Need some weight loss tips/help? -

im 21 and over weight...like allot overweight...for a while now i have been trying to loose weight but have not been too successful. as long as i could remember i have been overweight but not by much, it wast until i got the job im in that i started to gain allot of weight, most likely because it calls for me to be sitting at a desk all day. I will be turning 22 in a month and want to be in good shape by my 23rd birthday. does anyone know of a diet and exercise program they them self have used and helped them loose weight. I don t want to take any diet pills or go on one of those eat nothing but protein shakes and water diet. also because of my Weight im an unable to jog/run for a period of time, so what im doing is walking allot.

Its easy to say, and we all know but we seem not to have the willpower. I m 5 8 and weigh about 165 lbs. I want to be able to lose at least 15 lbs by the time school starts (about a month and a half). I ve gained a little bit of weight in the past month (about 5 lbs) because I was over eating a little bit because I ve been depressed, but now I want to lose weight for school. I ve been cutting out a lot of sugar in my diet, and I ve been eating more fish and poultry and drinking a lot more water. I ve also been working out a bit every day (not too much tho. I should probably do more...)Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had some good diet and exercise suggestions for me. I have to say tho, I m pretty much poor and can t afford to go out and buy anything expensive like Slim Fast or weights or resistance bands or anything like that. one of the healthiest things you can do is become a vegetarian. i lost 10 pounds the first month i cut all animal meat out of my diet. and that includes fish. truth is meat isnt good for you, the only nutrient it has that you need is protein, and you can get that from nuts. and many other vegetarian products. becoming a vegetarian is hard but extremely healthy and worth it, and theres a plus of losing weight quickly. good luck. but remember your beautfiul just the way god made you!

I know it sounds crazy, but if you usually have a sandwich, chips, and a pear for lunch, save the pear for later in the afternoon as a snack!
