Dont buy stupid stuff and fake ways. This is not my thing but i watched a show which told me what to do. they gave people 4 golden rule to follow.1. eat whenever you feel like. reason when you dont eat your body goes to survival mode and you start storing food faster if you alot of quiting diet.2. eat what you like.3. stop when you think you are full.4. walk minimum of 6000 steps a day or more( 15 mins= 2000 steps)

I was just reading this article http://ezinearticles.com/?How-To-Lose-Weit s about ways to lose weight quickly and seems perfect for what you re looking for. In the article (if you want the short version) it refers to another site:http://trustusreviews.com/carbrotation See what you think. I can see why it would be a better option than most (as you don t need to work out like a dog or eat those lame celebrity yo-yo diets that consist of water and rabbit seed!)

To lose weight successfully, you should know the food that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT!!!Yes,it is really important. You should know the truth:1.Low Fat Foods DON\ T always WORK...2.Low Calorie Diets DON\ T always WORK...3.Low Carb Plans DON\ T always WORK...I followed the guide above and I lost 7 lbs in 11 days and then 30 lbs in less than a month.I followed the guide on: ---http://www.fitnessreport.infoHope it can help you.

Get your mom s permission - she may want to do this with you? Diet is key to losing fat while keeping your muscle mass. Your body needs protein every 3 to 4 hours to feed the muscle which burns off stored fat. You can safely and quickly lose 9 pounds every 11 days on this healthy and satisfying diet plan. The computer will write the diet meals/snack menu for you so there s nothing to do but eat what is planned for you and you can download it immediately. Drink at least 64 ounces of water each day. Remember: calories in minus calories burned = gain or lost weight at the end of each day.
