What are some tips on how to lose weight? -

I m only 15 and its hard for me to always eat right because i cant really buy my own food. so any suggestions for exercises or better eating habits?

1 Dietary control and exercise. Its true what they say - all you need to do is watch what you eat, and expend more energy than you consume. Its really that simple. You can quit reading this list now, you now know everything you need to know and didnt need to fork over $500 for the privilege of me telling you the secret of losing weight. You dont need to read a 4,000 page book, you dont have to buy a tape series, you dont need to stay up late at night to watch infomercials to understand this basic premise. Its 100% true.2 Change your lifestyle. If youre calling this a diet, then youre going to gain all the weight back (and more) within a few months of losing it. Diets do not work. Diets are temporary. When you change your dietary lifestyle, however, youre changing your habits - and youre putting yourself on track for long-term / continued success and weight maintenance. Dont ever tell anybody youre on a diet - ever. Im speaking from experience, here - a reformed low-carber. Worked out well for a while, but ultimately failed because my entire lifestyle didnt change (permanently).3 Join an online support group. In my case, I created my own - FatBlasters. Its essential that you not feel alone, and reaching out to friends (new or old) is typically a smart move. I just heard about PeetTrainer, but didnt know about it when I began down the road to weight loss. You have to know that others are out there for moral support - they know things that you couldnt possibly know, and theyve probably been in your shoes at some point in the past (or present). Share stories, laughter, tears, successes, and failures - share them. There are thousands of communities out there, so keep looking until you find the one that fits you.4 Take before and after photos. I know it sucks to see yourself as a chunky monkey (sorry, thats what I called myself - if only to get myself motivated to meet my weight loss goal). However, theres no easier way to illustrate your progress. The after photos are far more fun to capture and share, admittedly. Find yourself on Flickr! Its good to see yourself how others see you. Do you like how you look? In many ways, Flickr helped me lose weight.5 Hire a substitute teacher. Dont reach for the brands you know and love immediately - or without thinking first. Eggs are good for you, but consider using egg substitutes instead (in fact, many restaurants will let you order lower calorie foods). There are countless lower alternatives for you to try. If something different doesnt taste good, by all means - find a better substitute, or eat less of the original. In some cases, the substitute may be worse for you than the regular version of the product. The good news is, healthier choices are silently replacing their normal counterparts - and they taste just as nice.6 Start reading labels. I know it sucks, but you have to do it - and theres no way to avoid this tip. If you dont know what youre putting in your mouth, youre flying blind. Dont assume, either - triple-check the ingredients list and serving sizes. You must rely on yourself for this; nobody else is going to be able to lose the weight or do the math for you. Its not that complicated a task, but it will require effort. If nothing else, just pay attention to the calorie count.7 Whats so funny about bovines? If you like cheese, you must buy the Laughing Cow brand, and keep several of the suckers in stock at all times. The individually-wrapped wedges make for excellent snacks, and are wonderful when melted over just about anything edible. Id be careful about straight-up American cheese, though - its oil, but not necessarily as good for you as (say) a slice of cheddar would be. I have yet to find something as calorie-light and filling as Laughing Cow (I dont know how they do it).8 Tell your family. Youre not going to lose the weight alone, even if you ARE alone in losing the weight. If youve got a family at home, talk to them about it - initially, not incessantly. Let them know what youre going to do, and that you want (and need) their support. If you dont let them know, youre running the risk of them inadvertently sabotaging your efforts. You want them to help you get to your goal(s). You want them to share in your happiness when youve made it past a certain mark. Who knows? Maybe some of your new habits will rub off on them and theyll become healthier people, too?

Stop for a second. I m telling you this, and I know what I m talking about.People who think that losing weight alone is healthy are WRONG on so many levels! When you decide to lose weight, you should lose the extra pounds safely and in a healthy way. You don t want to end up with anorexia, bulimia, or any other eating disorders because inorganic supplements disrupted your body s normal processes instead of helping it get back on the healthy track. The Acai Berry weight loss pill helps you avoid that because it s both safe and organic. Not only is this product popular with mothers who choose organic supplements for their family but is also greatly popular with international celebrities and the Brazilian people. It is also an easy way to give your children the daily nutrients they need. Now I m not just saying this. The Acai berry is bursting with vital nutrients. It s consisted of 52.2 grams of carbohydrates, 8.1 grams of protein, and 44.2 grams of fiber forms for every 100 grams of the fruit s extract. It also has the highest antioxidant matter among organic and inorganic fruits alike.Best of all, it helps your body burn fat properly by speeding up your metabolism and improving your digestion and not by forcing your body to flush out whatever food you eat.So stop just thinking about it and take some massive action by ordering a free trial here: http://acaiberryselectformula.tk/

To lose one pound, you must burn approximately 3500 calories over and above what you already burn doing daily activities. Whew...that sounds impossible doesn t it? Here s how it works. Calculate your BMR (basal metabolic rate). Your BMR is what your body needs to maintain normal functions like breathing, digestion, etc. Calculate your activity level. Use a calorie calculator to figure out how many calories you burn while sitting, standing, exercising, lifting weights, etc. throughout the day. Keep track of how many calories you eat. Use a food journal to add up what you eat and drink during the day. If you re eating less calories than you re burning, you ll lose weight. You can start losing weight right now by making a few simple changes. If you can burn an extra 500 calories each day, you ll lose a pound a week and you won t even have to change your clothes. Try these ideas:Instead of.... Do this... Having an afternoon Coke Drink a glass of water. (calories saved: 97) Eating an Egg McMuffin Eat a small whole wheat bagel +1 tbls of peanut butter (calories saved: 185) Using your break to catch up on work or eat a snack Walk up and down a flight of stairs for 10 minutes (calories burned: 100) Hitting the snooze button Get up 10 minutes early and go for a brisk walk (calories burned: 100) Watching television after work Do 10 minutes of yoga (calories burned: 50) Total Calories Saved: 532 (based on a 140-lb person)Focusing on daily changes is the best way to reach your goals. No, you won t lose weight overnight but isn t it better to permanently change your life for the better? Say it with me: My Health Is More Important Than My Appearance. Repeat that 10 times a day and you re on your way to better health.

Main thing is to look at what you re eating. Cut out the most fattening things like cakes and cookies etc. If you like chocolate then buy plain or dark chocolate instead. Cut down on butter. Eat more vegetables. The thing to remember is you can eat the same amount of food but just eat more of the healthy stuff e.g. if you re having fries and salad with something then have less fries and more salad. You should never go hungry!! Just remember that you can eat as many fruit and vegetables as you want and not gain weight.

Step 1: Find out what your basal metabolic rate is. Go to: http://www.nowloss.com/how-to-lose-weigh Ignore the advertisements there. This is the amount of calories you need to eat to maintain your current weight.Step 2: Do you exercise? Do you exercise right? Exercising right means that you monitor your heart rate and make sure that you reach your target heart rate and maintain it for the longest period of time while exercising. You have two targets a fat burn zone and an cardiovascular zone. The fat burn is usually 60% of your maximum and is easier to achieve and maintain and if your goal is weight loss this is where you want to be. Just walking/excising is a good start but if you want to get the most out of your work out find out what your target range is. If you don t belong to a gym then I recommend the Polar Fitness F11 Heart Monitor Watch.Step 3: You need to decrease your caloric intake or increase the amount of calories your body uses in a day by 500 calories a day for a week to lose 1 pound. So you can decrease that basal number you got in step 1 by 500 calories and exercise very little(yes you still need to exercise). Or you can decrease it by 250 and exercise off 250 calories or any other combination. Remember that your basal number is the amount of calories you body needs to live. If your number were 2400 then your body burn 100 calories per hour. So if you walk for half an hour and burn 300, 50 of that is your basal.Step 4: Count your calories, it s not hard and you ll find out that you eat a lot of the same things on a daily basis so you won t have to research everything over and over again. Balance what you eat (equal parts carbs and protien whenever possible) . One of the best websites out there is one from the FDA. http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/seThis database has almost every food on the planet counted and weighed. (Hint: they do a lot of their weights based on 100grams. If you put 0.28 in the serving size this equals 1 ounce). Get a reliable food scale, preferably digital. Weigh everything that you put in your mouth that is not prepackaged. You need to know what youre eating and how much youre eating. The number one mistake is eating healthy . Everyone thinks because it s healthy the portion isn t that important. A handful of peanuts is healthy and has nearly 250 calories! Eat enough calories and it wont matter how healthy it is your going to gain weight. Great ideas for people on the go are: South Beach Cinnamon Raisin Cereal Bar(awesome snack, 150 calories, 10g of protein! 3g fiber you can not do better, also comes in Peanut Butter and Chocolate), Snickers Marathon Multi-Grain Crunch(Wal-Mart diet aid aisle), Snickers Marathon Protein Caramel Nut Rush(Wal-Mart diet aid aisle).Step 5: Balance! In what you eat. Make sure that you are eating Protein, Carbs, and Fiber in every meal. A great way to make sure you get the protein and fiber is Kelloggs Protein Water. It has only 30 calories but gives you 5g protein and 5g fiber for 20z. Go to Wal-mart they sell a 10 pack of the powder for ~$5.50. That way when you are eating a high carb food for a snack or meal you can still get the balance. Step 6: Smaller but more. Each smaller snacks more often instead of big meals. This really does work and will definately increase your metabolism. I eat a South Beach Cereal Bar every 2 hours all day then a good dinner. They keep me full and they taste pretty good. Caffiene is your friend. It is a natural appetite suppressant so have that cup of coffee!Step 7: Adjustments and Variety. If you are doing your best and losing weight but your starving, increase the amount of calories your giving yourself by 100-200 calories a day. Losing weight and starving are not good bedfellows. If you starve eventually you will crack and lose the battle. The more types of exercises you do the more weight you will lose. You will work more muscles and keep your body guessing.Step 8(optional): If you belong to a gym or have some free weights at home. Use them! Muscle takes up less space in your body than fat (pound for pound). A pound of fat sits around and does nothing all day, while a pound of muscle, even at rest burns calories(increasing your basal metabolic rate).Step 9: Sleep, Never underestimate the power of a goodnight sleep. Will power can crumble in a second if your going through your day tired. You end up with a diminished sense of self control and tend to give in to temptation.Step 10: Find a distraction. Read a book, Ride a bike, Play a game. Whatever takes your mind off of food, do it. You will need something that you can turn to in a moment of weakness. Something that will distract you for a half an hour so that your will can reassert itself and help you to make a rational decision.

I honestly believe if you eat six small meals a day it will speed your metobilism witch will lead to weight loss! ( but healthy meals of course ! ) and any kind of physical activity.

How to Lose weight for summer? -

I want to lose weight for summer so i can look gud in bikins and short skirts how can i do that??? Im at normal weight right now but i want to lose a bit more help??Can you get me excercises to get a flat tummy by summer and possibly a diet plan??? Thanx

Weight loss is an overall process. You need to think about many factors. There are many sensible things you can do that will make a tremendous difference over the long term if you need to lose weight. It can be done in a healthy way. This is what has worked for me.Keeping a food journal really does help. It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.Make a few additional small changes - walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or your life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days. Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer. Buy one piece of exercise equipment to have at home and be strict with yourself about using it. Sometimes you can find mini-steppers or exercise bikes at second hand stores and thrift stores for just a few dollars.Start a weight lifting routine. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall. Even if you can t get to the gym you can work out at home using things around the house. Invest in a good weight training book. The Dummies series actually has a good one. In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts. Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy. Make your portion sizes smaller. Use a smaller plate - in our society we have become accustomed to thinking that we need a large plate of food at every meal, and we don t. About quarter of your plate of food should be protein and at least half of it should be veggies. Learn to count calories. At your current weight and activity level, you may possibly need about 2000 calories or more to maintain your current weight. So you will lose weight at a reasonable and healthy rate if you cut back to about 1600 or 1700 calories a day. Eat small amounts frequently, rather than three large meals. Never skip breakfast. Include some protein in your breakfast. It will help get you through the day.Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses of water a day, and more if it is very hot, if you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely, and eliminate fruit juices. Fruit juices have too many calories, so get your vitamins from fresh fruit, not the juice. You will begin to see changes in your body. An area that many people overlook is getting enough sleep. You are much more likely to overeat or to binge eat if you are tired and not well rested, so get enough sleep.Check out websites about nutrition, exercise, weight training, etc. Here are a few helpful links.http://www.nutrawatch.com/http://www.caloriesperhour.com/http://www.helpguide.org/life/healthy_eahttp://www.wikihow.com/Lose-Weight-the-Hhttp://weightloss.about.com/cs/fitness/ahttp://www.webmd.com/fitness-exercise/fe

read fitness magazines. youll find a lot of great stuff in there, especially now. my favorites are womens health and self. and of course, you have to combine diet and exercise, and be commited!

How to lose weight around love handles and stomach? -

I am 16, 118 lbs, and obviously a girl. I am also 5 6 if that helps. I wanna lose about 5-6 lbs in total of fat around my stomach and love handles. My mom told me to just exercise and do sit-ups, but is there any easier way? Also what should I do for my love handles? I just want some what of a good bathing suit body.

no, no easier ways, only more difficult ones.jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weightevenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight inspecific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they areyour problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will haveto work double on them. The best approach is this:1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normalweight, lower for overweight).2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.3. Target your problem areas with exercises.an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on astool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make surethat it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or youwill damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of yourbody back, until it s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second andmove it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week addto the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - sixpack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than thesecrunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results ATALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week. try these, they are really good:Dumbbell Side Bendshttp://www.myfit.ca/exercisedatabase/vieCable Side Bendshttp://www.myfit.ca/exercisedatabase/vieMedicine Ball Ab Wood Choppershttp://www.myfit.ca/exercisedatabase/vieLow to High Woodchoppershttp://www.myfit.ca/exercisedatabase/vieHigh to Low Woodchoppershttp://www.myfit.ca/exercisedatabase/viethey all have animated photos, so it s easy to understand how to dothem.

Eat small meals in 6x a day. High fiber foods with at least intake 25 grams of fiber a day (read the food label on the nutrition fact), such as oranges, nuts, green leafy vegetables, and plenty of water. Walk, run, or jump 30 min a day for cardio exercise. You can also break up into 10 min in three sections like morning, afternoon, and evening. Use a pedometor for better result knowing how many miles have you run or walk. Keep in mind that foods always need to be low fat 5 gram a day. No hamburger, no fried chicken. If you are a meater eater, save it for the weekend. Treat it as reward. Eat bean, nuts, and fish during the weekday which contain low fat and omega 3. Peanut butter is one good example which can stick in the stomach for long time.

118lbs at 5 6 - sounds like all you have is water retention - because you are at a decent weightSo start drinking two to 2.5 liters of water per day - that will get rid of that jiggly stuff -- stay away from salty foods that will cause you to retain water; also hate to say this but mom is right do some crunches; plank; squats and lunges will make you look toned.

You do not need to lose weight. You might need to tone and build a little muscle so start a weight lifting/strength training routine. That is the best thing you can do to improve appearance overall.

I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I ve found a great addition to help any one out, it s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it s the best pill I ve tried and I ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

How to lose weight healthy, but also really fast?? -

I m not fat, but I am 20 lbs over weight, and I have bulky pars, not m-oobs, but still chub, and I want it to get lost fast, cuz is really annoying me.I have a slower metabolism, and I have been fat all of my life. I am thirteen, and I want too lose it. How can a buysy person that dosn t have alot of time for anything, lose weight fast?

Try this, you ll see and feel results in 2-3 days. The muscle will outweigh the fat so don t let the scale discourage you :)For exercise, try switching it up (Monday work on arms, Tuesday work on stomach, Wednesday work on legs, Thursday Rest, Friday Arms, Saturday Stomach, Sunday Legs) though you can choose your own schedule/plan. Try maybe using different machines for stomach or legs or arms so your body doesn t get used to it. Also, try increasing the amount of exercise you do every week. For eating, try portion control (70% of your diet is food intake but exercise is also important) eating the serving size and if there is no designated serving size, 1cup if it s a meal and 1/2 a cup if it s a snack.Breakfast- Whenever you chooseDrink of choice- hour after breakfast (all other drinks being water; one cup of drink of choice)Lunch- 1hr after Drink of choiceSnack- 1/2 cup, 1 hour after lunchDinner- 2 hours after snackIt doesn t matter WHAT you eat unless you re on a specific diet such as Atkins, it s mostly just How MUCH we take in and how OFTEN we take it in. I have problems with over-eating and I ll eat an ice cream, oh I want another and it s not b/c I m hungry it s b/c I have a craving for it and it feels like I can t wait. Also, eating out of boredom, try drinking water often to prevent hunger. I also have this problem and especially when I m exercising. (Try buying a treadmill or a few exercising supplies or maybe you can get a gym subscription) and bring with you in an insulated glass/mug full of ice b/c I always and alot of other people always want a little something to feel like their eating or munching on and this is perfect b/c it s hydrating and you get the little munch out of it.Also, how I said about buying some equipment or gym subscription, I d recommend you buy your own that way you pay a little extra and the rest is free not 1/2 the price every month or whatever. Try buying about the things (one for legs, one for stomach, one for legs and maybe as you get more into, you could add more). Also, if you lift weights try increasing the amount of weight each weeks or two. :)Hope this helps! Good luck! Also, calculate your intake so you know how much to work towards burning plus extra for the muscle :)I m twelve and this has always worked for me b/c I have a fat gene and I always maintained my weight and lost it if I got off track :

peggys u typed all that 4 nuthing Report Abuse

I tend to recommend low-carbing to people who ask. Don t crash diet or you ll hurt yourself, but low-carbing tends to work quickly for some people and you don t have a lot of body fat to lose. Get a book on the subject, Atkins or whatever, and follow the guidelines. Do NOT starve yourself, but eat more nutritious foods, and favor vegetables and meats over grains.

You can lose at least 10 pounds in the first week of this diet, and it is healthy. It will help your stomach to shink so that you desire less food. it works. Several of my friends and I have done it in a pinch!! It really works.Remember: This diet should only be followed for 7 days at a time, with at least two weeks in between.Day One: Fruit: Eat all of the fruit you want (except bananas). Eat only your soup and the fruit for the first day. For drinks- unsweetened teas, cranberry juice and water. Day Two: Vegetables: Eat until you are stuffed will all fresh, raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. Try to eat leafy green vegetables and stay away from dry beans, peas and corn. Eat all the vegetables you want along with your soup. At dinner, reward yourself with a big baked potato with butter. Do not eat fruit today. Day Three: Mix Days One and Two: Eat all the soup, fruits and vegetables you want. No Baked Potato.Day Four: Bananas and Skim Milk: Eat as many as eight bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you would like on this day, along with your soup. This day is supposed to lessen your desire for sweets. Day Five: Beef And Tomatos: Ten to twenty ounces of beef and up to six fresh tomtoes. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water this day to wash the uric acid from your body. Eat your soup at least once this day. You may eat broiled or baked chicken instead of beef (but absolutely no skin-on chicken). If you prefer, you can substitute broiled fish for the beef one one of the beef days (but not both). Day Six: Beef and Vegetables: Eat to your heart s content of beef and vegetables this day. You can even have 2 or 3 steaks if you like, with leafy green vegetables. No Baked Potato. Eat your soup at least once. Day Seven: Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables: Again stuff, stuff, stuff yourself. Be sure to eat your soup at least once this day. Cabbage Soup Recipe6 large green onions 2 green peppers 1 or 2 cans of tomatoes (diced or whole) 3 Carrots 1 Container (10 oz. or so) Mushrooms 1 bunch of celery half a head of cabbage 1 package Lipton soup mix 1 or 2 cubes of bouillon (optional) 1 48oz can V8 juice (optional) Season to taste with salt, pepper, parsley, curry, garlic powder, etc. Directions:Slice green onions, put in a pot and start to saute with cooking spray.Cut green pepper stem end off and cut in half, take the seeds and membrane out. Cut the green-pepper into bite size pieces and add to pot. Take the outer leafs layers off the cabbage, cut into bite size pieces, add to pot.Clean carrots, cut into bite size pieces, and add to pot. Slice mushrooms into thick slices, add to pot.If you would like a spicy soup, add a small amount of curry or cayenne pepper now.You can use beef or chicken bouillon cubes for seasonings. These have all the salt and flavors you will need. Use about 12 cups of water (or 8 cups and the V8 juice), cover and put heat on low. Let soup cook for a long time - two hours works well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

It s impossible. There is no quick fix for weight loss. Also, you are 13. You re still growing. Most boys don t hit puberty until 15-17.Losing weight involves lifestyle changes-- eating healthy, balanced meals, exercising regularly, and being healthy in all other aspects of your life. If you are that worried, see your family practitioner and talk to them about it.

How to lose weight as a teenager? -

I m turning 17 in 12 days and want to lose some weight for the summer time.

First of all, cut down on fatty foods and drinks. Eliminate things like Soda, Cookies, Candies, ect. If you can t eliminate them, just try cutting down, and eating a certain small amount a week.Eat more fruits and veggies! Sure, this may not sound appealing, but when you eat healthier, you will be surprised at how great you will start to feel on the inside! Since your a teen, you probably have pretty good metabilism. A good healthy snack that you could eat is Apples and Peanut Butter. This snack helps speed up your metabilism and is also tasty :)EXERCISE is also important. Crunches are a great way to tone your tummy. Also (If possible).. try taking something like Yoga, Pilaties, or Dance. They are all fun ways to lose weight. If you really don t want to do that, you can always buy tapes/dvd s of these things and do them at home (Or search them on Youtube!). Cardio workouts are always good too. like Jump roping! Running is also a great way to shed some pounds. Interval training is a good way to start if your not very in shape. Run a certain distance, then slow down to a walk for a certain amount of time, then run a certain distance again, ect. Make sure when you exercise that you STRETCH! Good luck and have a great birthday! :)

alrighty my kinda question. Ok i am 13 and my sister is going on 15 we both used to have major weight issues. well not major. We went to our doctor/ medical websites such as, http://www.thedietchannel.com/weightloss http://www.smallstep.gov/?gclid=CMPe9sLBOk. well here are some tips me and my sis learned. BODY: take care of your body take daily showers, and fix ur hair, brush your teeth. yadda yaddaFITNESS: take up a sport. or YOGA. yoga is what me and my sister LOVE to do. it refreshes us and make us feel stronger, also u burn TONS OF CALORIES. Jog, walk, run around your neighborhood area 2 or 3 times a week even if its for 5 min. It helps. NUTRITION: eat all the fruits and veggies u can. Limit sodas and sugar-like drinks to about 3 or 4 a week or less.Drink tons of water and once in a while sports drinks are ok. eat healthy and light. me and my sis lost about 2 pounds the first 2 weeks we did this but it took us 7 months to loose about 15. so good luck. My sis used to weight 160 now shes about 147. I used to weigh 120 now i am 102. I feel great. We are still working on it. for any more help e-mail me at SHAspirit123@aim.com GOOD LUCK!

that rocks ... godd luck . i always gain in the winter... like apolar bear... ooh and happy birthday !

exersise nd eat healthier

Eat Less, Exercise More, same as everyone else.

dont listen, its actually bad if u eat less. what u got to do is snack between ur meals. cause if u eat less, then ur metabolism will slow down, and burn less fat, trying to store it. but if u snack between meals, e.g. eating a apple or banana every 2 hours, ur bodys metabolism will speed up, and u will burn more fat that way and its safer :). also, try cutting down ur carb intake. u know like bread, potatos and so on. not to much cause u need it for energy. and energy is good lol.for ur exercise, just do some cardio and some crunches or sit-ups. but lets say u wanna gain some lean muscle, just do some light lifting but a good amount of reps. u ll have the bod u want in no time :D.p.s.: happy birthday.p.s.s: save me some cake :P jk

If you are going to loose weight be careful im not saying dont do it because i do but you have to be careful on the facts that it can damage your normal health or mental healthWay to loose weight:Cut down on fatty foods and sugary foodDont eat snack just normal mealsNEVER MAKE YOURSELF SICKDo plenty of exerciseHave a healthy dietDo plenty of research into this but there are certain diet pills that arent really dangerous and only a take a fewHope That Helpsxxx

Change eating and living things, eat more fibres and less fat-avoid vehicles for small distance ( walking).

Hi there! I ve lost 30 pounds, and I ve watched what I eat (I don t put any foods off limits, I just watch my portions a little closer), drink a LOT of water, and run on my treadmill/working out with video tapes, like Tae-Bo. Good luck!

Try Curves or Go on a basic diet like fruit and veggies.

The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won t help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don t eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i m going pretty well if i don t say myself. 90 LBS isn t anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice. If you want anymore details, feel free to email me. Just please be patient for ppl seem to email me for advice on this, I will reply, don t worry! ~Adia`

Don t necessarily eat less--just eat well. Eat nutricious foods like yogurt and fruit at snacks, and eat great meals. Then exercise. Running is a fantastic option and it goes by a lot faster if you play music. If running isn t your thing, try yoga or dancing--even DDR! Anything just to be active.
