How can i lose weight fast? -

i have a wedding coming up and i need to lose weight in like 2 months so any of you gals got any healthy ways of losing weight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with the previous answer but with a few more tips:I have been working with a trainer for the past 4 months, and if you can get in a gym, that would be great. Some offer month to month for as little as 20 bucks, and you all will need is two months. You can use it as a trial to see if it s something you want to continue or just use it to lose weight like I ll share with you. Many people wonder if you can lose 20 pounds in a month. Lots will say it s unhealthy. I m here to tell you that I m living proof that it can be done, safely and healthy. First, you must stop all fast food. No cheating period. You need to detoxify your body with a colon cleanser. This alone can drop 5-10 pounds. I know, because I dropped 5-8 pounds my first week. Next, you want to increase your water intake. 6-8 bottles per day is a good number. Then, you want to find a good fat burner. I use a natural fat burner that also has fiber in it. The key is to keep your colon as clear and clean as you possibly can. This means more veggies. Notice, I didn t say fruit. Not yet. In order to truly detox, you need to eat more green vegetables. Very low carbs. I would steer clear of bread and pasta until after the wedding. A good source of good carbs is oatmeal. This is excellent, because you can eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and not ruin your caloric intake for the day. Now for the fun part: you need cardio. Cardio melts fat fast. But... you need specific machines. I know a lot of people will tell you you can do it at home by doing a workout tape or some other form of exercise. I would strongly recommend you go to the gym, because you will see results a lot faster. Machines to use: elliptical-this works your arms, calves, thighs, hips, and bottom. Increase the intensity as you get used to the machine to get a really good fat burn. Precor-this is a stair stepping machine, but not like the slow stepper. It is of course regulated by you, but it pushes you without you even knowing it. Because of the design, it makes you step faster. It works hips, thighs, calves, and bottom. This machine will give you dramatic results quickly. Low bike-the low bike will burn fat from your lower abdomen and get rid of any love handles. I got an hour glass shape from this machine. I am not big on crunches, because if you have fat around your stomach, they aren t going to be beneficial. You won t see your muscular abs until you melt the fat away. I would suggest weight training 2-3 times per week. This will get you toned as you lose. I am providing a link to a natural supplement site that I used to get colon cleanser and fiber tabs. Hello,Well, i know that the basics of losing weight were quiet hard - like dieting, exercising much and working hard enough. As for me, I was thankful enough to have been influenced by some septuagenarian mentor of mine whose mantra of healthy living lifestyle proved it all. So, for I really have a huge body last year, I pushed through these tips. Amazingly, I find it not so hard at first; as a substitute it was like the usual ways after all. But, the change happened only with my intakes, the food, when to eat the right kind and the beverages that could badly affect my body were slowly eliminated. i too, can enjoy a feast of food in a day of the week, thus far making these tips not frustrating. dont eat crap!no sodas no greasy junk foods.youll be surprised what that alone will do.eat small portions throughout the day. no heavy meals at . drink lots of water while staying active and youll be good

Start slow. Slowly start to jog. Jog a little more each day. Eat mostly fruits and vegetables. With a healthy diet, and daily excersize, you ll loose some weight. I m sure you can do it. :]

Change up your diet and exercise. If you don t want to join a gym, go jogging around the neighborhood. Or jump rope. Those are cheap ways to get in some quality cardio.As for the eating, just cut out sugars and useless carbs. No more white bread, white rice, pasta, whatever. You know what s good for you and what s not. Just try to eliminate (or limit) the bad stuff, even though it might taste good. Eat veggies, fruit, lean protein, complex carbs (oats and whole grain products) and the works.I don t know a thing about the acai stuff everyone spams all over Yahoo Answers but there isn t a miracle supplement that ll make you drop pounds. What is a good way to lose weight before high school? ? -

i had used to be in good shape but then i got really sick for almost 4 months and put on alot of shape having to be in bed and not do any physical activities. and in my family no body loses weight fast. i want to be back down to football and baseball playing weight, thanks.
