How to lose weight but not gain muscle? -

how do i lose extra fat and tone up . but not gain to much muscle i wana lose about ... 20 pounds.what are some excersise moves i can do . and some easy meal plans i could eat daily with low calories to help me lose.thankss .

your a girl you don t really have to worry about showing muscle when you work out. you can pretty much lift all you want. the fat will burn right off.

Gaining muscle is really, really hard to do! So don t worry about that part,it won t happen (unless you do heavy weight training exercises) by accident.

Try about 1200-1500 cals/day and do lots of aerobic excercise. Run, walk jog, and if you do lift weights to low weight and lots of reps. You will always gain some muscle, but you will look much better, and trust me the fat will run off.

all u have 2 do iz drink atleast 6 glasses of water everyday no vegatables but tofu n if u dont really lyk tofu then eat raisins either 1 i choose raisins but if u dont choose either just take an apple n complement it with sum peanut butter n ull have a protien 2 but no carbs maybe i think this may help u but i dont know this iz wut i did i am not that fat but just alittle im 87 so yeh i hope this wuz helpfull cuz it wuz helpfull 2 mi n plus i lyk eating apple covered peanut butter or u cud cover it with sum ground salt it taste so gud i ate it wen i wuz really small lyk 4 or 5 or 6 n i still do eat it

How can I lose weight quickly within 3 weeks? -

Help! I was just recovering from surgery when I found out I need to lose weight for a special event in 3 weeks! Since I am still in the recovery process and can t really excersize for another 9 days, any suggestions on how to lose weight fast?

Well I can give you some great advise but that fact that you just had surgery and you didn t say what kind, I iwould talk to my doctor for that answer. I am not going to screw with your health and recovery.

1] Eat food thats good for you. no ice cream or candy 2] Work out daily

High protien, low/no carb diet will help you lose weight fast and still get to eat without feeling deprived.Its better to do low calorie (1,200 to 1,400 per day) with a good workout program though. Its safer and effective too. It just might take a bit longer than the crash diets out there.

Drink a lot of water and eat a lot of fiber. Make sure you drink a lot of water with the fiber or you ll get bad gas and constipation. Are you sure you can t even just walk slowly around? 20 minutes will do you more good than anything else!

Okay well you might want to try Fat Smashers Diet I lost 15 pounds in the first 9 days. Also someone mentioned cleaning your colon out that works as well, try Experience by Awareness. Either way, make sure you drink plenty of water, and if you don t feel up to it after your 9 days, please don t over do it, I d hate for you to re-injure yourself.

Try reducing your caloric intake to about 1000 a day, and your carbohydrate intake to 20g max per day. Try to eat things high in protein (protein helps curb appetite), but not high in calories either. If you re serious about it, you can control yourself and do it. You can have just about any unproccessed meat, though if you are dead serious about it stick to chicken, turkey breast or ground turkey, or fish (but not fatty fish like cod). (Turkey breast lunch meat is a good thing to have around if you just wanna fill yourself on something quick and easy). As for vegatables lettuce, brocolli, cauliflour are some of the lowest ones in carbs. Avoid fruits, but some are ok, like strawberries aren t that sweet actually (sugar = carbs), a cup of strawberries only has 11carbs. For your sweet tooth, other things I like are sugar free j-ello, and redi-whip (there is chocolate rediwhip too), vanilla and chocolate rediwhip is only 15 calories and 1 carb of sweet, creamy goodness per serving. But basically just watch what you eat very well, read the package info. Look up foods you don t know, below is a link to a website for nutritional info you can search for by food. Also, try to work out (just do some running or even walking) about 30 minutes a day, 3 days a week. But you could probably do 30 pounds in a month if you can control what you eat. Good luck!

If there was a way to lose weight superfast, everyone would be skinny. If there was a diet pill that worked, everyone would be using it.The only true way to lose weight is exercise and a healthy diet. Lots of water, fruits, veggies, and lean meats, along with lots of exercise will help you lose weight.Diet pills may work at the beginning but can actually be really bad for you.Try to embrace who you really are and love your body the way it is.Good luck!

I suggest going on the Special K diet. Their cereals are pretty good and if you eat those alot by themselves, you will lose weight. It is good if you exercise also.
