, eat less per meal.Examples, if you have to eat fast food.- Don t get the double cheeseburger, get the single from now on...- Don t super-size the meal, get the small meal instead...Examples, if you prepare home cooked meals.- Simply eat one meal, not seconds helpings.- Don t fill the whole plate up with food, fill half the plate...This is not science, it is smart and simple choices we make today that will help us stay thin.NOTE: eating less will not show results in weeks or months but it will be noticeable in Months to years as time gos on and you eat the same portion sizes over time.It is that simple !!Stop looking in the mirror, as time gos on you will notice your pants, your shirts get bigger; you will then know you are losing weight the right way...If you want faster results add weight training. Don t worry, you will not look like a body builder over nigh. It takes years to look like them.Do this and you will succeed for life !!! It is that simple !!Don t expect to lose weight NOW, you will lose it in time !!

i to wanted to lose some weight... i stoped all the big meals.cut out all the fast foods and snacks...i drank a lot of water,, and ate banans,plenty of them all day...about 4 p.m. i would eat a good healthy meal...what ever i wanted.at night i snacked on fresh fruit..except for the first 3 days.i was never hungery.in 150 days i went from 248lbs down to 195lbsi felt great and still do.and 5 months later i weight 198lbs.the weight is staying off. i eat whatever i want.. but i eat about 4or 5 times a day, i did not excrise... out side of working about 8 hrs per day..plenty of walking...on my job...in the united states navy on board ship,, if you become overweight, they will put you on a banana diet. i did this to see if it worked.for me it does..what works for me may not work for you. strong willpower plays a big part in it.. you do not have to consult an expert so you can lose weight.. this applies to about 80 to 90% of this country...it is hard for a lot of people to drop weight.. if you start a program to lose weight,,,you need to keep yourself busy all day.. your mind will not think of food... i am no expert . just know what worked for me..good luckgod bless

I ve lost 55 pounds in 8 months using my own diet. It s low carb and I allow myself to cheat one meal a week. I call it the Cave-man diet. No processed foods. Just meat, vegetables, a little fruit, and plenty of water. Be sure to take a multivitamin a day and take a calcium pill. Keep your first 2-3 weeks at 22 carbs a day or less. I have coffee or eggs or sausage for breakfast, Chicken and vegetables for lunch, a Steak and a salad for supper and I loose weight.

Eat less, Exercise a lot, Drink more water, and Eat fruits and vegetables instead of junk.

You already know what to eat and to exercise, the problem is sticking with the plan. Is there anyone else you know that is trying to lose weight? The buddy system usually works since you can make it a competition if your competitive. See which one loses the most in a week...including inches. You could also get rid of everything in the house that isn t on your diet plan. Don t go to the grocery store when you are hungry, make a list of what you need and only buy those items. Stay away from the things you do that make you snack and if you do get hungry in the evening (when you aren t supposed to eat much) grab a banana or an apple. Good luck, hope you do well this time.

im looking for diet plans on how to lose weight if anyone knows any. I want to lose like 20 pounds in 3-5 days if possible. Excuse me, but WHAT??? 20 pounds in 3-5 days? It certainly didn t take you that short amount of time to put that weight on, and it can never come off that quickly, sorry.The best (and only healthy) way to lose weight is to decrease the amount of food you eat and increase the amount of exercise. In other words, eat less, move more.It would be very helpful and healthful for you if you ate HEALTHY foods (lean protein, lots of veggies, whole grains, fruit, skim milk and water). You should measure your servings, and stick to the recommended servings on the label. Usually a serving of lean protein is about 3 oz. of chicken breast (not an entire breast unless it s small), or 3 oz or tuna or turkey. Stay away from pork and beef. You should have 2-3 servings per day of LEAN protein.4 servings (or 5 if you re male) of whole grain carbohydrates, like 12 grain bread (the crunchier the better...and it tastes good without butter!!), brown rice, oatmeal. Be sure and measure. yes i know alot of thing she could do but i dont think she needs to worry about her weight at 13 especially 5 lbs
