How to lose weight.? -

ok.soo, i have a project for school on obesety...and im listing some ways people could lose weight easily...so, if you can give me some ideas?[=

during exercise every time you lose a pound or more add that exact amount back on by wearing ankles weights, weight vests or a back pack with books etc. This will trick your body into thinking nothing happened yet so you will constantly keep losing weight. The better approach would be to suggest cutting back slowly cause losing too much weight too fast can promote all sorts of problems. If you just can t exercise, go for brisk walks every day or so. Swimming is very good, too.

The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won t help at all. You cant spot reduce fat, BUT running is the number one to lose weight and tone legs. SO DO IT! :)If you cant jog, put weights on your legs and go for a walk. FAST paced walk.

You should do a lot of cardio. It dosen t just tone your legs but your whole body. Running/Jogging/power walking is a great way to tone your legs. Just be active. Don t drink Soda, eat icecream or any sweets. Stay away from fast food but make sure you don t starve yourself. You can give yourself a treat everyonce in while. Good luck! :D

You cannot SPOT train. you cant pick and choose where fat come off. You need to do cardio..Weight training those areas will add muscle and tone, but if you only do that the fat will stay and it will still look like a big white blubbery whale.

seriously the best way to do this is to run. It doesn;t have to be a lot, but be consistant and i guarantee that you will see results in a couple weeks. Running tones your legs and will allow then to slim down

A method that worked for me is combining exercising with watching your caloric intake. I did cardio three days a week, and strength training two days a week. I also ate every three hours which really seemed to speed up my metabolism.

To be quite honest with you, there is no easy way . I ve been in the same boat as you. I d exercise and eat right and wouldn t change even one ounce. I ve recently started Weight Watchers and I was amazed at how much it has really helped. Not that I m magically shedding the pounds, but its helped me to really pay attention to what I am eating. I always thought I didn t eat too bad before, but when you really look at all the nutritional facts (which you have to with weight watchers to determine the points), you realize how much crap you re eating. I d have one serving of macaroni and cheese thinking it wasn t so bad, but it was actually over 9 points (I get 30 points a day)! Its the little things. I go to the gym three days a week for an hour. On the days that I don t go to the gym, I do one of those 10 minute dancing work-out videos. Even if the pounds aren t rolling off, my energy level is through the roof!

Try bumping up the walk to a jog if you can. Is there a gym on post that you can go to a couple times a week while your husband keeps Noah? I m breast feeding so I am not really able to diet, but I do limit sweets, I drink lots of water and V8 Fusion. I don t drink sodas at all. I limit processed foods, but I still love my Sun Chips :) Breast feeding burns off about 500 calories a day for me, but I still go for walks as often as I can. I also have a two year old that I chase around, so that keeps me on my toes. With just having Noah, you could take him on a walk in your spare time with him in his stroller. Make it a daily walk thing for you and him.

writw down what you eat for a week and work out the average calorie intake you have for a day. your new diet should be reduced by 500 calories- bulk it out with vegetables and fruits and high fibresome foods. make sure your walks are brisk enough to get you out of breathe, and include some weight training exerscises to build muscle and metabolism.

You then say that you d like to shape (I d call it tone) your body a little which implies you want to build some muscle. Oh you sound exactly like me. After my first child I lost a lot of weight through breastfeeding and walking with the stroller but when my second came along it was impossible to get out and do decent exercise. And fatigue is a huge trigger for eating - you feel tired so your body craves food to get an energy boost. Like you I wasn t too bad in the day but nighttime was shocking. I d eat anything and everything.So. How to lose it. There are ways you could try to pick up your exercise. I bounce on the kids trampoline for 20 minutes while they sleep. Sometimes I get up early and literally walk around the backyard. I have some high-energy tracks on my ipod and dance around the house while I m cleaning. I dance with my kids. I take them to the park when I can and run around with them. You can also hire a treadmill and use it while watching TV or even step up and down on a large book while enjoying whatever you want to watch. Oh and dancing to the Wiggles or whatever definitely counts!! You could try getting a pedometer and seeing how you can increase your number of steps in a day.During the day take 5 mins here and there to do some toning exercises. So while your baby is on the floor get down there too and do say 20 crunches and 10 push ups. Do it again while he/she is in the high chair. Do some bicep curls with cans of food.When you think I need 45 minutes of exercise a day it can seem impossible when you have kids. But break it down and it s not too hard.
