How To Lose Weight !!? -

I am overweight cuz i am 140 and only 5 2 and 12 years old I am flabby on the arms tummy butt and thighs how do i lose weight. I know people say lose weight drink water be specific. Also i am 12 years old and i dont want to starve my self and i can t drive myself to a gym. Helpp I want to be tone and not just be the fat girl of the school. But it is hard choosing the right foods!

I think eat smaller than what you usually eat and don t eat alot of starch like rice

It s quite easy actually! :) Eat cereal w/fruit for Breakfast...bring a healthy sandwich for lunch(Turkey on wheat bread/with tomato and lettuce) or a thermos of soup,a piece of fresh fruit, and don t forget a healthy snack. For dinner take a plate, and divide it in half. On one side put vegetables..on the other side, put one piece of protein and one piece of starch (Potato, rice) etc...eat the vegetables first, then the protein, and then the starch. Do this, and you will see the weight drop in no time. :) If you don t know what foods to eat, think healthy. AllFruits, Yogurt, Nuts, Cereal, all kinds of vegetables, bananas are great if you are feeling low on energy, eat toast if you are sick of cereal, a frozen waffle, scrambled eggs even. You don t have to give up your favorite foods to lose weight. Simply eat in moderation. Good Luck!

Do you have any sports at school? I would join one if you can- it is a good way to meet people, lose weight, and learn something new. Talk with your parents about your plans and get them on the same page with you so that they know you are making an effort to lose weight/make better food choices. Good luck!

just eat less food and the food you do eat should be healthyalso just be sure to exercise for at least an hour each day

Okay, Im in the same situation as you, I started a spot, Surf club.Don t have Snacks between meals, and drink water.

You need t ocut back on your carbs and participate in a physical activity. Cut back on your soda intake too. try drinking Diet sodas and unsweetened iced tea.

How to lose weight? -

I want to lose weight healthily but i can because it s to hard. Please help me,

Best you can do is to increase your cardio + strength training, and modify your eating habits...Try cutting out sugar from your diet..It makes it almost impossible for people to lose weight, when consuming a HIGH-sugary diet! I know, because I have a sweet tooth, and I had to cut that out, to see results, which I did! Try these healthy eating tips:1. Eat lots of LEAN protein: Egg whites, chicken (non-fried, no skin), turkey, fish/tuna, beans, soy, whey, skim milk, and light yogurt, for example: Dannon s Lite n Fit yogurt.2. Follow the food pyramid. This will help give you an idea of what balance of foods you ll need...To view this, click: http://primusweb.com/fitnesspartner/libr3. As you can see from the Food Pyramid, you should eat a lot of veggies, and fruits...A lot of those types of foods are considered negative calorie foods...Reason for this is because it takes more energy (calories) for your body to digest the food, than the actual amount of calories in the food itself...hence-- Negative Calorie . To see a list of all the negative calorie foods, click: http://www.fatfreekitchen.com/negative-c4. Eat whole grain foods instead of white, starchy foods (ie: white bread, white rice). Also consume only fats that are monosaturated polyunsaturated, as opposed to saturated, bad fats...Always read the back of food labels to see what s contained in that particular food item.*ALSO DRINK PLENTY OF WATER...8 glasses a day!Now for exercise...Do cardio for an hour DAILY...Do 30-45 minutes of strength training, 3-4 times a week...For example: Lunges, Crunches, Squats, Push-ups, Dumbell Curls, and other upper lower body exercises. To see some great exercises, try visiting these sites:http://www.sparkpeople.com --This is a free site you can JOIN, to help you lose weight, and get stronger!!http://www.self.com/fitness/workouts -- Just click on the desired body part you want to exercise!http://bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises.ht

Just burn more calories than you eat. Get on a treadmill or bike that tells you how many calories you ve burned and perform the exercise until you ve burned a sufficient amount of calories to lose weight. Do this daily until you ve reached your goal weight, than you just have to maintain the weight through exercise.

Eat more healthy food such as veggies and fruits .Drink fruit juices.Exercise everyday.Don t eat junk food and sweets .Good Luck !

I lost a LOT of weight using this sites help:Try Ithttp://www.icanloseweight.infoHope This Info HelpsCheers

South Beach Diet! Buy the full book from Target for like $20 and read it. Then follow it, it is easy to follow. Depending on what you weigh, and how much you want to lose......in the first two weeks you can lose about 10-5 pounds, mostly from the stomach area. Your clothes will fit so much better. After the first two weeks, the diet becomes more liberal and you lose about 2 pounds a week. If you stay committed, you lose weight very fast!!! If you add in exercise, the weight loss is faster. If you plan on trying to lose 10% or more of your body weight, I strongly suggest lifting weights. It tones your muscles and keeps skin looking firm. It also builds lean muscle mass, which raises your metabolism.

The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won t help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don t eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i m going pretty well if i don t say myself. 90 LBS isn t anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice. If you want anymore details, feel free to email me. ~Adia

To maintain a healthy lifestyle get in shape try this:Try making small changes, if you really love a certain food that is ok, just cut down your portions, you don t need to deprive yourself to be healthy. As for your overall diet try to cut down on your calories, eat lean protein, and whole grains - bread is not bad, so long as it is whole grain high in fiber, also eat your veggies drink lots of water. Also lean calcium products such as yogurt, low fat milk cheese fill up with low calories high nutrition content. Cut out saturated monosaturated fats excess sugarFor snacks I eat a lot of fruit veggies as snacks, baby carrots, snap peas, grape tomatoes, grapes, berries, peaches. I also love the Flat Earth veggie fruit chips, Quaker ranch rice cakes, popcorn, whole grain crackers, dark chocolate, blue diamond nut thins string cheese. These are all small snacks with low fat low calories. It is best to eat 1200-1500 calories per day, if you eat less than this your metabolism will slow down, making it harder to lose weight. NO fast food. don t drink empty calories, stick to water, low cal juices (I mix 100% juice w/25% water to lower calories) low fat milk. no soft drinks (diet or regular) no eating unless you are hungry! That being said, never underestimate the power of a good workout routine. In order to be healthy you MUST make time to exercise. Not exercising is not an option if you want to be healthy.Lots of Cardio weight training. do 30-45 minutes of strength training 3-4 times per week followed by 45-50 minutes of cardio 5-6 times per week. do your strength training 1st, it burns more calories. I also do loads of crunches prior to after cardio. Also walk more during the day. Take a walk on your lunch break, walk to the store, aim for 10,000 steps per day a pedometer is a great idea. The more active you are the more calories you will burn the more weight you will lose.To stay healthy not get discouraged remember this:It is not recommended that you lose more than 2-3 pounds per week. Rapid weight loss can be dangerous is hard to maintain. losing weight is difficult because 1 lb is 3500 calories, so you must burn 3500 calories per pound you want to lose. If you really want to lose the weight you are going to have to use discipline work hard. Your health is worth it!

eat healthy low fat low sugar low carb foods...and excersise as much as you eat in 15-40 min sessionsdepending on what shape you are currently indrink more liquids and you will eat less..have natural sugars such as oranges and apples have lean meat... and avoid anything refinedstay away from pasta and breads unless they are whole wheat.. but sparingly still

Go to world gym

i think we can swimming to lose our boy weight.but to lose our body weight is not too easy.we must do a lot of exercises. don t eat too much. and sometime we can fast. we can easily not eat too much everyday.. try this....good luck....

if you really want to lose your weight don t worry.exercise daily with some hard workouts, drink fresh jucies.if you want more details view the website

diet and exercise are very important but so is your mindset. you have to remember to take it one day at a time. if you can get through one day of healthy eating that included exercise, you ll realize it isn t too hard and will be motivated to try again the next day. if one day doesn t go so well, don t let it get you down, get right back into the healthy activities the next day.exercise doesn t have to be hard - walk more. take the stairs, walk in place while watching tv in the evening... these little things will add up.you don t have to starve yourself either. 1200 and 1500 calories a day doesn t seem like very much at first (make sure you measure EVERYTHING so you can be sure you re not overeating!), but if you fill your plate with lots of veggies, you will be able to fill your belly without tacking on the calories. another thing to help feel full at meals is to drink a big glass of water and some hot chicken broth before lunch and dinner. they ll fill you up before you even start the main course.it can be soooo hard at first; but set a day to be your starting day, get your fridge full of healthy foods and psyche yourself up about the changes you ll be making. you ll notice a difference after only a week and realize that the hard work was worth it.i think websites even offer diet buddies that you can chat with online about the difficulties youre facing. it could be a great help if it seems like your family and friends won t understand the changes you re trying to make.good luck to you!!!

Sorry there is no easy way.. cut calories and exercise.. Good Luck I wish you the best!!!

HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT!!!!!? -

I m 14 years old and 136 lbs. how do i lose weight fast. please explain with words a teenager can understand

im 14 too.uhm i jus exercize.and watch what you are eating.see how many colories are in what u are eating.do not eat candy.candys yucky anyways :P (sryz i dont like candy)some good exersizes are wall sits, planks, going for a walk, running a mile...push ups..

Honey, in the last 6 months I have shed 120 pounds or 1/2 my body s size.It was so very simple that you probably won t believe me. I went thru all the usual crap from Weight watchers to jenny craig for 20 years but then, I just began to pay attention to myself and my own body s needs.I stopped trying to eat the way others demanded and the rest was easy. Now, everything I put into my system I stop and think about first and ask myself some basic questions,a)Do I need this at this moment?b)Is there anything in this that may harm me?c) Was this gently harvested or was there alot of trauma and violence involved in the process that brought this food to me in this form? THIS is very important because for instance, meat that is acquired thru violence as in the often brutal means used to slaughter some animals, I feel is just as poisonous to the human spirit as rotten foods with salmonella or some type of plague may be.If I decide say that my body requires some chicken, and potatoes and tomatoes, I will simply silently offer my thanks and amends to the foods in case there has been some traumas involved before they came to my plate.A simple potato is just as alive as we are although not as complex. Try to remember that all you eat or drink or put into you in any way becomes a part of yourself.Alcohol and cigarettes were a problem for me but the alcohol is no longer needed and the cigarettes get farther and farther apart.I hope this helps. You know yourself best and perhaps you have a need to be large right now. Life is change. You are the only one who knows what s perfect in your life. You alone can chose but free will is our Divine Right. Please don t let others tell you what to eat especially those strickly laid out diet plans !Blessings.

yeah im 14 too. i jog with my dog everyday, ive been doing it for about 5 months now and i noticed that my weight is balanced alot more, + losing some weight as well. after every meal, drink some green tea WITHOUT any sugar. its pretty good and it fastens ur metabolism. =] try it!

How to lose weight (teens)? -

I am a teen 5 FT. 6 IN. and i con t lose weight. i play football basketball bowling and paintball. I run faster then some of my friends that are skinnyer. but i can t lose weight i exercises everyother day and i hardly eat junk food and drink soda. help?

you must be overeating then, only eat brekfast, lunch and dinner, and dont fill up the tummy all the way. keep 80% of the stomach full. and remember eat healthy, lay off the snacks and then you be in perfect condition in no time._____________________________________You never mentioned you r fat/big tho? unless you r skinny and want to lose moar weight -.-

all those stuffs are just cardios dude

working out as in lifting weights is not losing weight...when you lift you need to lift with high intensity, resting less than a minute between sets...and doing lots of sets of each exercise...and go running you can run 3.2 miles (5k) in 20-30 minutes no problem, take me 18...if you don t start losing weight, you will definately sculpt your body...and do abs every day, not jus 4 sets of 20 sit ups,,,do a bunch of different abs exercises incline sit ups, leg lifts, and start your abs workout with 3 sets of situps to failure...1 day a week of plyrometrics is good too...and when your sittin around and your bored do sum sit ups and do sum pushups, as many as you can do, it only takes i minute or so to do as many as you can do, give it a try

is there a possibility that you don t need to lose weight... I happen to be a bit bigger and heavier than most of my friends and other people that are my height but because i have so much more muscle than most of them there is no possible way for me to be the same weight as them. instead of focusing on weight, focus on health. if you are being healthy, which it sounds like you are then don t worry so much about how much you weigh. How do you feel? Are you actually obese? What is your body fat percentage? What is your blood pressure?Do you have some other medical condition that could be causing this? These are questions you might want to think about and if you really feel something is wrong and you should be losing weight, i would go to the doctor. Sometimes thyroid problems can cause weight or other disorders.Just focus on being healthy and have fun!

You would be shocked at how much weight you can lose by cutting sugar/carbs and fried foods out of your diet (Completely). Unfortunately, those are two difficult habits to kick. Try it for one week and you will find the results satisfying and motivating.

clean thats what i did i was 215 and is now 141 it really works and just go walking it took me one and a half months

Just go to any slimming centre.

you have just said so yourself that your skinny so why do you want to lose weight?

Dance!! Thats what i did.

eat less

Try biking for 15-30 min before bed. it really wears you out so you fall right to sleep and you burn fat in your sleep

go to YMCA

replace all drinks with water

How to lose weight in 3 weeks? -

i m 17, our spring break in 3 weeks i want to look good, especially trim down from hips and thighs, any tips??? I would love to lose around 5-10 kilosI already eat pretty healthy and i workout 5 times a weekhelp will be much appreciated!!

1 Dietary control and exercise. Its true what they say - all you need to do is watch what you eat, and expend more energy than you consume. Its really that simple. You can quit reading this list now, you now know everything you need to know and didnt need to fork over $500 for the privilege of me telling you the secret of losing weight. You dont need to read a 4,000 page book, you dont have to buy a tape series, you dont need to stay up late at night to watch infomercials to understand this basic premise. Its 100% true.2 Change your lifestyle. If youre calling this a diet, then youre going to gain all the weight back (and more) within a few months of losing it. Diets do not work. Diets are temporary. When you change your dietary lifestyle, however, youre changing your habits - and youre putting yourself on track for long-term / continued success and weight maintenance. Dont ever tell anybody youre on a diet - ever. Im speaking from experience, here - a reformed low-carber. Worked out well for a while, but ultimately failed because my entire lifestyle didnt change (permanently).3 Join an online support group. In my case, I created my own - FatBlasters. Its essential that you not feel alone, and reaching out to friends (new or old) is typically a smart move. I just heard about PeetTrainer, but didnt know about it when I began down the road to weight loss. You have to know that others are out there for moral support - they know things that you couldnt possibly know, and theyve probably been in your shoes at some point in the past (or present). Share stories, laughter, tears, successes, and failures - share them. There are thousands of communities out there, so keep looking until you find the one that fits you.4 Take before and after photos. I know it sucks to see yourself as a chunky monkey (sorry, thats what I called myself - if only to get myself motivated to meet my weight loss goal). However, theres no easier way to illustrate your progress. The after photos are far more fun to capture and share, admittedly. Find yourself on Flickr! Its good to see yourself how others see you. Do you like how you look? In many ways, Flickr helped me lose weight.5 Hire a substitute teacher. Dont reach for the brands you know and love immediately - or without thinking first. Eggs are good for you, but consider using egg substitutes instead (in fact, many restaurants will let you order lower calorie foods). There are countless lower alternatives for you to try. If something different doesnt taste good, by all means - find a better substitute, or eat less of the original. In some cases, the substitute may be worse for you than the regular version of the product. The good news is, healthier choices are silently replacing their normal counterparts - and they taste just as nice.6 Start reading labels. I know it sucks, but you have to do it - and theres no way to avoid this tip. If you dont know what youre putting in your mouth, youre flying blind. Dont assume, either - triple-check the ingredients list and serving sizes. You must rely on yourself for this; nobody else is going to be able to lose the weight or do the math for you. Its not that complicated a task, but it will require effort. If nothing else, just pay attention to the calorie count.7 Whats so funny about bovines? If you like cheese, you must buy the Laughing Cow brand, and keep several of the suckers in stock at all times. The individually-wrapped wedges make for excellent snacks, and are wonderful when melted over just about anything edible. Id be careful about straight-up American cheese, though - its oil, but not necessarily as good for you as (say) a slice of cheddar would be. I have yet to find something as calorie-light and filling as Laughing Cow (I dont know how they do it).8 Tell your family. Youre not going to lose the weight alone, even if you ARE alone in losing the weight. If youve got a family at home, talk to them about it - initially, not incessantly. Let them know what youre going to do, and that you want (and need) their support. If you dont let them know, youre running the risk of them inadvertently sabotaging your efforts. You want them to help you get to your goal(s). You want them to share in your happiness when youve made it past a certain mark. Who knows? Maybe some of your new habits will rub off on them and theyll become healthier people, too?

There are a few ways you can do it1: get sick. this way you can loose between 5-10 kgs in just a week2: go to the gym and work on very light weights. this will help tone your body a bit.3: watch what you eat. the best option to go for, stop eating mackers, KFC, that sort of stuff.
