Has anyone tried b6 or b12 injections for weight loss? -

I am beginning this new weight loss program since I just delivered 10wks ago. It consists of b-6 and b-12 injections. My friend lost 50pds on this type of program! Has anyone tried this?

Vitamins will not help you loose weight. While they have benefits (b12 helps with circulation which helps boost metabolism) the only way to LOOSE weight is to control fat and calorie intake and to BURN it through exercise. Please do not depend on these shots as your only line of losing weight.....Good luck to you

I never tried it but u should check into everything you venture in before you do it..is it safe? can your body take it? reserch what you re getting into before you doi it..it might help in the long run...

Nope, and I don t want to try it. If you are not exersizing it off, it s not worth the time and money.

How can i lose weight quickly ? -

i am on the large side and the weight on my stomach and upper legs wont budge !!!plz can any help with a easy quick diet or suggestion that i can fit in to daily life !! which means i can lose some of it in 4 weeks !!plz plz plz

ImieQuick diets don t work and you ve probably experienced that right? What will work is some simple changes to your eating habits and an easy workout routine. I know, working out isn t appealing, but if you do it right it will WORK and have LASTING results!!Many people think they need to workout to burn calories. This is NOT effective and is why cardio alone DOESN T work. You can t burn enough calories working out to make a big difference. But you can workout your muscles. Feeding your muscles will make them grow. This will boost your metabolism, which means you ll burn more calories 24/7! Now this WILL make a difference. Most fad diets don t work because they focus on weight loss, and you lose just as much lean muscle mass as you do fat, and then after the diet, the fat piles right back on because your metabolism is even worse. Here is what you want to do:1. Eat 5-6 times a day, but smaller portions. 200-350 calories at each serving depending on your desired body weight. You want to feed the muscle, so boost the protein intake by eating chicken, beef, fish, peanut butter, beans, etc. Eat some carbs too, but eat whole wheat breads and pastas instead. 2. Workout 3 times a week, doing light weight training. Use some dumbells or search google for home exercises you can do for weight training. This will build your muscle mass and boost your metabolism. Emai or IM if you need any help

Regular exercise and healthy eating. Walk for at least 30 minutes a day and eat only unprocessed, natural foods, lots of fruit and veg and fresh meat. Limit bread to 2 slices per day, if you have a bit of weight to lose, it ll drop off.

you could try a detox diet. one such example is the master cleanse. for more info take a look here: http://auctionent.xhmtl.hop.clickbank.ne
