How do teens around the age of 13-15 lose weight FAST? please answer asap!? -

I really want to drop about 10 pounds fast. Can someone tell me how to do that? In LESS than 10 weeks! PLEASE help me! Honest and serious answers ONLY or i will report the answer.

Well, I d say that s very reasonable. In general if you cut out snacks that should be enough. Add to that some moderate exercise 3 to 5 times a week for 30 to 60 minutes and you will succeed.

I have wondered the same thing alot. I am in that age group myself. Jumping on a trampoline is fun and a workout! Bike riding, weights, walking, playing with a pet, jumprope, dance dance revolution for playstation 2, and other ideas. Do excersizes you enjoy and before you know it, BAM! The weight is lost.
