How to lose weight when you dont really NEED to? -

I am already slim and my BMI is considered healthy (19.2 i think) but I want to lose like five pounds and because I am so muscular and I already run almost everyday and eat very healthy I cant lose any weight! I just want to lose weight because I feel like Im too muscular in my legs.... Thanks in advance!

its not that hard to loose 5 pounds. all you need to do is crunches. not sit up but crunches. you lay down like you are going to do a sit up. you just use you upper abs you lift your upper body up 2 inches or so.

But you do have to lose weight overall. You can do bicep exercises I guess to tone and tighten your upper arms. It will also turn some of that fat into muscle. Try doing a bunch of bicep curls and any other exercise that works the arms. Don t expect to see significant changes in 2.5 weeks.

It s not what you want to hear, but when you lose weight, you lose it overall. If you only exercise your arms, they will only gain more muscle.It is also a bad idea to try to lose weight quickly. If you want to know how many calories are in something, on the nutritional info bit they re the Kcal on the energy bit. It ll make more sense when you look at it.I wouldn t stress too much about them, just eat 3 healthy meals a day, you know whats good for you, basically anything that isn t fried! lol! If your going to snack, snack on healthy foods, like yogurt, fruit, cracker bread. Don t push yourself too hard and try and starve yourself on cabbage soup, that s not gonna work long term! Aim to lose a couple of pounds a week, and reward yourself when you reach targets.Hmm excercise, myself I just dance round the kitchen like a fool! :)Good luck!
