Poll/Survey: BMI (easy two points)? -

1. What is your BMI now?2. What did it used to be?3. What would be your goal BMI?This is purely for my curiosity. I m not looking for weight loss tips, I just want to see how other people balance out. BMI calculator: http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/bmicalc.Thanks youuu! :)

1. BMI is now 64 (485lbs). 2. It was 20 years ago 22.4 (170lbs).3. Any less than I am nowI would love to loose weight, and be fit again. But nothing worked for me, and in fact diets made me more heavy instead..

I use many different program to lose my weight, but nothing worked untill I found this amazing program. It works fast and I lost my weight easy after I found correct program. I lost 9 pounds in 3 weeks and it was so easy. If you are really serious and really want to lose weight you should check this out. You can get info here link below.

I checked out everything to lose weight, and nothing worked until I checked out colon cleanse. I appreciate they say that pills will not work, however they certainly worked for me, and they have been shown on CNN too. There s a free trial going on right now at http://vilert.mansdiet.info , why not try it, what have you got to lose?

I will answer by saying I m underweight. I had built it up pretty well, but with bad news about my grandfather, it greatly affected my eating habits and made me depressed. Now I m back to square one, but trying to get back into my routine of eating well and exercise.

I don t mind doing this mainly because my weight has been changing alot. My current bmi is 40.4. It used to be 47 and my goal bmi which is a reality for me would probably be about 24.5 =)

Skin tight dress, need weight loss tips!? -

I have to wear a skin tight dress in a week. how can i lose weight super quick? Do those shorts with the support tops that go to like, your boobs work good? muy importante!!

VEGETARIAN for a week is the ONLY way. If you currently eat meat then eating vegetarian and drinking tons of water will make you lose 10 lbs in that time period. If you do not exercise with it then most will be water weight that can be easily gained back if you start eating normally after that week. But good luck! And those support tops work great, just make sure you try it on for the right size and if you can go a size smaller for extra support without spilling over or bulging out anywhere then DEFINITELY get 1 size smaller.

for breakfast eat two pieces of toast drink water for lunch to meat patties drink water for dinner eat fishsticks drink water then after dinner drink at least 3 glasses of water

the first one is a good idea but i would say if you are out dont even eat the bite of dessert cause youre gonna want more and more and youre gonna eat more and more

Will my stomach get flatter if I do 200 situps a day? and how long will it take? -

Im not asking for weight loss tips. I want to know if doing 200 situps a day will tone my stomach, and flatten it. Should I do more than that?

yeah, the best thing for you to do is to burn off the fat by doing cardio. i read in mens health something like 20 situps only burns one calorie or something like that. situps will build the muscles but unless you do the cardio to burn the fat first then you ll never be able to see all your hard work!edit***i just re-read your question and u didnt say u were fat lol well if ur already skinny and have almost no fat then 200 a day will deff help. here, look through these articles http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/bbinfo.p , bodybuilding.com is a great site for all of your fitness research!

if you do 200 a day you should see results in about 6 or 7 daysi do two sets of 150 a day on a elevated sit-up bench, ive been doing it for about 6 months now and ive got my six pack :)but if you just want to flatten you stomach id recommend doing less, unless you want to build your muscles?

No... sit-ups don t make your stomach flatter; they build your ab muscles underneath the fat of your stomach which you lose by diet and cardio exercise.

I would say so.........

id like to know aswell

Weight loss tips and breast feeding? -

my son is 8 days old today (born by emergency c-section at 37 weeks). i am currently formula feeding and pumping (i don t have enough milk for exclusive breast feeding). i would like to start getting back in shape. i drink plenty of water, and am starting to watch what i eat better (the past few days, i admit, i have not been eating well (healthy)!)i don t want what little milk i have to dry up, so i m trying to not restrict calories to much. i am walking as far as i can stand to right now, which i can now walk much further now that the staples are out (got them out yesterday!).what tips do you have for continued breast feeding/pumping and trying to loose weight?thanks

You need to wait until after your 6 week check up to diet and exercise.

Not sure don t have any babies yet.

It is much to early for you to be worried about this. Focus on taking care of yourself and your baby right now. Nursing burns about 500 calories a day so keep that up and you will be surprised how the weight comes off. You need the calories to keep your milk up so don t restrict eating. Get some sleep and enjoy that baby, the weight will take care of itself as long as you are patient.

Do not restrict calories at all. Eat healthy, but eat when you re hungry and allow yourself treats. Don t worry about losing weight until after your six week checkup. By then I d lost all the weight, but I was definitely not the same shape. I started exercising at that point and things are going well so far.Breastfeeding will make you hungrier than you were when you were pregnant (at least it did me) and it s important that you eat as much as you need.
