Please help me im eating healthy foods and doing so many workouts and im swimming biking running and i wanna lose weight I wanna be able to feel confident

Try to eat no meat, just water, fruit, veggies. workout a lot in the morning, its most effective because you havent eaten in hours, and its hard to burn fat once u ve just put on more weight when u eat. exersize daily. Well doing a work out at the gym would really help. Like stationary Cycling, thread mill running, Aerobics. Just don t forget to ask some trainers at gym so that you ll have a proper training guide.Also diet program on controlling you carbohydrates intakes. Lessen the sweet stuffs.
