How to lose weight besides riding bike...? -

last time i lost weight i did it by riding my bike everyday for 2- 4 miles is there something i can do that i will get the same or better results in the same amount of time. i didnt ride my bike 2 fast but i was still sore i got down to like a size 2 in a month from being around a size 4 or 5. now im a size 6 (i gained it all back because i stoped woring out) and im not happy with it. n e way how many miles would i have to run (jog) a day to get the same or better results. or what other things could i do? thanks :)

u can run uphill.itll b almost impossible at first if ur not used to it.real good workout

Eat three small meals a day, drink non-caloric beverages like water, run at least 30 minutes a day, and exercise everyday. this helped me lose 20lbs in about 2 weeks. Hope this helps!!!

No soda or fast food, 5-6 small meals a day. 3 small meals with 2-3 snacks. I don t mean regular meals with snacks portion size should be smaller. After that nothing burns calories like running.

I am 5 10 and was at 250 pounds and in 6 weeks I am down to 222, thats a 28 pound lose a avg of 4 pounds per week. for your size eat about 1200 calories a day, give up soad if you have it daily to once a week, cut back on the chips and junk food, Eat a cereal bar in the morning with a sip of milk, then at lunch eat a friut bar with like a fruit cup for lunch, in between snack eat a jello cup and for lunch eat small portions on serving, NO second helpings, eat your last meal about 4-5pm They say drink about 60oz of water a day. Your size I would say about 30-40oz and take in a extra walk if you can about a mile a day thats like 4 laps at a school track, and that one mile you ll burn about 100 calories, Good luck

love, i bet you are perfect just the way you are.....if you feel flabby and need to lose a few pounds quickly, then cutting carbs and exercising at least 2 hours a day (1 hour intense and 1 hour easy like stationary bike w/a magazine) for a couple of days. when you cheat on a low carb diet, you WILL gain weight. you can t eat high protein and high fat foods and it carbs or you will puff up.if you don t trust yourself to be that disciplined, then fast. i fast regularly- v8 w fiber is great. a variety of gum is good too- esp the fruity ones.anyhow, exercise is key..take care

I reccomend starting a sport such as swimming (if you are not fit) or something like tennis or running if you can take the challenge. i started running cross country, but did not lose any weight at all, but I am alot thinner. There is no medical miricle to losing weight fast. DONT take diet pill I.M.O. (look at what happened to Anna Nicole).Follow these steps...1) Count your calorie intake. Try to keep it at a minimum without under-eating.2) Eat the right foods. Make sure you get your essentials in. Absolutely no burger king or mcdonalds.3) Exercise. Whether it s running or workouts at the local gym, you must burn off the calories you intake, and you must be consistent.4) Be patient.
