Who knows how to lose weight fast without surgery? -

I need to lose it quikly, much heart disease and diabetes in the family.

Weight Watchers is working wonderfully for me...it really works. No soda!!!!! Drink water (crystal light if you hate water like me) Walk at least half and hour every day (or a few times a week to start) Do not jump into a diet...they work until you start to eat again. Weight watchers lets you eat the foods you still like (McDonald s too) but shows you how to eat healthier portions. Try it...I PROMISE it will change your life. When you start to feel a craving...find and activity to do instead...clean...do yard work..read...walk...catch up on laundry. We often eat out of boredom. You can do this...GOOD LUCK!!!

The best way to do this is:1) Eat small frequent meals approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours apart for about 6 meals a day. Men should eat at least 1800 calories a day and women at least 1200. Can eat more calories if you are more active.2) Drink plenty of water. Recommendation is 8-8oz glasses a day but a gallon is preferred.3) Do full body weight training 2-3x a week where you are shooting for 3 sets of 8-10 reps with a weight that is heavy for you. Focus on compound movements.4) Get some form of cardio exercise 4-6 days a week for 30-60 minutes per session. 5) Track your progress and consumption. By keeping track of everything you eat, drink, lift, or sweat you can easily make adjustments to your program if the results are not what you desire.

They are nothing but empty calories! If you want to eat potatoes, buy new ones, boil them and eat with a little bit of oil! where is soup, salad, fruit in your diet?

Hey...I m a personal trainer so I know a bit about weight loss and metabolism.... First you need to figure out how many calories your body needs. Eat no more than that. I don t know what you weigh, but I would say try to eat around 2500 a day. Also, drink as much water as you possibly can, this will increase your metabolism better than anything. stay away from packaged foods...read labels, make good food choices and add variety to your diet. Most important- exercise. you will not lose weight without exercise. try to fit 30 minutes of cardio activity into your day. walk, jog...whatever. also if you can do a bit of resistance training, pick up light dumbells or whatever, do that 3 times a week...anyway, there are lots of options for you. get a good fat burner if you d like..but make sure its ephedra free. hope that helps..good luck

Hey, I m an engineer and I know that if you want less heat throw less coal in the furnace. My daughter puts it this way; try half servings! When on a diet it is important to eat only nutritious foods (the best coal available?) and to get proper rest and healthy exercise (even walking a mile or two). Also consider a one-a-day type vitamin to avoid any shortage of needed vitamins and minerals in a sparser diet. Exercise, especially with the larger leg muscles, will speed up metabolism and the effect lasts much longer than the exercise period. Remember that little train, I think I can ... I think I can ... I ve been looking for answers to this question too. I seriously need to lose some thigh fat. I looked around and read that thighs can be slowest area of your body to lose weight. Jump roping 3 to 4 times a week is effective. It tones your muscles and you lose 1000 calories if you do it for an hour. Swimming also makes your leg muscles lean. jogging also helps. Just do an aerobic activity and stick to it. No matter what activity you chose just stick to it and see the results. Hope that helps!
