Does anyone know any weight loss tips that actually work, and they work fast??? Please help!!? -

Try to minimize the amount of sugar you eat. It s very bad for you. Diet coke and Pepsi are the worst. Eat lots of different coloured foods. For example peppers are great for you and come in many different colours such as green,yellow and red.

Ideas for a liquid diet (NOT for weight loss!)? -

Due to my stomach not working correctly, I am currently on a liquid diet (recommended by doctor - not by choice!) I wondered if anyone had any ideas, suggestions or experiences which would liven up my diet a little. I am vegetarian and cannot handle any fruits, except orange juice. I currently take several Ensure Plus drinks per day and would really appreciate something a little more tasty to look forward to! Please note; I do not want to lose weight, quite the opposite in fact, so please, no weight loss tips!Many thanks!

Make soups,and run them through the blinder.Broccoli soup,with creampotato soup or tomato.Any flavor of soup,just run it through the blender til it is smooth.That is your best bet.Add all the veggies you can for most nutrition...also do beans if you can a bean type soup and run it through the blender or food processor with some of the cookign soup/liquid. :]Hope you feel better!

wait- ok your height is a bit confusing, you are five feet five and a half inches? I m 5feet 2 inches and my weight should be some where around 120. I m underweight due to the fact that i rarely have time to eat and I m vegan so I can t really eat on the go- but you sound like your basicly a vegan too at this point. First of all- you REALLy shouldn t be worrying about your weight, stress breaks down on the body. Enjoy the fact that you have taken up a healthy lifestyle- because wheather you physically look like you have or not, it will be very helpfull to you when you need to rely on your body the most. A result of the weight could possibly be: 1.) a slow metabolism, 2.) muscle (kick ***, kid!) 3.) the extra weight could be genetic, and in all cases, like i said, u shouldn t worry about it. What your doing right now is exactly the right thing. Although- you shouldn t just eat rice n veggies. have some beans and fruits and grains too. and probably eat more. The more fresh food you eat the more energy you will have, which will make you feel like moving around more, which will increase your physical fittness. I just have to say it one more time: DO NOT worry about the weight, you are fine. Good job for eating healthy tho.

You re not eating enough calories in your diet. Your body may be storing all of the carbohydrates from the starch and vegetables just to operate. You are literally starving yourself. Eat as many green leafy vegetables as you can stand, all day, all the time. If it has a face, don t eat it and limit your carbohydrate intake. Do not cut it off completely or you will not have enough energy throughout the day. Get your metabolism going by running in intervals in the morning, every morning. Run, walk, run, walk. Full blown running, as much as you can handle it and then walking until you can run again. Do this for a month and I bet you ll be 10-20 lbs lighter and more tone than ever, Good Luck!

Yahoo! Answers is not the best place to get help like this. I think you should ask your parents to help you see a doctor and/or a nutritionist, who can give you good advice that will help you to be healthy.

Sorry--but is not going to do it--you need a healthy breakfast for proper vitamins and minerals for the day s activities--it is what you eat--not what you don t eat. Get mom to take you to the doctor for a real check-up and he will guide you on a healthy diet. Avoid soda, sugar, starch--eat salds, whole grain bread, a small portion of real meat--a small potato--veggies---dance is nice but walking is better--a 1/2 hour of dance is nothing. Oatmeal in the morning with orange juice and an apple during the day will be good too. Eat an egg once a week in the morning--it won t kill you. A water diet will lead to rotted teeth and bad bones--you need calcium and potassium from real food. Get a professional dietary guideline.

You probably shouldn t drink so much water. The limit is up to 2L per day because you can potentially drown yourself in bodily liquids, and because you re so active you retain lots of that water because you sewat so much, and you re body cells are trying to create energy. Drink less, and with all that water you re causing the grains of rice to expand in your stomach, so I m betting you always feel pretty bloated, especially if that routine never changes. You should also vary your diet more.

Drinking water is good but sometimes drinking too much water can cause water retention in our body. Dieting is not the right method to deal with an weight issue. Exercise lots, i recommend swimming as it gives the body a full work out. There is something called the Blood Type Diet. Don t eat salty food, like chips. The salt holds the water in your body and makes you weigh more. Don t eat a lot of sweets and starchy foods like potatoes, carrots, corn, cakes, pies, donuts, candy, etc. Get the idea? Get a food count book and learn how many carbohydrates are in everything you eat. Cut back on the carbs.

don t eat right before you go to bed, go for walks , or jog. but be safe , ask one of your Friend s to go with you or your parents , brother sister, you see were im going with that . don t go alone. if you are 15 and 5 8 it sounds like you are going to be a pretty tall young lady and being large in the stomach will probably not be a big problem for you. however walking and jogging are great ways to keep a tummy flat.

It doesn t sound like a dietary problem, and your 15 so you don t want to remove too many carbs. I would look more into doing a range of sit-ups and cardio exercise.

I lost 20 lbs in 2 months doing the Atkins diet = no carbs! It s rough at first because you are tired and it messes with your bowels alittle, but if you can get past the 1st week you will drop weight very quickly. Your energy levels will also go way up. You can look it up online to see exactly what you should eat. The bad part is you will probably gain it all back when you quit the diet, but it is the quickest way to lose weight. Right now I am on a simple 1700 calorie diet to lose weight that will stay off and I have lost 7 lbs in a week, but have slowed down now in my second week.
