How do i lose weight fast im 13? -

i weigh almost 200lbs but i dont look fat i look chubby.

Workout and watch wat u eat. No fast food or chips and soda. If u eliminate junk food u will loose alot of weight. and swimming laps is a great way to work out and u use alot of different muscales which helps u loose weight from all over ur body not just one section

Cut out the three C s: Carbohydrates, Calories, and Crap. So, reduce the amount of breads and pastas that you are eating. Watch the amount of calories you are taking in. You should go to one of those calorie calculator sites to see how many calories you should eat to lose weight. Like, if you are 5 2 and want to weigh 120, put that information in, and it will tell you how much to eat to maintain. So, if it tells you to maintain that you need 1200 calories, try to eat only 1000 calories. And cut out the crap. Don t let your calories be hollow calories by eating junk food, fast food, sodas, etc. Eat healthy foods like soups, salads, fruit, and drink plenty of water. Then, add a C - Cardio. You will probably do best by walking for at least 10 - 15 minutes a day and work your way up with the pace and distance. You can do this, you just have to stay determined. And, anything over 5 pounds a week is too fast.

that is so a good question ima girl and almost thirteen and weigh 175 lbs and cant seem to get rid of it i started gaining wight when i was eight and my parents got divorced. i ve changed my diet and exercised but nothing works really.

Ok tip when you eat it takes a while to turn into fat so eat half of what you normally do and den after words work off the calories cause they r eaiser to burn

just eat healthy and work out daily and the weight will just melt off And eating healthy foods would include Vegtables fruit and protein No NOODLES just stick to a well planned out diet and you will be fine

well im 13 but im a girl. Boys lose weight fast if they stop drinking soda and slack off the junkfood. That includes candy and try to avoid things that are fried. If your eating a big meal, eat only half of it now and half of it later. Also, make sure you *poop regularly so that all the waste is out of your system. you can do this by drinking tea.

eat less move more, it works no matter what age you are. run around the block twice everyday you ll start to notice a difference
